“Nice villa” Spent 3 nights at Baan Manu Chang. We were assigned a driver (San) and a host (Sara) who were both very helpful and friendly. The villa was very homey, pool was great. It would have been nice if they provided condiments to cook with considering it had a kitchen - I ended up bringing some from home + buying it from Tesco. One thing, the hot water in the shower was not hot enough. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

“Memorable Stay” The staff were so helpful and friendly and especially the driver, Mart who saved our daughter who accidentally fell into the pool. Nice and spacious rooms. It gives us flexibility with this privately own space, pool and driver especially with 3 young kids. The kids enjoyed swimming at the pool and we were able to shop and cook at the villa. Driver service is definitely a good arrangement even the villa is situated 10mins away from the busy aonang beach, it doesn't matter bother us. Will definitely come back for another stay.

“Highly recommended” Stayed there for 4 great days. Excellent location and brilliant sea view! Basically everything you need is there. It's only 10 mins away from Patong and Kamala beach. Will definitely go back there again for my next trip! Thumbs up for this great house!

“Favourite Stay of the Year” I stayed with 4 friends last year while we were visiting Phuket for tennis competition. It was our favourite stay for the whole year. The villa is amazing! We really couldn't believe how cheap it was to stay there for such a beautiful villa. The owners are very nice people and were both always on hand to help throughout our stay. I highly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed.

“Relaxing and comfortable, friendly helpful staff, without worrie” From the first contact via email, to our final in-person goodbye, this was a first class experience and villa. Every need was catered to by Sandy and her friendly accommodating staff. The villa was immaculate, the view stunning, and the pool so perfect I was almost speechless. After a long journey, the personal welcome, face towel, cold drink, and gorgeous air conditioned villa was such a luxury. All week long Sandy catered to our needs providing superb concierge services and the chef cooked every meal to perfection. Every room with its own air conditioning control was genius as we all have different tolerances. The view from our magnificent patio/living room was stunning - I believe I took 50 photos from it alone, the sunsets were worth it. If there was one thing to do to improve, it would be to provide much more drinking water free of charge. The fridge is stocked with everything except cold teas. And to find cold prosecco was a dream! Thank you so much to Mr. Capout and Sandy and staff for making our family reunion one to remember in luxurious surroundings.

“Paradise on Tha Lane Bay” It was a great accommodation. From the first to the last day of our honeymoon we enjoyed every second in the great villa. In the house there was lot of space. The bathroom with the one way looking window was great. So we could watching hummingbirds. The sleeping room had a great view to the ocean. And the best was jumping directly to the private pool :-). From the pool we could enjoy the great view to the ocean with the chalk cliffs. The well tended garden around the villa it's great to relaxing. The food and services was very excellent. So we always enjoyed our meals under the private roof outside. We had a lot of dinners with great sunsets. The organization like day-trip with car or boat was fantasic. So we felt us in good hands. Thank you very much Sandy. We enjoyed this days there very well. Lot of private ambience and the stuff is everytime helpful with a smiling on the lips. This was for us the perfect honeymoon. I think people who like to relax in good ambience and with fine service will like to stay in Tha Lane Bay. We would like to come back to the small paradise once. “Excellent Villa and Amazing Staff” We spent a week over New Years and what a fantastic experience! The Villa is close to all amenities (shops, beach, restaurants etc) so you are spoilt for choice for quick lunches / dinners or bar hopping. The rooms are spacious, the house is equipped with DVD's & books and the staff are super friendly and extremely helpful! Breakfasts were out of this world and dinners amazing! “Great place with everything you need for a getaway” Beautiful villa with everything you need for a getaway. Kitchen, BBQ pit, Private swimming pool. Rooms are clean and living room is nicely furnished as well. The only downside will be the location as it is situated in a less popular area. But nonetheless, you have a supermarket nearby for you to shop for your BBQ food. And of course, the amount of mosquitos we had to deal with. But this is more of the country rather than the villa itself.

“Perfect for the family” We arrived reasonably late, Herriot kindly arranged for our pick-up & drop-off. Check-in was breezy! It was bigger than we expected (which is never an issue!) 3 bedrooms and a living room with the pool & a bit of a garden separating them. We were a family of 6 adults and 1 toddler, this villa was a great size for us, in fact it can easily accommodate a slightly bigger group. Having the pool just right at our door step was a bonus especially after being out on a humid day. For families with wandering toddler, be mindful of the pool being just there. We didn't have any issues with Eian who is 2.7 years. We explained the pool rules to him so every time he wanted to swim he would announce it rather loudly :-). The courtyard is such a great place to chill, we spent quite a bit of time by the pool chatting and reading. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable - with plenty of towels to last us for weeks. Our room had a slight damp smell to it probably due to it not being used for a while, 2 other rooms and living room was fine. The kitchen was sufficient for cooking and there's also washing machine, tv etc - it was just like staying in a house. Some of the kitchen utensils needed to be washed before we used it due to grease but that was easily sorted. They cleaned the pool once when we were there and the garden was well kept too. There's always someone at the office to help with tours/car rental ( even on Sundays). We rented a car on our last day there with the help of the office and also hired a driver. Pisit was warm and very patient with our 'wants', even waited when we shopped at Tesco! and when he couldn't accommodate to our requests he would always find an alternative driver for us. The location of the villa is convenient as it is fairly central, it depends on what the group wants to do of course. It's about 40 mins to even the furthest part of Phuket. The next time we travel in a group to Phuket - we would definitely look into renting Jah Villa again!!
