“Wonderful Vacation Home” Very well kept home. Clean, up to date and excellent service from owner. We heard a rattling sound in the ac unit and saw a small leak from ice maker made a phone call to the property manager and they came out repaired them that afternoon. It is evident that this home is cared for. Very nice beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. The home has automatic shutters, which makes the bedroom nice and dark for a great sleep! The furniture in the home is up to date and well kept. The beach is just steps away from the home, and the sunrises are amazing. We were overjoyed to happen to witness turtles that were just hatched return to the ocean. We will certainly return for another vacation!

“Outstanding!” We just loved it! The condo was gorgeous! We picked a perfect week to go, the beach was empty, as was the pool, it was like we had our own private resort! It was also great to have our own private hot tub, we couldn't have asked for anything more! Thanks for letting us stay at the resort!

“Very Clean and awesome!!!” The ocean was very close and the sand was awesome! The things we really enjoyed were the really nice beach chairs provided. The outside grill was large enough to easily grill enough food for 14 people at one time. All items in kitchen were great and we had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were awesome and worked very well The furniture in the house was clean and comfortable for all of us. The house was really clean when we arrived and that impressed us all. Space wise the house could easily handle 16 except for maybe the lack of a third shower. Overall we really liked this place and would recommend it to anyone.

“Great Place!” We stayed at Paradise Beach Club unit 215 February 8 to February 15, 2014. The hotel itself was very nice. It is located directly on the atlantic Ocean which was very convenient. There was an elevator that we used a few times, but unit 215 was at the very end of the hallway, not very close to the elevator, so it was quicker just to walk up and down the flight of stairs located right next to the unit. There was a coin operated washer and dryer on floor 2 which was useful. The washer cost $1 for a 45 minute cycle. The dryer was 25 cents for 20 minutes of drying time. There wasn't any laundry detergent in the laundry room and the machines only took quarters, so be prepared! There was a Publix grocery store directly across the street which was also convenient. The unit itself was very nice. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and had a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. What I wish I would have known before going was that the kitchen, dining room, living room, and one bathroom are on floor 2. You have to go up a flight of stairs to get to the bedrooms. Two bedrooms and a larger bathroom are on floor 3. The master bedroom had a great ocean view! (The living room also has a great ocean view, and a relaxing balcony with comfortable patio furniture). The other bedroom has a "view" of the parking lot. It also has a door that leads outside to the third floor hallway. I would not have felt safe leaving a child by themselves in a room with an outside door, but since we only used the master bedroom it wasn't an issue. Another negative was that both bedrooms were missing slats from their blinds. The master bedroom faces east and the sun really woke you up in the morning! Paradise Beach Club is located on Satellite Beach which is about a 15 minute drive south of the Cocoa Beach Pier. I would definitely recommend this unit!

“Excellent place” Just returned from a week vacation at this location. The views were spectacular. The unit was very clean, well maintained with nice furnishings. The owner/manager was very easy to work with. The listing description and photos were exactly on point. I would highly recommend this unit. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to return myself in the future. If you get a chance go eat at Black's Grill. Excellent.

“Perfect family vacation!” We have rented several condos in the area (including another at Sandcastles) and this is by far the best we have seen! Drew and his siblings were all amazing- Drew went above and beyond for us and really helped to make our stay wonderful. The condo is very large and has everything you need to really enjoy the beach and family time without having to worry about buying things you're only going to need once. With a toddler the beach toys are a necessity as are plenty of towels! She could have her own separate "wing" with bathroom and huge bedroom and we didn't have to worry about waking her up while we relaxed after she went to bed. I don't see how anyone would prefer staying at a hotel to this! The unit is accurately depicted in photos- which has not always been our experience. The units are quiet as well; there was renovation going on in the unit next door and we could hardly hear anything- it was never an issue. We would highly recommend this condo! Thanks again for a lovely vacation Drew, we would have loved to stay longer!

“Gives paradise a true meaning!” This unit is absolutely beautiful! It was perfect for my daughter who is in a wheelchair. Lots of stores close by and the view is just gorgeous. This condo has just about everything you need, all you need to bring is your clothes and hygiene products. The master room bed was so comfy! The beach was great, not crowded like the others I have been to. We enjoyed the pool as well... I would definitely stay again and recommend anyone to rent this for a vacation. Perfect 5 stars!

“Great view!” This condo had everything you need! Nicely stocked kitchen. Having a washer and dryer was wonderful meaning we came home with clean laundry! The beach was a jump and skip away which was great and it wasn't overly crowded. A nice heated pool. Overall we had a very nice stay!

