“Fabulous time” Hi Bryan, We have just given the keys to Frederick after an absolutely delightful stay at in your beautiful place. The gracious comfort and hospitality offered by your unit and the surrounding property was surpassing. It was an incredibly special time for our family- the beach, the pool, the town, the dining but most of all the awesome penthouse. Stunning views outside and comfortable living and eating spaces inside.Truly a vacation to savour for a long time and warm our hearts as we return to the icy north. Frederick was the consummate advisor and advocate. You have an excellent manager in his auspices. He demonstrated an appropriate oversight of your property and our needs entirely without being intrusive. His advice during our stay was most helpful. Understandably, our kids and their families, are conducting an impassioned propaganda campaign for a repeat performance next year in PV. They are all enthralled with your place and the PV experience. “Wow!!” Casa Marfil is a classic, beautiful, old Mexican townhome with tons of charm. It is on four levels, with the main living level on the third floor and an awesome patio/palapa on the very top level. The views from the living and patio areas are wonderful - I spent most of my time on the 3rd floor balcony where I saw many iguanas and tropical birds (bring your binoculars!). Casa Marfil is on the edge of Gringo Gulch and in a safe neighborhood. Because of Casa Marfil's central location, we didn't rent a car - we walked everywhere - to the beach, the Malecon, many excellent restaurants (Red Cabbage, Fredy's Tucan, etc), and to the water taxis off the new Pier. After a long day at the beach and/or exploring, it was always sooo nice to come home to Casa Marfil! Thanks so much Sherryl!

“very private pool home” from the first day communication was there with norma and memo and owners lionel and Darwin-thank you. very private- great view of the bay-close to everything-very prompt on any questions but you never see them unless you wanted to. perfect for just wife and I but large enough for two couples. lots of room for a two bedroom home. very clean and lots of both pool and bath towels. we have stayed in homes in pv for the past several years and this is first review we have written- very impressed!

“Great views from both balconys” We enjoyed our stay. The swimming pool at the complex and the beach club were spectacular. The walk back from the beach club was the hardest as it was a long uphill climd to the condo.

“tranquil luxury with a view that lasts forever” my wife and I wanted to stay in the Amapas, Conchas Chinas area to compare staying in the romantic zone yet we wanted to stay within a 15 min walking distance to the romantic zone..... We booked a week at casa de la hoja at a peak time of the season dec. 15-21 and just loved it !!!!....it is a villa with a home environment, everything is amazing: the living room with a picture view of the bay, the deck with the view that lasts forever, two master bedrooms suites so comfortable and both with views of Banderas bay that greet you each morning. The kitchen was equipped with everything for dining at home...so we cooked for several nights and most breakfasts all with amazing views! ....we shopped at Mikey's and the local fish market and made the best meals in PV...this was very special for us! each day we also spent time at the private pool....I think you get the picture.... the walk to town and the beach(romantic zone is about 15 min) so wear good shoes and enjoy the walk. We loved the healthy element of our walks. we took quick inexpensive cab rides back at night and/or with groceries.... Norma and Memo are on premise to take care of anything you need. Staying at Casa De La Hoja made our Puerta Vallarta time an EXPERIENCE thank you Lionel for your help in making this happen. Rob and Sharon Scherer, Sacramento, calif.
