“Fantastic anniversary getaway!” Mr. Brian the owner sounds accomodating and honest, we wish we could meet him upon arrival but the we were once warmly welcomed by his manager mae. Mae was the one who gave us a tour and tought us the uses of the things inside the house. We found the house not so big but then when we stepped inside it was huge and the rooms are spotlessly clean, beds are awesome and comfortable, the kitchen was my favorite place even thou i think it was designed for big people at least excluding me lol the sink was too far for me to reach out but its an advantage for us because it mean to say the guys should take the lead lol i mean the girls has the reason to sit down and relax all day! Thats it!!! Thats the only Least but best for us! Lol I do really appreciate it because all you needed for cooking was there, literally there! Im so inlove with the kitchen! :-) The recieving area is so spacious and the porch fantastic. We loved the details of the house. The pool is enough for us, its beautiful, perfect and romantic as it has its own fountain. Me and my family were having a good time as well as the baby with us and we regretted for not staying for a longer time but atleast it helps escape from the hustle that the city gaves us. I place is very safe, accessible to a department store and vehicle rental. We do appreciate MaE the manager, the cleaners of the house tho we didnt knew their names and of cours credits to the owner Mr. Brian- you indeed gave me a quick and a 100% responds/reply to my emails. The description you made was beyound what we expected. I strongly recommend and will surely recomend this villa for those who have a family member around bangkok, this is also ideal for a typical filipino family reunion(atleast 6 members) and circle of friends whether a co-worker or housemates. Again we'd love to try your other villas somewhere, sometime. Thank you again sir, Godless you and your family.

“Private and relaxing” Each small villa has ample flora and fauna around it to give a very private and relaxing atmosphere. Accomodation is kept very clean with friendly staff and a modern, interesting layout which is still spacious and exactly what you need for a comfotable stay. Bedroom and bed is large and relaxing, straight on to private jacuzzi which was well used. Internet works well, kitchen has everything you need and aC and fans were great. Complex is located in Jontiem 5/10 mins walk from the beach with restaurants all around. 10 minute Baht Bus from Pattya Beach, Mikes Mall, Walking St.ect. We went as a couple and it was bliss. Picked up at the airport and driven straight to the villa. Accomodation is clean, chic, well maintained, set in it's own wee jungle, in a complex of 5 villas where you can hardly hear or see your neighbors, large shared pool and private jacuzzis for each house and stocked kitchen, internet for keeping up to date and located close to the beach. Will return on our next Pattaya trip and will stay here.

“Modern, Immaculate and first class Landlord” Recently renovated and located on the 8th floor this studio apartment represents excellent value for money. Everything was great from the Daikin air-conditioner to the front loading washing machine worked any the hot water service in the apartment was constant and hot ( a rarity in Thailand ) The View Talay complex also is home to a mini-mart, cafe, laundry, restaurant and the pool is simply huge thus everything is literally at your door step. Hardy the Landlord is ultra professional and great to deal with.

“Pattaya 2014” We had some nice days in this very comfortable and luxe villa. Everything was working properly and clean. To wake up and to do some swimming in your own swimming pool was as paradise. The owner also arranged a rental car and a motorbike, he showed us where to buy our groceries, drinks and food. We had a lovely time and we surely will come back!

“Nothing to say more than Perfect” i rent two time for one week, the first in october 2012 and the second in march 2013. all was correct, no surprises (i had some with other houses rental in Pattaya or jomtien), the house staff is friendly, discret and efficient. i hihgly recommend these renatal.

“Very nice villa and Great staff” Brian the owner and his staff met me at the villa upon my arrival. They showed me the ins and out of the property and provided me with business cards to give to taxi drivers on how to get to the property. This was very helpful. They also provided me with a phone number for a taxi driver who took me everywhere I needed to go during my stay. Anna the property mangaer came by every day to check to see if I needed anything. The private pool and Jacuzzi was the perfect way to end a night out on walking street.I highly reccommend renting this property. Greg