“Love this place!” This place is amazing and the view is incredible! We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the surfers and the cruise ships coming and going and being so close to the pier is a definite plus! This condo is conveniently close to Publix and a variety of restaurants and shopping, but still far enough away that that you don't lose that peace and quiet you're looking for. Drew, the owner didn't miss a thing when supplying this condo. The kitchen has everything you need to cook with and the closet in the master bedroom is well stocked with linens and towels and all the beach necessities. The condo also has a washer and dryer in the unit. It was great to be able to relax on the balcony while the laundry was being done. I love that this condo is not "over-decorated". The decorations are relaxing and tasteful. The furniture and beds are so comfortable and the pillows are not cheap "dollar store" pillows. It was nice to get a good night sleep every night!! The owner doesn't seem to have spared any expensive in making sure the tenants are comfortable during their stay. This was my 2nd time staying at this condo and it was just as wonderful and relaxing as last year and Drew is such a pleasure to work with when planning the stay. This place couldn’t be more perfect and I will definitely be going back for another stay!

“Beautiful Ocean View and Relaxing Vacation” Had a very relaxing vacation at this unit. Check-in and Check-out was a snap and the unit was very clean and nice. Wonderful view of the Ocean. 3 adults and 2 young adults fit very comfortably in the unit. The Ocean is but a few feet away. Across the street a strip center with a grocery store (Publix), Dunkin Donuts and other stores made getting supplies very easy. Not much nightlife that close to the unit but it is right on A1A and if you want nighttime entertainment it is just a few miles away. Wonderful place for a family getaway.

“right on the beach great view and close to the heated pool. excellent location.” Had everythng we needed - plenty of towels, washcloths. Needs more dish towels (only two). The cons: not too clean, garbage was left in the pantry - we disposed of it - three bags full of empty plastic bottles - and another full of regular garbage. Counters were sticky from previous renters. In all, other than not being clean.

“The unit was lovely and nicely updated.” . It was perfect having the two queen beds in the guest room. Loved that the complex was so close to the beach and had very convenient access to the pool. We found the unit very clean. I would have preferred a washer/dryer in the unit, but the laundry facility was across the hall and very convenient.

“Wonderful location, wonderful condo, wonderful price, an all around wonderful trip!” We stayed at Chateau By the Sea on Cocoa Beach and had a wonderful time. Condo number 203 was a wonderful condo and the complex had lovely amenities. We were just steps from the beach and we all just loved our trip. “Perfect Family Beach Vacation” This beautiful home was the perfect spot for our family's (5 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 toddlers) beach vacation! The private beach was just a few steps away and we made good use of the chairs, umbrellas, cooler, body boards, paddle boards, kayaks, etc. that were available. And everyone enjoyed relaxing in the pool after a day at the beach. Maria, the owner, was very easy to work with and responded to all questions in a very timely manner! We hope a return trip is in our future!

“Great place to stay for a beach vacation!” This is a beautifully updated and renovated condo, directly on an unspoiled and uncrowded beach. The price is very reasonable for a week on the ocean and the accommodations are just what you want - large and spacey, nice comfortable beds and furniture and a full kitchen. You can watch the sunrise and sunset directly from your balcony and in 1 minute you'll be on the beach. Many condos in the area are on the beach, but you have to walk quite a way from the building to the beach. Not this one! The owners were easy to contact and I made a reservation within minutes. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

“Beautiful” This is a beautiful place. We had everything we needed. Pool was warm and the beach was georgous. We would definitely try to stay here if we were to visit this area again!

“This place had it all, great location and all you could ask for in a spacious unit.” This was a wonderful place to stay, one of the best ever! It was clean, nicely maintained, and had all of the amenities you could possibly need. There was beach chairs, toys, floats, unbrellas too! The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had all needed items. When I had a question Drew responded immediately and addressed it.The location was perfect- steps to the beach and the Pier. It also had a nice clean pool too. I will definately be back!

“Wonderful” The Condo was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was stocked well. The unit had a hair dryer and soap. The pool was nice and never crowded. The unit offered beach toys and chairs for us when we went to the beach. The view was very calm and relaxing. We saw cruise ships coming and going. I will be going back again and again...

