“Vacation rental” The overall experience was nice. The hot was only hot for one day and wouldn't get hot again there after. The cookware needs to be updated but overall we had a great time. I wouldn't definitely rent this rental again.

“Great location” We had great times in Oakwater, all was perfect! The house is fully equipped, all is clean, new and works perfect!It is an ideal location, close to everything. Near the home are so many great restaurants such as: Bonefish, Longhorn, Golden Corral, Ihop, Bahama Breeze, Buffalo Wild Wings, Flippers Pizza*, Red Lobster and lots more! The super target is within 2 min as well as the Publix.It is also located in very quiet area. There are great sports facilities, tennis court, and the pool area itself is fantastic. We enjoyed it very much and the pool s huge and warm !!! We loved it and will definitely recommend to our friends and family!

“Very comfortable stay - enjoyed every moment of it!” Very spacious accommodations. We stayed 2 families with little girls who were very anxious to see Disney World parks. The condo was perfect for our stay, we were just about 20 minutes from Magic Kingdom so we were there in a snap. The resort is beautiful and we can't wait to come back again. There are multiple swimming pools, one close to condo's building, another one - bigger and open until 10 pm - near the club house / reception. Another similar size pool at the restaurant area with little white sand beach, volleyball net and table tennis. Also we enjoyed playing tennis on the real hard court surface near reception, very good quality and with lighting. When you need a day off from visiting parks and all these crowds staying on the resort is the great option. Shopping is very close to the resort - 7 minutes drive to Walmart, so you could get anything you need, open 24 hours. We also recommend buying tickets to all attractions at the Walmart since there is a small discount vs buying at the gates. Overall - great experience, highly recommend to anyone. Will definitely come back again!

“Wonderful beach condo with amazing ocean views” I stayed at Audrey and Eric's condo during Hangout Music Fest, and it was a comfortable place to sleep, eat, get work done, and enjoy the view of the ocean. Checking in and out was hassle-free, as was communicating with the owners. Definitely a great spot for anyone looking to enjoy some time on the beach.

“Birthday Trip!” I do believe this might have been the funnest trip I've ever taken in my life. Having every single thing just minutes away from you was such a delight and such a pleasure to not have to drive around constantly in the car. This community is gated and seems like a really fun place to actually buy a vacation home. Actually, while we were there we looked into it and might be doing the same thing that this particular person is offering on TripAdvisor as well! First of all, the house was just absolutely amazing... Bigger than my own home even. It was just me, my son and my husband and our house was absolutely humongous. We actually had thought we would have another family with us but it fell through. Everything was clean and perfect. There were many things like dishwasher, laptop, printer, hair dryer, straightener, toiletries, food! When we arrived, we already had some basic needs that were furnished To Us by the owners. It was such a treat to see that they really cared about us to furnish those things! There was a perfect screened in porch out the back over looking a little bit of a water marsh where we got to watch the birds everyday. The wildlife in our particular yard was extremely delightful. From frogs to lizards two birds two cranes we had an amazing time when we were relaxing at home. To my delight, there were also three swimming pools in the complex. One of the pools were in the middle of the community which was right down the street from our home, then there were two others inside the clubhouse which were also fantastic. We really enjoyed the hot tub and sitting underneath the shelter when it started to rain. Since I knew it would be very hot and we would be extremely exhausted, I asked for a maid service halfway through our vacation and I'm so happy I did. It was nice to come home after dinner to a 100% clean house with clean towels and everything perfect. I recommend that you get the service as the cleaning lady does an excellent job! The next time we booked our Walt Disney World vacation I will be using this home again without a doubt. Even though we stayed 7 days, we still did not get to see everything that we wanted to. Next time we come down we are doing 10 to 12 days for sure and cannot wait to come back to Vista Del Lago. I was really surprised on how many friends we made while we were there!! If you are looking for a family home that could easily sleep 7 people, please do yourself a favor and book this, you will be so glad that you did!!

“Great location, beautiful views, and nice accomodations” We had a nice stay here at the Ariel Dunes II. The location is great! It is convenient to the beach (a short, but nice walk), and there are also a couple of good beach-side restaurants nearby. There's also a good grocery store nearby within a very short drive, as well as many other shopping possibilities a traveler might need. The unit was nicely furnished and decorated with contemporary furnishings and was quite comfortable. I, for one, appreciate places near the beach that are not decked out with peach and teal walls or seashell sculptures from the eighties. :) The view was also quite nice from the balcony and I spent some nice mornings out there having breakfast while soaking in the sights and sounds of summer.

