“Look no further!” Terrific condo right on the sandy white beach! We love that you can literally go out the back door, walk a few steps and then you are on the boardwalk & beach. Complimentary beach chairs(2) and an umbrella are available from beach attendants. Spacious and comfortable for our family of four-plenty of space for everyone(and then some). We had seen many condos along Okaloosa Island and this is one of the largest 2 bedroom units available. Master suite is exceptional and second bedroom is very roomy too. Large closets. “ALWAYS THE BEST TIME EVER AT SURFDWELLER!” We love coming and try to come at least every few years, wish we could come more! We love the same unit 701 and LOVE Surfdweller!!! GOOD TIMES, WELL EQUIPPED, CLEAN, & ALWAYS WHAT YOU EXPECT! Only thing is we had some light bulbs out and a few bugs but not a big deal.

“Perfect 3 Night Stay” We love everything about Okaloossa Island. Relaxing time with family. The El Matador complex is well maintained and beach access is handy from any building on the property. Loved being able to drink coffee and watch the waves roll in from the balcony. The balcony floor could use a fresh coat of paint, it is very chipped and kind of hurt your feet. Small issue I know. Other than that it is a fabulous condo that we would stay in again.
