“This is it! Every other place is somewhere lacking behind this o” So this was my third trip to Goa, During my first two trips I preferred cheap hotels in North Goa thinking that these House Rentals are unwanted expense. But this time I gave it a shot and trust me I landed up at exactly the place I want in Goa. Here are the Pros and Cons of this place: Pros: 1. Great Location, All major North Goa attraction are just a small drive away yet the House ia situated in peaceful quite environment 2. Great Owner, Joseph is always there to help you out with your each and every query whether its a Vehicle Rental or any enquiry about places to visit. 3 .Security, The place is situated in a highly secured Compound 4. Facilities, Every basic need is available in the house whether its Kitchen utencils, Bed Lines or anything. Cons: 1. Well there is only one Con, If you stay at this place you would never want to come back from Goa :p Hehe... As other reviewer said its Home away from Home!

“relaxing time” Had a pleasent stay. But was disappointed with the breakfast timings and the menu. Shuold extend the timings as people on vacations get up late. And my frnds who were vegetarian had nothing to eat in the breakfast except cornflakes and bread. Very bad experience with breakfast. Room service was good.

“Excellent luxury villas!” We took the 3BHK villa by the pool. It was beautiful, comfortable and well maintained and overall better than anything we expected. It's located close to many of Goa's best attractions. I would highly recommend this to any traveler who wants to experience Goa.

“A very comfortable accomodation very near to most happening beac” Nice & Comfortable Stay, friendly attitute of property manager Ideal destination for a group of friends & family where you can feel like home. You can cook for children etc. Cleaniness & other aspects were also ok. For any help you can call property manager who is very helping & co-operative. Two bedroom pool facing Apartment for rent in Anjuna Goa - A1
Great stay for a family

We stayed in flat BG at Casa Del Sol Goa over Xmas and New years. Flat BG is a ground floor flat with two bedrooms, a living/dining room and a kitchen. The master bedroom has a en-suite and a double bed with plenty of storage and the second bedroom had two single beds. There is an additional bathroom just off the main living space. The kitchen has a hot plate and there is a washing machine, clothes horse and iron available in the flat. This layout was ideal for our family of four, and made our stay feel like we were in a home away from home. The complex is well looked after by the staff and there is a security on the gate. There is a swimming pool which we used almost daily and plenty of parking space. We felt very looked after by the staff at Casa Del Sol. George the manager had arranged a taxi pick up from the airport and also stocked our fridge with a few essentials for us as we were arriving early in the morning. The gate staff and the cleaners were friendly and always keen to help. Nitin who runs the complex also popped in to introduce himself and make sure we were happy with our stay. The location is just a little away from Anjuna busy roads which for us worked well. Nitin left a list of places to visit and takeaway menus for us in the apartment so we had pointers on where to go. We hired a car from Nelson who was recommended by Nitin & George and were able to travel all over North Goa to beaches that were recommended. We also checked out various places local to the flat. I would recommend the walk to Nattis Natural (5min walk) who has great organic dishes for breakfast and lunch and also take a trip to the waterpark (5-10mins walk) the kids loved it! We did get takeaway a couple of times too from pink chilli in the evening, great Indian food, delivered quickly. The night market is defiantly worth a visit, we went twice. I would suggest that you don't drive down there as parking is limited and the there is quite a bit of traffic. We walked the second time and it was only a 15min walk. If any of you are into Yoga, then Titos white house is a couple mins walk away. We went every morning for yoga with Brahmani yoga. they have two beautiful studios high on the hill overlooking the jungle and there is a vista beyond of Goa. It's stunning. They also ran kids classes on Fridays at 4pm so our kids went there. There are also night time events there, we went to a theatre/dance production one evening ran by Omaggio. So that's all the good things about the stay. I'm sure we will head back there again soon, but next time we may avoid dates when the sunburn festival is on as there seems to be a massive influx of tourist around Vagator and Anjuna and the roads get very busy. … see more

My first impression was like WOOOWW...It is feeling like second home..everything was like same as you have mentioned clean neat and very specious. Fantastic - Could not have asked for more!

Visited during Christmas of 2014 with 18 people total for 4 nights. The villa was modern, clean and spacious. Every room has an en suite bathroom which also made it very comfortable, even for large groups. The villa is centrally located and walking distance from the shops, restaurants, markets and the beach. Furthermore, the private pool was beautiful and so convenient to have in our front lawn. The two people managing the property (Raj and Laxmi) were absolutely brilliant - kind, hospitable, and hard working. Not only did they keep the place clean, but they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. A few of us became sick during the stay and the management staff went out of his way to make us kichidi (the Indian equivalent to chicken noodle soup) late at night. We could not have asked for a better stay and highly recommend this property to others. … see more

We had two Air conditioned rooms one giving us the garden view and the other pool view. Both were great in their own way. The service is delightful.