“Excellent location and all the comforts of home.” Condo was within walking distance of a Winn Dixie grocery store, Fridays, Cracker Barrel, and Outback. The community pool and hot tub were excellent. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. The only negatives were the fact that we were a little disappointed that the ice maker didn't work and definitely dismayed by the fact that the smoke alarms were disconnected. We also had some periodic problems with the cable TV and wi-fi. Those are the things that caused a very good rating instead of an excellent rating. But other than those we would highly recommend the place and definitely stay again, especially if the smoke alarms are fixed.

“Great Location and Condo” Great Condo and Location I can't say enough great things about this location and condo, we arrived on Monday and by that afternoon my husband was already wanting to set a date for a return trip. We decided to try to return for the week after Christmas since he's a teacher and the kids will be out of school. This location is wonderful for a family, it has a great pool as well as being really close to the beach. My concern was that I wouldn't be able to get my teenagers out of the Condo since they brought the PS3 and each have cellphones. Once we hit the beach they had a wonderful time and we couldn't get them out of the water. The beach was clean and wasn't crowded at all. Perhaps it was the time of year or that it was during the week but it wasn't crowded until Friday and we had been out almost everyday. We also ate at Doc's Local Restaurant which had a very nice view and the food was good. I haven't had guacamole with crab, pretty tasty. Also we went to Port Aransas and took the Red Pirate Ship tour, it had a cute show for little ones or for the "young at heart". We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and will certainly be returning soon. You will enjoy your stay at this condo even if it is just for a get away. There wasn't a lot of loud music or noise around the complex either, which I really enjoyed while we were sitting out on the patio having coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. “Perfect Luxury” Our 5-week stay at this vacation rental was absolutely perfect. The house was everything you could ask for and more. We have stayed in many vacation rentals in the last 20 or so years that we have been coming to anna Maria Island and I have to say this one was right at the top of the list. The kitchen was outfitted with everything you could want. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Short walk to the beach. The owners were very nice to deal with and always responded quickly and were very warm and helpful. Definitely can recommend this vacation rental.

“Everything we could have wished for and more!!” Just back from a two week stay here. Condo looks exactly as it does in the photos, stunning! We have been to Orlando many times, however this is by far the best condo we have ever stayed in. Everything went really smoothly, from booking, paying and getting all the necessary information required. The location is excellent, close to parks and the pool was great also. We had decided to take it "easy" this time round in Orlando and having such a beautiful place to stay in was wonderful. Great to sit outside on the porch in the evening watching various fireworks and enjoying the evening sun. The condo was also well equipped and felt really at home here. Would recommend and hopefully will return soon.

“Outstanding Villa in a beautiful surroundings.” We are a family of 5, stayed at the this Lakeside Luxury Villa for 9 weeks total. The house is so beautiful with all that is needed when staying with kids. Very spacious house and lots of things to do, table tennis, soccer game and Playstation game console where everybody can play. Giant TV with hundreds of satelite tv-channels. The pool area is simply fantastic, big south facing screen and large pool - sitting out there and watch the sunset is so lovely. We have rented lots of houes before in Florid and this is simply the best one we have rented. The house is close to supermarkets, mall, Disney and all kinds of activities and shopping. “Great house for my large family!” The house was perfect for our family vacation. There was plenty of room for all (my husband and me, 4 daughters, 4 son-in-laws, and 4 young grandchildren). Nice kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, and backyard deck with grill. Located near Lake Travis and shopping areas. The pool/playground was within walking distance. Owner was so helpful and responded timely. This was the perfect alternative to a hotel. We could all be together. If you have small children you may wish to block the stairs at bottom and top. A large drawback for us was the parking. We were in 6 cars and only 3 cars allowed in driveway at any time.

“The perfect spot” My wife and I, and our best friends decided to take a weeks winter vacation in Flagstaff. We were looking for a good hotel when we decided to see if we could find a cabin or condo. Luckily this was one of the first we looked at, and all I can say is we are happy we picked it. It is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a successful vacation. We especially loved the fireplace for the cold mountain nights, and it didn't hurt that the 55 inch 3D tv was right next to it:). The cabin is in a quiet neighborhood, and is the perfect launching pad to everything whether it is Flagstaff, Sedona, Jerome, Grand Canyon or any of the many points of interest. Btw, Steve the owner is great and wants his quests to have a great time. Thanks Steve for the great vacation.

“Great experience” I stayed in villa #4. It was a really nice place to stay. Only had a couple of minor issues. The people who stayed before left dirty dishes in the dishwasher which I cleaned and put away so I wouldn't be charged, the beds were pushed against the wall, and the people in villa #3 who checked in on Sunday were rude. It was a clean and cozy place to stay over all. Its very close to the beach and just minutes from any shopping or attractions to suit anyone's needs or wants. This was our family's first stay at the beach and it was excellent.
