“Making Waves” Very nice home. Perfect for 4 adults and 4 children. House was clean. Appliances were older, but all in good working condition. Main beds were comfortable. Grandson loved the bunk beds. Golf cart is always a plus and a “must” at Oceanside Villages for easy travel to the beach, pools and playground.

“Great place and wonderful owners” We had a great experience at Sea La Vie. We used to stay right at the boardwalk. But now we discovered how much better this area is. It is the best of both worlds: calm and beautiful beach that is not too crowded, but is also very close to the fun activities and night life of the boardwalk. “Lovely, spacious and thoughtfully stocked home” Kelly's Beach Retreat is a fantastic place. Steps from the beach, thoughtfully stocked, and with an inviting open kitchen and dining room. The place gets amazing light and is very relaxing. Glenn was great to work with as well. Our only note is that while the home is wonderful for families--and large ones at that!--parents of toddlers should note that there are a lot of steps that are very attractive to little climbers. Had we thought about it, we would have put a mini gate or something in the car with us.

“Making memories” We had a great time in Pawleys at your beach house! It was so convenient for our family(including two children) to go back and forth to the beach. “Excellent location!” What a great area! This was our first time to Litchfield Beach, and we loved it. The condo development is at the end of a road, and there is 24 hour security, which is great because the whole area is guests only. This unit in particular is located behind one of the pool areas, and about a two minute walk to the beach. Just perfect! The screened in porch was a great place to hang out in the evenings and enjoy the ocean air. However, the sliding doors were very hard to open and close. The one to the open patio was almost impossible to close from the outside. The interior of the unit was very nice and clean, but it is a little dated. However, it does have all the necessities, lots of cookware, silverware, plates, cups etc. and everything was in good working order. While we were staying in this unit I noticed that there were two holes in the ceiling of the "master" bedroom, we had to find buckets in the supply closet to put under the holes because every time the unit above us used the shower the ceiling would leak. Not a huge deal, nothing that ruined our stay by any means, just something that should be addressed. It has obviously been that way for some time, the flooring is starting to bow from the water damage. All in all this is a very nice unit, it met our needs very well, and we just loved the short walk to the beach and the boardwalk that lead out to the marsh. And the staff at Litchfield Real Estate was wonderful, booking was easy, everyone was very nice, and very willing to answer any questions. Thanks for a great stay! We hope to be back again soon.

“South Litchfield Beach Condo with breathtaking ocean view” We came to Litchfield Beach to celebrate our 30th anniversary and this condo was absolutley beautiful. The oceanview from the living room took our breath away. We spent many hours on the spacious balcony watching the ocean waves and tides. We were able to see marine life inluding dolphins and yes sharks! We enjoyed our meals on the balcony also. The furniture in this condo was very comfortable, we loved the decor and the kitchen was very well equipped. We didn't watch very much TV because the oceanview was so commanding and beautiful you just couldn't take your eyes off of it. Inlet Point is a beautiful, quiet and relaxing residential community. Walks on the beach were so relaxing. We also enjoyed our walks to the marsh. The pools were beautiful, quiet and clean. Our trip was awesome and we definitely want to return to Inlet Point!

“A Classy Vacation Experience in any Season” My brother, who has problems walking, and I stayed at Sunnybank for a little under a week in the early spring when the Corolla horses are foaling. The layout of the well-appointed, three-storey main building was perfect for our needs: the fabulous view from the top floor living room provided the inspiration for him to walk up the grand stair case, and he could take the elevator when he was having problems walking. (There are two bedrooms with walk-in showers to accommodate people who have a problem walking.) It rained the first two days, which might have been gloomy any where else, but the library of videos, and stashes of games and playing cards gave us the opportunity to connect in ways that we hadn't since we were children. The fabulous cook's kitchen and multiple eating areas can accommodate a wedding party, family reunion, or any get away time one might want. Mine was a working vacation and the office there, which is outfitted with excellent Ethernet and WiFi connections plus a daybed for napping, was a better arrangement than my office at home. Comfort and casual, yet classy ambience abounds at Sunnybank. An excellent find!
