“Very cute condo close to beach” I stayed at 194 Captain Chase #8 for a week in August 2015. The condo is very cute and spacious. What I liked best: Location, location location! I love Dennis Port - you are centrally located and it isn't far for a ride up to Provincetown, Chatham, or Hyannis. You are close to the Bay beaches or the National Seashore.There are plenty of restaurants (that you can order out from), pizza places, the Dog House and Sundae School (for ice cream) is right up the road. Glendon Road Beach is a very short walk so making the trek with chairs, a cooler, and a beach bag was not an issue. (and you save yourself a parking fee). The Del Ray Beach Club is very quiet which I liked and after a day at the beach, relaxing by the pool was very nice. The condo was very cute and just like the pictures. The bedroom is very spacious; plenty of room to hang your clothes. Having two bathrooms was wonderful. The living area is also spacious. We had one of the couches made into a bed the entire stay - but still had another couch to sit on to watch TV. The owner has provided some board games, DVD's, and books - even two beach chairs! It was hot the entire week so we made use of the air conditioning. My only issue during the week was trying to cook on the stove. I set off one of the smoke/fire alarms and it took awhile for them to stop beeping. I ended up not using the stove the rest of the week. Overall this rental is ideal spot for a week out at the Cape. I recommend it for a couple, or a couple with young children.

“Clearbrook rental” The accommodations were good. The spaces were well separated and met our families' needs quite well. The unit itself is dark and needs more lamps throughout. The few that were there had no light bulbs in them. The many stairs leading down to the unit might be a problem for some folks with mobility issues. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes/silverware/pots. etc. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and met our requirements nicely. Thank you.

“Nice area, unit could use some improvements” The village of loon are was very beautiful. The unit was nice and clean and fairly modern. The staff at the reservation service was very nice as well. The master bedroom downstairs was very musty and the room on the first floor had a bed that seemed like it hadn't been replaced in a while. The bed was so soft that I woke up with backaches every morning and had a tough time sleeping. However, when I told the staff about this issue, they wrote down the info and said they would look into it..hopefully they will.

“Beautiful place!” We stayed here in late June. The condo was clean and cozy. We especially loved sitting by the fireplace at night with a glass of wine after hanging out in the hot tub. We hiked, ate in some great restaurants and went to the Stowe Wine and Food Classic. Great Vacation!

“Great Family Ski Trip” We spent the 2013 MLK weekend here at 108-1 Clearbrook and had a wonderful time! Loon Reservation Service was wonderful and the unti was fantastic. There was plenty of room for our party of 7 + a small dog. 4 of us skied daily while 3 remained home and sat by the fireplace with the dog. We prepared all of our meals in the unit and the kitchen was well stocked. We look forward to returning to this unit and doing business with Loon Reservations again.

“Great Place to Stay!” The staff was courteous and helpful. The condo was clean, spacious, well equipped and in a quiet location. A gift bag with a packet of coffee, creamer, sugar and a packet of microwave popcorn made us feel welcomed. We stayed only 3 nights and wished it could have been longer. We enjoyed the use of the swimming pools just down the road at Village of Loon Resort and we took advantage of their picnic area with grills for a cookout. We plan to stay here again!

“February Family Ski Trip” Very comfortable. A perfect base for an extended family in Lincoln. My wife and I, two daughters, a son-in-law and a 5-year old granddaughter had plenty of space.

“Great Room/Studio - Truly ski in and ski out” This studio is very nice and can sleep 4 comfortably. It has a very small kitchen with a small refrigerator but no oven. Has a microwave and has a 2-burner stove. Also has a small balcony that overlooks the Gondola area. On the third floor. The Mountain Lodge Resort is a great Hotel/Resort with pool and hot tub. Also has a work-out room. The ski Valet is excellent and they would get my skis out in the morning and take them from me in the evening. No worries about storage or carrying your stuff. Car Valet service included in the price. Great not to have to worry about the car at all. The resort is a full service Hotel. Wonderful service from the staff. Very friendly. I believe this Resort is one of the very few in Stowe area that offers true ski in and ski out services.

“Wonderful condo in Stowe,VT perfect for a family of five.” Our family stayed at the Stonybrook Retreat over the December break. The condo was immaculate and well stocked with all the amenities. It was the perfect place to return to after a day on the slopes. We definitely plan to return next year.

“Unit 3WU Clearbrook” Beautiful view, super easy to go skiing with the shuttle. Nice layout plenty of room with six people. Clean but could use some updating. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals. Given 1 set of towels (bath,hand & face)per person for the week did have to wash towels regularly with the washer/dryer.

“Happy Hikers Retreat” After more than 25 years of staying in the AMC huts, some of our group decided to try something more comfortable- a condo rental nearby the trails. The 8 of us loved the stay at Forest Ridge 18-5 right opposite Loon Mtn. The unit was spotless, the furniture and beds were comfortable and the location was great. We cooked/warmed up a nice home cooked meal and entertained some other friends staying at a local hotel-we had company! As others have previously written, the basement bedrooms can get damp but there were dehumidifiers and fans to move the air around. Our only complaint was that the gas grill was not working and we had planned to barbecue one night. Oh well. Great place to stay and very nice Club House around the corner.

“A bit dated, but overall, a good place to stay” Wish we were told how far away the pool was from the units, we were never really told where the pools were at all, and they were not really convenient unless you were in the timeshare units. Top Bunk bed wasn't safe; rail was broken. Unit was very clean though and we enjoyed our stay.
