“Gorgeous views, Family friendly, Pet friendly beach house” This was a wonderful place to spend the Christmas holiday at with extended family. Our tweens really enjoyed the ping pong and air hockey. We all enjoyed the hot tub. Watching the tides come in and out and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets was lovely.

“Well appointed house in nice development” We recently stayed here for a corporate team-building event (fishing trip). The kitchen is large and well appointed. The place is nicely decorated and clean. Would highly recommend for reunions or events like ours. We lacked nothing.

“The VIEW is everything!” From the moment my husband and I walked into the cottage, we were thrilled and in awe of the ocean view. We spent a lot of time exploring the area but always returned back to the cottage loving that view. We walked the short distance to the beach every evening and enjoyed looking for rocks and shells and driftwood. I believe the cottage was built in 1939 so there are aspects of it that show it's age but the main living area is lovely with super comfortable chairs and couch. Kay (and Randy) are very easy to work and readily available for questions/problems - although we didn't have any. I would return in a heartbeat! ❤️

“A refreshing and liberating experience!” Thank you Shane for opening your home to us! It was truly a refreshing and liberating experience for our entire family. Each of us was enthralled with the wondrous setting that "Below the Falls Lodge" calls its homestead. The gentle whooshing of the creek, the calls of the birds, and the sweet swaying of the trees rocked us into a natural harmony filled with happiness and contentment. You've created such a beautiful and imaginative home! It is so in tune with the gorgeous surroundings that it feels like the house itself is alive and growing out of the mountain. What an awesome achievement! You've thought of every detail to make a home that seems to anticipate its inhabitants' needs. We've all been able to really relax and enjoy it, only wish we could stay longer. We can't believe you would want to part with this place! It was difficult for us to leave and we were only guests! “Excellent place to stay with an incredible view” We had an excellent time staying at Windows on the Sea. The condo has a fantastic view of the ocean and is very beautiful. Every little detail was thought out and taken care of. It gets a little ding for "comfort" 4 out of 5 stars because the radiant heat in these condos is very poor and you can't get much hot water while also heating the condo. Not that big a deal and a space heater is provided and also wouldn't be an issue anytime but the winter. Also note: the other rentals in this building are ran by a rental company and we have had a very bad experience with them in the past. If you want to stay in the building, this one "Windows on the Sea" is the one to stay in and has the best view by far.

“Family beach trip” After over a year of social distancing and self-isolation our family decided to take a much needed break at the beach. Our criteria was a little daunting, 3 bedrooms, some ocean view, pet-friendly a decent kitchen and a hot tub. This place was that and more. There was plenty of space and activities including a great fire pit foosball, air hockey, barbecue and pool table. The yard was great for our dogs to run and play without worry of escape on our part. The house is quirky and dated but very clean and well supplied. The ocean view is good, a little distant but we were able to see and hear the waves which was great. The walk to the beach took about 15 minutes and we would recommend shoes not flip flops but the beach is great once you get there. The location feels very private but you are very close to a wide variety of amenities. Steve was very quick in responding to questions before and during our stay and when we couldn't find foosballs he was kind enough to bring some by (however for future renters, tilt the table towards the window and you may find some!) We would stay there again for sure.

“Great Location!” Loafer's Paradise is a perfect spot to getaway for a beach weekend. Located just north of downtown, the sits just steps from a trail that leads you right down tot he beach. The neighbor is quiet and if you're up for a trip to the outlet mall, it's right up the street. The house is cozy, with a full kitchen and a master suite that is separate from the main part of the house, so it stays nice and quiet.

“Fantastic place to stay!” As soon as we walked in, we knew we had found the right place. The view was spectacular and the condo was perfect, clean and cozy. The hot tub on the deck and indoor pool are also great perks to add to the experience. This unit was well decorated and in good shape. The beds and linens were comfortable, and the appliances in the kitchen were top notch. We will definitely be back!
