“One fine example of a great accomodation” It was my second visit to The Nest- a beautiful place to stay with family and friends. Anyone who is looking for a safe, wonderful, and peaceful stay in Goa must visit this place.i repeat, must. In Goa, Services as sold by many but happiness by few. There can be many hotels in and around Goa but the hospitality paid by the owner is very rare. He had helped me in all possible way from booking a cab to guiding through the places.I expressed my gratitude to him for his timely assistance for everything. The flat is really worth the money you pay, penny by penny.It is close to Calangute, Baga, Anjuna and other beaches.I have recommended many of my friends to The Nest, as we call it. And i will urge the readers to pay a stay here, you will not be disappointed for sure. Mr. Joseph, I will soon be coming to Goa again. Please be my host :)

“Great Place for a great holiday.” The place is very homely. Very clean and cozy. Very close to the beach and very close to the street. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. The booking was very smooth, thanks to Dominic. We were 10 of us, and all of us just loved the room, the space was perfectly thought out with all facilities and amenities required, rather more than required. Even with a family, the kids would love the lawn and the place. We will definitely visit this place more than once. And i would like to recommend this place to anyone.

“A very comfortable accomodation very near to most happening beac” Nice & Comfortable Stay, friendly attitute of property manager Ideal destination for a group of friends & family where you can feel like home. You can cook for children etc. Cleaniness & other aspects were also ok. For any help you can call property manager who is very helping & co-operative. We enjoyed our 3 days stay there a lot & will definately go there next time also.

“Super spacious apartment” Stayed recently with family at the Dona Paula apartment. Was greeted on arrival by property manager Lourdes, a nice smiling and ever obliging young lady. She made us feel comfortable and at home from the word go. The house keeper lives just downstairs in the basement and is very helpful for any emergencies or running small errands. Dealings with owner Dominic via email has been hassle free, reliable and very friendly. Apartment is clean, airy and spacious, has 4 bathrooms with shower and big wide windows allowing the sun in with spectacular views all around. Location wise, this is in a residential and safe area however not in walking distance to any beach or shop or anything. Own transport is a must or you can lock yourself in for good. Can walk to the bus stop (8 minute walk) and travel by local buses however this is time consuming and not the best option while on holiday especially with family. Taxis in Goa charge a bomb so hiring a car from day 1 seems the best option here however the roads are pretty dicey and the driving rash. So sound judgement and advance planning is the key.

Real Place to Relax!!

We (4 girls) stayed at "The NEST" for 5 nights. We came to goa to relax, explore and party. The moment we entered the apartment, it was beyond expectation. It was just like a home away from home. It is in a very beautiful and safe complex called Blue Lagoon. Besides well equipped, neat and clean Air Conditioned Rooms and bathrooms, even the kitchen was well equipped having all the vessels, spices and tea making items. The living room has got dining table, sofas, LCD TV, DTH connection and Home Theater System. About the Location, all the major attractions in North Goa can be covered very easily. Though South Goa is a bit far. Trust me whenever we returned from an outing, we felt like we are going back to our home and not a hotel. I have no words to express my gratitude towards Mr Joseph. He was so cooperative and helped. He helped us a lot in exploring Goa like no one ever could. He gave us a document listing out all the places to visit in Goa and their distances from The NEST. This thing helped us a lot to make a plan for everyday. We had a very memorable time. Definitely we are gonna come again Mr Joseph. You Rock!! … see more

I stayed in this apartment over Christmas and new year with two friends. We has a great time! Assagao is one of my favorite places in goa and the location of the apartment was perfect for the yoga retreat we were going to. Fantastic - Could not have asked for more!

Visited during Christmas of 2014 with 18 people total for 4 nights. The villa was modern, clean and spacious. Every room has an en suite bathroom which also made it very comfortable, even for large groups. The villa is centrally located and walking distance from the shops, restaurants, markets and the beach. Furthermore, the private pool was beautiful and so convenient to have in our front lawn. The two people managing the property (Raj and Laxmi) were absolutely brilliant - kind, hospitable, and hard working. Not only did they keep the place clean, but they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. A few of us became sick during the stay and the management staff went out of his way to make us kichidi (the Indian equivalent to chicken noodle soup) late at night. We could not have asked for a better stay and highly recommend this property to others. … see more

Great holiday destination, with great hospitality!

We went there in the month of July. It was a great place for us wanting to spend some quality time. It is conveniently located with the beach on one side and the main road on the other. Rooms, pool and restaurants are brilliant. The staff was very helpful and responsive to our needs. Many shops and restaurants are located nearby. People can get bike rentals in the premises itself, which actually helped us a lot. One advice for the Management, if they could include a few recreational activities inside the campus, at least during the off-season, it would be great.
