“Fabulous time” Hi Bryan, We have just given the keys to Frederick after an absolutely delightful stay at in your beautiful place. The gracious comfort and hospitality offered by your unit and the surrounding property was surpassing. It was an incredibly special time for our family- the beach, the pool, the town, the dining but most of all the awesome penthouse. Stunning views outside and comfortable living and eating spaces inside.Truly a vacation to savour for a long time and warm our hearts as we return to the icy north. Frederick was the consummate advisor and advocate. You have an excellent manager in his auspices. He demonstrated an appropriate oversight of your property and our needs entirely without being intrusive. His advice during our stay was most helpful. Understandably, our kids and their families, are conducting an impassioned propaganda campaign for a repeat performance next year in PV. They are all enthralled with your place and the PV experience. “Beautiful inspiring residence, easy walk to town” My partner and I spent 5 nights in this 2 bedroom duplex. There was no one in the upstairs unit while we were there so we could easily use the rooftop terrace as well as the swimming pool which was at our ground floor level. All of the amenities were here. We cooked alot and found everything we needed. San Pancho is a wonderful Mexican town, largely unspoiled by tourism. I highly recommend Casa alegre for a vacation rental.

“3 minutes away” 3 minutes of my morning normally consist of me slugging a $5 coffee while sifting through dozens of emails sent since I last checked at around midnight last night, 1/3rd of which are marked "Important", having time to answer only 2 or 3 before the phone starts ringing and I have to start putting out today's fires. In 3 minutes here, I've seen a family of "Chachalacas" eating berries from the tree outside my bedroom window, 2 different types of butterflies feed off the flowers in the garden below the terrace, a flock of small parrots swoop by like a fast-moving cloud, and 2 pileated woodpeckers making lazy work of the nearby coconut palm, all while gazing out at the sprawl of ocean before me, listening to the rhythm and drinking the best cup of coffee I have ever had in my life. Gracias!
