“OMG!!!! This was the Best House - We could not ask for better” Not enough words to say how great and the owners were (WOW) - pick them - Best of the Best First of all they were so nice to make sure we knew how to get to them giving us in's and outs to get to them. 2nd they were there to show us around to make sure we knew everything. 3rd they have everything you could think of to make it a great trip 4th this house is so big open with a great view of the water fall that my family loved 5th it was the best bed I have slept in 6th the owner deigned it and built it himself and its like a dream house They even loaned us fishing poles for my daughter and I could use if we had time. “Just the best vacation ever” We originally rented the 1 bedroom apt but were upgraded by our lovely host to the 2 bedroom. The apt was spacious with 2 baths, all the kitchen equipment you would need, a washer/ dryer and wifi. We were able to walk to the beach within 3 minutes or with our rental car explore all the other glorious beaches on the island. Our first night we walked to the famous "conch shack" for traditional cracked conch-yum. Other nights we cooked in after gathering supplies at the well stocked local IGa or tried a few of the marvelous local restaurants for the rum punches and sunsets. I really appreciated the quiet simplicity of the old beach house which really is a misnomer. Emma,our host, was so helpful with island information and willingly answered so many questions. She treated us to papayas off the trees just outside our room and made us feel welcome and comfortable in so many ways. I can't wait to come back.

“Truly a home away from home” After skimming through the other reviews about Kas Bientu di Pasat there is not much that can added except that all of the positive commentary and praises for this rental are true to life. My wife and I spent a week there and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms that are on the second floor but not for the main living area on the ground floor. When we were there in December there was a nice air flow through the downstairs that made it quite comfortable during the day and air conditioning was not needed. The condo is spacious and very well equipped with all of the amenities you would have at home including an internet based phone for calls to the USA as well as a DVD player and a nice variety of DVDs to watch as you relax after a day of diving or snorkeling. If you want information on dive or snorkel sites as well as other recreational opportunities on the island there is a wealth of printed materials in two large 3 ring notebooks as well as other publications on the living room coffee table. There is also an excellently illustrated book on coral reef fish identification that is so helpful after a dive. The condo is nicely located in a residential area with very friendly neighbors who are free with their suggestions as to ideal dive sites and other activities available on the island. A swimming pool is available which we did not use. Staying at Kas Bientu di Pasat even provided a discount on a car rental as well as diving at Dive Friends. All in all, Kas Bientu di Pasat is a great place to stay at a very reasonable price. We would highly recommend it to anyone wishing to have a pleasant and memorable stay on Bonaire as long as they don't reserve the weeks we would wish to return. :-)

“Ultimate Relaxation in Paradise” What a beautiful villa and property. We had the most lovely, relaxing vacation here with all conveniences and more. From a swim in the pool in the morning to a short walk to the local beach in the afternoon, it really is breathtaking. We felt totally safe, whether walking or bike riding in the day or night. Just a short 15 minute walk into a very lovely little town with awesome restaurants and live music. For nature lovers, this place is unbelievable, beautiful birds, butterflies and animals we had never seen before, but was a huge part of our enjoyment living here. We had the best holiday ever!!!

“Beautiful Setting, Relaxing Stay” This is our second visit to Tankah Bay and it's pretty hard to beat our first stay. This was definitely comparable. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious and perfect for what we wanted. The caretakers were absolutely wonderful and very accommodating for our needs. I recommend taking advantage of their cooking skills, it will add to your relaxing experience and the food was excellent. Everyday you can stroll on the beach, take a swim, snorkel and kayak. Everything is right there, almost no need to leave the property. Within walking distance you have the Manatee Cenote, I highly recommend, just go early because it can get busy. Also, within walking distance, you have two bar/restaurants. My favorite part of the day was relaxing under the palapa, right on water, watching the birds hunt and dive. The beach side of the villa also offers privacy with a patio and lounging areas sheltered by hedges. I'd like to give a special thank-you to the property manager who provided us with fresh eggs from a local farm when the grocery store ran out of them just before Christmas. The Tulum ruins are a must see, as well as the Coba ruins. If you are adventurous, you can climb largest ruin in Coba and get an amazing view of the jungle. I could go on and on about how amazing this place is, but, you'll have to find out for yourselves! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this stunning villa. A much needed escape from the gray and cold of winter.

“Beautiful home!” Beautiful home, spacious. There were a few small hiccups, but the homeowner was so attentative! She quickly resolved any issues. The home is close to the parks, not too much time in the car, that was nice. Overall, my family truly enjoyed the stay and we would definitely rent this home again!

“Highly Reccomended” This condo beat our wildest dreams & expectations. The apartment itself is spacious, beautifully furnished, & in the perfect location. “Best house ever” The house is in a beautiful setting. So many things to do in the area from antique shopping, golf in the summer, winter skiing, hiking, really great restaurants. Once you've seen the house though, you won't want to leave. Great layout for families, group of friends, special occasions or just getting away to a special place. everything is provided for your stay. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, outdoor fire pit!!! Watch shooting stars at night. Jennifer has thought of everything. Even a playroom with toys and games! No preparation is needed on your part. Just show up for a fabulous stay.

“Amazing Location and View” My stay at condo 371 was the best ever. The condo had everything needed and was very comfortable. The view from the windows and the 2 balconies is priceless. Its nice to open the doors and windows and enjoy the ocean sounds and breeze without using the aC. The patio furniture is new and I enjoyed sleeping on the balcony under the stars a couple of nights. The property manager called me after my flight arrived to confirm and he was waiting at the desk for us so we checked right into the condo without waiting. You can see the pool from this condo which is nice if you have friends in the pool while you are on the balcony. The 2 pools were freshly painted while we were there and are very nice. Its a great feature to rent a luxury condo but also have the option to cook or pay for all inclusive. The hotel has nightly activities that you can participate without paying for all inclusive. I wish to go back to this condo year after year if it is available.

“Best Place in Cancun” Stayed at Tim's Penthouse #372 from 5/4/15 to 5/11/15 the views from the balcony were great. Tim was great to work with, I've used VRBO before but have never received as much information from an owner as I did from Tim. Also his housekeeper Francis was very helpful whenever we had questions. She was very nice. The condo has a lot of space and was very quiet at night. We used the transportation he recommended to get to his place, Entertainment Plus. They were always on time and the stop at the supermarket is a must. We also used them to go to Chichen Itza, well worth the $109 a person. You do not need to rent a car in Cancun, the bus system is very easy to use, $1 every time you get on the bus. I will definitely rent from Tim again when I return to Cancun.
