Welcome to our newest property in Baga in the Beira Mar resort which is just opposite the road from the famous "Tito's" club and about 5 mins walk to the world famous Baga beach.
The resort in which this property is located changed management in 2017 and has been completely renovated effective Jan 2018. All buildings have been newly painted, a new restaurant and coffee shop introduced and new landscaping provided, and is better than ever before!
Baga is one of the most “happening” places in Goa and is a very popular tourist destination. It offers many options for the holiday goer including a variety of restaurants, shopping, entertainment and night life. The famous Baga beach offers all kinds of water sports and beach shacks with a variety of economical cuisine. Or for those interested in a more relaxed holiday …. just lay back on the sun beds on the beach and listen to the soothing sounds of the waves lapping the sea shore!
An end unit on the 3rd floor with scenic views our vacation home comprises a large studio apartment with a loft and terrace. There is no elevator in the building and involves climbing 3 flights of stairs so may not be suitable for the elderly and infirm. It has an open and bright floor plan with 3 sleeping areas: Double sofa bed in living area, double sofa bed in the lounge, double sofa bed in the loft. Additionally there are 2 single sofa beds if required. It has a large floor to ceiling window which overlooks the beautiful goan countryside and green fields where you can view all kinds of birds and the occasional peacock with its beautiful flared feathers. The cosy loft above overlooks the living area and has a large window with tranquil views. The large thick curtain can be drawn across the room to create an enclosed bedroom for additional privacy. This extends to the small terrace which is a perfect place to take your morning coffee while heralding a gorgeous sunrise or sip an evening cocktail while witnessing a spectacular sunset.
Our guests are required to convert the sofas into beds for sleeping as required. Linens and towels are provided and changed every 3 days. If additional changes are required this can be arranged for a nominal charge. There are 2 small bathrooms for our guests’ comfort each with a separate shower stall with rain shower. This self catering apartment also comes with a small kitchenette with gas stove, microwave, fridge, electric kettle and basic utensils. There is a 40 inch flat screen TV for our guest’s comfort. Wireless internet service is available through Tata photon USB for one computer at a nominal charge.
The apartment is air conditioned and has an inverter back up.
The resort has 2 sparkling swimming pools and 2 in house Restaurants and bar which provide all kinds of vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies including delicious goan and sea food and room service is available.
This cosy and well located apartment accommodates 8 guests. It is the perfect place for a family vacation or for a small group that wants to be near the beach and clubs, share a good time and bond with each other.

Response from the owner Firstly let me apologize that you did not have the best holiday experience. It is always our goal for our clients to have a truly restful and enjoyable vacation and I am sorry that you found us lacking. If we have not delivered what we promised then you have every reason to complain. But if you were unable to understand what was clearly explained on our website and were expecting something different then we are sorry we did not meet your expectations. Customer states: the apartment looks big in the photos posted by their website but it is too small. Multiple reviewers have stated that the apartment is exactly as depicted in the website, which it is. We are sorry if you imagined it to be larger. Customer is complaining that the flat is on the 3rd floor and end unit, and that it was a pain to get up to the flat after beach fun and nightlife and that there are no beds and that the showers are small. They were supposed to inform Ms Lobo as to when they were arriving so she could greet them at the apartment. To expect an airport transfer that they were not willing to pay for is unreasonable and presumptious. This customer was given a discounted price of Rs 4000/- per night instead of the published price of $95 or Rs 5700 per night and still chooses to complain about the price. Customer has not mentioned anything about the panoramic views from the apartment or the loft and terrace which are part of this apartment. Also complains about the location but fails to mention that the property is in a resort with 2 swimming pools and 2 restaurants and is very conveniently located just a 5 min walk from Baga beach and Tito’s club which most other reviewers have greatly appreciated.