“Wow! What a spectacular 4th of July stay on Cocoa Beach” We stayed in unit 108 Chateau by the Sea and it was all the comfort of home! The condo was beautifully decorated and amazingly CLEAN! There were plenty of beach chairs, toys, towels and extra's! We brought our chocolate lab and although cocoa beach does not allow dogs - we were minutes away from Lori Wilson dog park and Dog Beach - Canova Beach. Our patio was steps away from the pool. Steve was very accommodating to our needs and easy to reach if needed. We plan on staying with them again. Thanks, Steve, for an amazing summer that will last a million memories!

“Superb!” Easy check in. Arrived and walked straight into the unit and unpacked. Was on the beach within 30 minutes. Corner unit with 2 balconies just steps to the beach. 2nd floor unit had perfect view and stocked with everything a person would need for the beach. Loved it and would stay there again!

“Really nice place to stay.” We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year. The unit is comfortable, has a very nice view, and is certainly convenient for Louie (our dog). Having two king-sized beds is a definite plus. Grocery shopping and fast food are nearby. Being just a few miles south of Cape Canaveral, Friday evening we enjoyed a Delta IV launch, which we'd never seen live before. It's a very pretty area. A wonderful stay and we'll be back next year. “Perfect location, beautiful accommodations!” We rented unit 230 for a week in September. This unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The bedrooms and one bath are upstairs, and the kitchen, living area, dining area and another full bath are on the first level. Tile floors, granite counter tops, fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare a meal. The bed had a memory foam mattress, and the bedroom view of the ocean was breathtaking. Plenty of closet space, beautiful Paula Deen furnishings. Very clean. This unit is on the side of the building and has a wide angled view of the ocean. Office and maintenance staff was friendly and available to help if needed. Pool area is clean and overlooks the ocean. Because it was the "low" season, we didn't have to share the beach with very many people, except the surfers looking for the perfect waves. This condo has everything you need for a perfect stay at the beach, just bring your clothes. Publix is across a1a so it's easy to stock the refrigerator. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

“What a wonderful stay” Apartment 446 is much more than I expected. The location, the views, and the apartment was excellent. We had a wonderful stay, and will be going back in the near future. Thank you Dean I will be recommending to all.

“Want to stay FOREVER!!! Paradise Beach Club Unit 218” I absolutely LOVED my stay in Satellite beach:) The location was great, the unit was clean, and the VIEW WAS GORGEOUS!!! Cannot wait to return!!!

“Pictures don't do this place justice” We had a fabulous time during our stay here. Upon arrival, we were quite pleased with the cleanliness and the relatively up to date accommodations. The chocolates from the cleaners were a nice touch as well. Having ocean views from every room in the place was great (including while I stood at the sink washing dishes)!! Very pleased with the cookware, cutlery and dishes-as we travel often and a lot of times they seem to be a hodge podge of hand-me-downs, but these were not. It's in the details like a cutting board, butcher block of cutlery, wine bottle opener, even corn cob holders. I would recommend some cheap plastic storage bowls/lids though. The bedding was awesome, seemed brand new - and I slept like a baby (which is rare). They really mean it when they say "all we had to bring was sunscreen and swimsuits". The closets were stocked with towels, pillows, beach toys, boogie boards, floats, football, volleyball, and even a pack 'n play! The roof top deck was also nice and allowed for some great star gazing and cool pics when we flew over my husband during a helicopter tour my daughter and I took ("Beachside Helicopters" with Gary was AMAZING). We had no problem with parking and all of the permanent residents were very friendly...even offering some "in the area" things to do while conversing at the pool. The maintenance man cleaned/hosed the deck and chairs off every morning. Our 21 year old said this was one of her favorite places to stay now... and we stay in at least 15 ocean front condos. There were families of all ages staying here - so a good mix of people.

“Nice cosy comfy condo, just minutes to the beach” We stayed at #413 @Sandcastles in March - we really enjoyed our short vacation. Dean was very responsive and helpful discussing different options with us (we asked for a quiet place as we were traveling with 2 y.o boy who naps in the middle of the day, yet we wanted some, at least partial, ocean view). We liked the condo, everything is there: stove, fridge, w/d - even lots of beach stuff for kids and adults - you don't need to bring / buy beach chairs, umbrella, not to mention those plastic buckets/shovels if you are with your kid. We also liked overall complex amenities - heated pool is nice in the evening. Cocoa Beach is definitely a quiet family place, so if you want some night life you will not find much there, but it was exactly what we wanted this time. I also enjoyed jogging on the beach. One day we went to my favorite Florida city - St Petersbourg which is in 2.5. hours drive, not too bad. Orlando airport is less than 1 hour drive.
