“Relaxing with the family” Carolina Breeze is a great family environment. The beach is 100 yards away and the bay is a block away. We went to the amusement area which is within walking distance. We spent more time at the pool and in the hot tub which is delightful. The house is really in a great area.

“Perfect” Angi, Thank you for such a wonderful piece of heaven. Your home is so well appointed and so cozy we just felt right at home. “Coppertop is an ideal getaway!” We had a great experience in Ocean Isle, while staying at the Coppertop. My friends and I, have made numerous golf trips to the Myrtle Beach area, and this is by far, our favorite place to stay. It has all the amenities you need, and then some, while being in a very convenient location. It is just across the bridge, near numerous restaurants, and just one lot off the beach, not too mention, within 15-20 minutes of numerous, world class golf courses. We have had as many as 12 golfers staying there, all in complete comfort, without any sense of being cramped or crowded. The design of the house, as well as the decorating, are all top notch, and made us all feel extremely comfortable. We have stayed at Coppertop 3 times, usually not in the peak season, but I can imagine it would be a blast to be able to hit the beach and do some fishing off the pier, just across the street. I have also taken another couple on a trip to OI, and they absolutely loved the house. Can't wait, to head back this fall!

“Lovely, spacious and thoughtfully stocked home” Kelly's Beach Retreat is a fantastic place. Steps from the beach, thoughtfully stocked, and with an inviting open kitchen and dining room. The place gets amazing light and is very relaxing. Glenn was great to work with as well. Our only note is that while the home is wonderful for families--and large ones at that!--parents of toddlers should note that there are a lot of steps that are very attractive to little climbers. Had we thought about it, we would have put a mini gate or something in the car with us.

“Pet-Friendly Destingation” As a 'Pet-Blogger', I am always looking for great places to holiday with our two dogs Henry, and Reese. More specifically, somewhere we can 'enjoy' with the dogs without having to worry about what to do with them when we visit restaurants, shops or go sightseeing. The Dolphin Inn was the perfect place to stay! This trip was arranged as a group get together; my husband, parents, in-laws and sister with her husband and two small children. The spacious accommodation meant no one felt as if they were tripping over one another. Although we didn't eat evening meals as a group, we enjoyed breakfast together at a large table located beside the spacious kitchen on the upper level. Because of the layout and quiet location of the Inn, we were comfortable leaving Henry and Reese to relax comfortably when we went out to do 'people only' things. Our hosts were very helpful with suggestions regarding things to do and see in the area. Upon arrival we found guides with locations and contact information, as well as preferred rates on several activities for guests of the Inn. I am happy to recommend The Dolphin Inn to groups or families with or without dogs!

“A Classy Vacation Experience in any Season” My brother, who has problems walking, and I stayed at Sunnybank for a little under a week in the early spring when the Corolla horses are foaling. The layout of the well-appointed, three-storey main building was perfect for our needs: the fabulous view from the top floor living room provided the inspiration for him to walk up the grand stair case, and he could take the elevator when he was having problems walking. (There are two bedrooms with walk-in showers to accommodate people who have a problem walking.) It rained the first two days, which might have been gloomy any where else, but the library of videos, and stashes of games and playing cards gave us the opportunity to connect in ways that we hadn't since we were children. The fabulous cook's kitchen and multiple eating areas can accommodate a wedding party, family reunion, or any get away time one might want. Mine was a working vacation and the office there, which is outfitted with excellent Ethernet and WiFi connections plus a daybed for napping, was a better arrangement than my office at home. Comfort and casual, yet classy ambience abounds at Sunnybank. An excellent find!
