“Spectacular retreat/ rejuvenating!!!” After first discovering this place through family, I have since vacationed her every chance I get with my husband. And now since having a baby we now bring her along as well as the place is right on the beach, the pool is to die for and everything you could ever think of is taken care if for you. The staff, Carla and Marco are a delight if we decided to stay in Carla would make our meals... Marco would keep everything looking just a stunning as when we arrived... The house can be your own retreat or get down and invite your friends and have bob fires on the beach an let loose... Your close enough to walk to Marthas a local restaurant on the beach. If you surf you just have to wake up and walk down the beach to the right... If you need to hit up the locals and get your groove on the little town is just a short trip down the road... With amazing local crafts and restaurants... Boraborracha on a Sunday night is the place to watch some local dancing eat drink and be merry... We've recommended this house to many friends one if which loved it so much he returned and got married there!!! Everyone gets their own villa with their own open air bathroom The "ariba suite" is like living in your own jungle tree house. The "domed" suite has an insane massive open bathroom you can see the ocean from every suite and the hot tub is perfect for that afternoon dip after your surf or horseriding adventure. Can not wait to return with a bunch if friends in March 2011. To celebrate a 40th birthday. If your looking to get a way for a peaceful yoga retreat, surf, wedding or to just mix with some local Mexican culture and do nothing but lounge by the ocean/ pool this is your nirvana. “Great location” We arrived with our old VW camper van on a tow truck. This was a great location for getting our van fixed and exploring the beautiful city of Cuernavaca. We loved our stay here. It was also very easy to bus to other cities such as Tasco or Tepoztlan.

“I just didn't want to leave!” Staying at Casa Francisco was a delightful experience. My husband and I, both retired, were visiting SMa for the first time and found the casa's location to be most convenient. Easy walk to all parts of town and never a problem finding a taxi for longer trips or for grocery shopping. Some great restaurants nearby. Inside, the ambience is lovely. It's much prettier than the pictures suggest. There's quality furnishings, from a large selection of thick towels and sheets to a newer Cuisinart blender, a large gas stove. and huge refrigerator. Beds felt new, with puffy down covers and down pillows. Everything worked properly, cookware was complete, washer and dryer were great and there's a huge selection of attractive dishes, platters, and cutlery. Bathrooms were very clean, spacious, and well lit, and all the hardware and drains worked perfectly. Gorgeous tile! Large closets with built in deep drawers for each bedroom. Great cross breezes from the open French doors in upstairs rooms. Nice office area for computing. We visited in early March and never used the fireplaces. Romantic evening lighting in the courtyard. Views from the rooftop deck were beautiful. Walt was helpful and professional, and he accommodated for our late night arrival. It was a pleasure to work with him. The house keeper worked twice a week and was prompt and thorough. There were absolutely no flaws in our stay at Casa Francisco, except having to pack up and leave!

“Vacation in San Miguel” The house was an excellent choice, big enough for the 6 of us, 3 complete bathrooms, shared pool, beautiful and cozy decorations. It is close to the supermarket and close by car to the center of the town. The neighbors and service people are nice and friendly.

“A Great Vacation” I rented this house for a month and enjoyed every day of our stay. The house is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has all the amenities and the three bedrooms are large and very comfortable. You are only a few blocks (easy walking distance) from Mega, a super store that has all you could wish to purchase. If you don't want to walk anywhere, there are plenty of very affordable taxis available. The house is only 1 block from a bus stop. We took the bus to the Jardin (center of town) evey day for 5 pesos, about 48 cents in us dollars. There are also several banks and restaurants across from Mega. This is a beautiful home, what you see in the pictures in exactly what you get. There is also a lovely lady who comes weekly to clean the house and do dishes and laundry. You are asked to give a weekly tip of $50 pesos which is less than $5 american dollars - well worth the price. This is a home I would gladly recommend to anyone who wished to stay in San Miguel de allende.

“Gorgeous and affordable Villas!!” Everything about our stay at Las Villas de Bellavista was perfect! It was very simple to make our reservation and make our deposit. The owner provided lots of info about the area even before we arrived. When we got there, we were greeted by a gorgeous oasis and a thriving, beautiful town. The villa was absolutely charming. Clean and spacious. The area was quiet, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The pool was clean and huge. Perfect for lap swimming. The grounds were immaculate and the gardens were exquisite. The owner was very helpful with directions and suggestions of places to visit in the area. The villas are within 2 blocks of a major road where you can easy catch a cab or a bus. There is a large grocery store within walking distance, and the kitchen in the villa was stocked with all the needed tools to make your own food. We will definitely visit these villas again, I could have stayed there forever!!!
