“Updated condo, great pool, awesome owner” This is a great rental condo. It is in a great location on a marina, just across the street from the beach (just an easy 5 minute walk). A real bonus is the location near the Santini Plaza. The Plaza has great restaurants, a liquor store, a hardware store and other shopping. There is a CVS next to the Plaza. The pool is beautiful and the largest on the island. It was great to have the extra space of a 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit. Vito is a fantastic owner. He is easy to contact and genuinely cares about his renters.

“fabulous” This condo is beautiful. We watched the dolphins from the balcony. We enjoyed the heated pool. Access to the beach is right there. The condo had everything we needed and more. Beautifully decorated . We would highly recommend it.

“Excellent and perfect House for vacation.” this was my first experience and was the best, perfect area, all was close in case we need to buy something. The house was full equipped for everything you need and very clean. The state park pass was excellent, with access to a perfect beach. we had a very great and fun time with the family.

“Amazing House” My family and I had a wonderful time in your beautiful home. The views were stunning! You and Janet have all the amenities and much more. The kids loved the large pool, as well as my husband and I. Fishing off of the dock was very enjoyable as we caught more and more fish. “Great place to stay away from home” We have stayed in this condo during the month of april for the past 4 years. The condo is located in a beautiful gated community with club facilities that include a large pool and golf course. Everyone in the community is very pleasant. The condo is bright and sunny, beautifully decorated, and maintained with all the amenities you would have at home. The kitchen is fully equiped. It also includes extras for the beach such as chairs, towels and umbrella. It is always very clean and well stocked with supplies. The owner is very conscientious and a pleasure to work with. If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay in southwest Florida you can't beat staying here. The location is great, within easy driving distance of recreation, entertainment and retail activities. We would recommend it without hesitation.

“Absolutely wonderful experience!” My husband and I stayed in this unit for our honeymoon and we had the greatest time. We were even given flowers from the owners to congratulate us on getting married! The view was spectacular and the unit was comfortable. The building is a very short walk to the beach and the sunsets were amazing - we were able to watch them right from the balcony. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone wanting to experience everything Marco Island has to offer.

“Fantastic Rental!!” I would highly recommend this condo! It was super clean and had all the amenities. There was a nice pool and workout room, and was also walking distance to two golf courses and a restaurant. “Golden Springs” Start to finish this was a great experience! The house & furnishings are all brand new, very nice & exceptionally clean. Our family loved having meals on the patio & our kids couldn't get enough of the pool. We were even able to park in the garage. The homeowner was so thoughtful to purchase pool toys, beach toys & a cooler since they knew we were coming with our kids. We enjoyed being really close to the beach & lots of great restaurants. Booking was simple & the property manager was very helpful & easy to reach. We would definetly recommend this house & can't wait to come back!
