“Exceptionnal view - Very confortable appartment - Great location” We spent 5 days in this appartement with my husband and 2 friends ; The view from the terrace is super ; Don't miss the sunset !! We enjoyed a lot the swimming pool and the jaccuzzi near the beach and the fishermen village of bang bao near by ;We had dinner often there in excellent and cheap sea food restaurants ; We booked a whole day snorkeling trip with a private boat just for the 4 of us for the price of 10,000 bath ; If you like to cook you will find every thing you may wish in this appartement ; But I should admit that the breakfast at Tantra restaurant in Bang bao was one of the best we had in Thailand ! The advice we got from the owners were very useful ; We enjoyed our stay very much and plan to come back for sure ; If you are in a honey moon - or lovers -that would be a perfect place to stay too

“Let's keep it a secret!!!!” Myself and my girlfrind have recently returned from a month whistlestop tour of Thailand, including 3*, 4* and 5* hotels and Lotus Terraces was undoubtably the most amazing place of them all. From the personal mobile phone and stocked fridge on arrival right through to our checkout, we thoroughly felt like we were the only visitors on the Island. Immaculate Villa and immaculate service in every way. My only concern is that my girlfriend is now talking about getting married so she can have the wedding here - Lotus you are too good!! “This villa is fantastic” I have just stayed at this villa with my family. We had 8 adults, 3 teenagers and a 9 year old. The villa was just fantastic. You could eat as a group it had plenty of areas to sit and chat and to retreat to if so desired. The bedrooms are massive, The bathrooms are super sized. The best part of this villa is Lily and her team. They are so lovely. Lily is not only possibly the best cook on the planet she is also one of the the nicest people on the planet. She is happy to teach you some of her secrets in the kitchen or to take you to the market with her. Having Jon on stand by to take you in the minibus to explore Phuket takes the hassle out of getting about. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough. Lily made our holiday very special. Did I mention Lily? I think I am in love. Thank you Lily. If I go back to Phuket I am staying here.

“Best place on Earth” This is a copy of a letter we wrote to the Staff of the Lotus Terraces after our return visit in april. This place is perfect with everything anyone could want away from the crowds of Chaweng Beach, I think my letter to them says it all Well where can I begin to thank this place and their staff. To Ton thankyou from the bottom of our hearts for all that you did to organise the most perfect end to our holiday, it was such a pity you could not catch up with us this time, you are more than welcome in our home in australia anytime you wish to visit. Jan and Sue you go over and beyond what any staff of any other establishment have ever done for us to make us feel welcome. We enjoyed sitting and having a friendly conversation with you Jane and hope to do it again in the future. Lastly but never least to Rose, you are a true asset to the Lotus Terraces and our visits would not be the same without you. Your dedication to your work the care you take of us and your endless commitment to make sure we relax and enjoy ourselves no matter what time of the day or night is appreciated more than you realise. As Jenny told Ton we would love to take you home with us. I could write the most excellent review all night but I will finish with what I stated to you all when I was there " this is my favourite place on earth" and I will definitely be back again.

“My great holidays on the Samui Island, Thailand. Idyllic Resort.” In the airport I was picked up by the owner of the Idyllic Resort (Hans Beeftink) and his lovely wife (Lana Beeftink). The whole trip from the airport to the Resort takes about 10 minutes. In the Idyllic Resort I was living in the Orchid Villa. That villa is located approximately 100 meters away from the shore. And the whole way from the Villa's door to the beach is pure pleasure: at the beginning you overcome a short distance among palms and blooming bushes of orchids and then the rest of the way it is a long tunnel covered with many coloured flowers and in the end of your short trip to the beach you are met by white, clean sand and by a blue stripe of South China Sea. Probably I should mention that the beach is private and there is no access for strangers. The Orchid Villa consists of two buildings. One building includes a big fully equipped kitchen which is integrated with a cosy living room, a bedroom with a double bed and of course a toilet and a shower. As well that building has a big terrace and a summer bed outside. Another building consists of two bedrooms with toilet, shower and everything what you need for sleeping and nice time being inside of the room. Those two buildings are separated by a swimming pool with two beach beds and lawn. The Resort consists also of other Villas, they are all different but made with great taste and love in order to make you feel yourselves as at home. In the main office which is located right next to the entrance to the Resort, you can find a nice small library which is there because some people have left there many books after their holidays. There are many books in many languages, plus, DVD disks with movies and music. As well in the main office you can find a coffee machine, a fridge with fizzy drinks, high quality alcohol and chocolate. Also the Resort provides so many other services/ options which make you even happier there than you are at that moment of time!
