“Great Stay - Perfect Location!!” My two friends and I had such an amazing time renting from Lee Baron! This studio was just what we wanted for our first stay in South Beach. It was cozy, spacious, and perfectly located, with easy access to the beach and all the restaurants and shops on Collins and Ocean Drive. The apartment building was quiet & clean, and the receptionist and security were always pleasant. I would definitely stay here again, and/or rent another apartment from Lee Baron. “Great Place to Celebrate 30th Birthday!” Stayed here from September 18th- 21st to celebrate my 30th birthday with close friends and family and had the time of my life. Lee responded to my questions and inquiries in a timely fashion. Eduardo was very hospitable and made us feel comfortable once we arrived to the condo. The condo was a great size for 3- ladies, with (2) sofa beds in the living room and (1) bedroom which gave us enough space and privacy. Enjoyed hanging out on the balcony. You can see the beach from the balcony- which was wonderful! Although the balcony is small,3- people could stand and 2-people could sit and have drinks, people watch, as well as dance to music heard from downstairs :) The condo was in the perfect vicinity of the Ocean Dr. strip. Being on top of Margaritaville was convenient to go downstairs for drinks and appetizers. Some of the best clubs restaurants, clothing as well as grocery stores, are within walking distance or a 5-10 minute cab ride away, no need to rent a car. The only issues were that; their were dirty dishes in the cabinet and thankfully we brought our own paper plates, plastic cups and silverware. I also think the bathroom could use some renovation. The window did not close all the way and I think the bathtub could use a shower curtain that was cleaner, had some design to it and better quality. Otherwise I highly recommend staying at this condo if you're looking for a place that is within great proximity of the ocean, with a beautiful view, ready to party and take advantage of the nightlife, don't mind loud music (from Margaritaville) and ready to have a good time.

“Great place!” Lee was helpful from day one. Apartment was exactly as promised, close to the action and yet cozy and felt like home. Highly recommended.

“An absolutely unforgettable experience! Loved every moment of staying there” The view from room number 1620 was gorgeous and the living room in general was spacious. My favorite part was relaxing in the pool downstairs that also opened up to the beach. I left my book in the apartment but HORA vacation rentals was very accommodating in finding it and sending it back to me within a week itself. Thank you for a great time!

“Amazing place to stay!” This apartment was such a nice place to stay! Located inside the alexander Hotel, it was right on the "strip", facing the ocean. It's a short walk to all the major hotels and located right on the beach. The place itself was spacious, clean, and modern. We stayed for 5 days/4 nights and chose not to have intermittent cleaning-but had enough towels and amenities to last us. The apartment had a kitchen equipped with pots and pans, so we were able to cook some of our meals and save the money for the nightlife. The owner Mark was always prompt with his responses prior to the stay, and we will definitely recommend this place. In fact, we are planning on making this an annual trip and will stay here again.

“Great location for great price” This was the second time that I rented a place via Lee and again he did not disappoint me! The studio is at an awesome location, close to the beach, restaurants and nightlife. You can walk everywhere! The studio has everything you need and is very nicely decorated. You don't event need to bring beach chairs and umbrellas. It was for me really a home away from home. The studio is perfect for couples or when you are alone like I was. Lee's assistant Alex was great as well. A very friendly guy who provided everything I needed. As mentioned in the description there is renovation going on. During my stay the front of the building was being renovated but it did not bother me at all. When I was in the studio there was no noise or anything. I did see some construction workers around the building but they were working when I was at the beach! The studio was being offered with a discount which made it a great deal considering the location and the quality of the studio. If you don't want to stay in this studio because of the renovation, I am sure Lee has other very nice places to offer. I would highly recommend to rent this or another apartment via Lee.

“Group getaway” Everything that we expected and more! Management was very kind also! Great views right next to beach and jet skis right there for your convenience.

“Good value for money!” The apartment is absolutely recommendable. Facing away from the noisy Ocean Drive but a short distance to everything and the beach just across the street. Clean and tidy. The host was very cooperative. We got access to the apartment early and were allowed to keep it longer. Thanks for a very nice stay in an apartment that works perfectly.

“Guys Trip” We had a great time; nothing to complian about. Staff and porperty managers of apartment were great. Always answered questions and took care of things in a timely manner! I would stay here again.

“Birthday Celebration in Miami” Picture perfect. The experience at this condo was wonderful. Property managers were very helpful and available on demand.

“Wonderful location” Wonderful location right on the beach and very nice condo unit! Large balcony has beautiful views of the ocean. The condo was clean and very spacious, even for five adults. The services in the hotel while we were there were very good, including timely valet car service. Unfortunately, the poolside bar was under construction while we were there, but drinks and food were available inside the restaurant right near the pool. The property manager was very helpful and responsive.
