“Everything great about the beach with no crowds” My family loved this experience and will be back! The kids got a kick out of taking the golf cart around and looking for turtles. The house is great and has everything you could possibly need.

“I love this place!” Fantastic vacation home! Great lagoon view from the pool! Close to Sanibel Island as well as shopping for gifts and groceries. Very close to the river by boat, big plus for me! Had a great time here and hope to stay over and over.

“Florida Breeze Villa” We really enjoyed our month in your beautiful home. The house is a spacious 3-bedroom 2 bath well decorated comfortable home. We enjoyed the pool and entertaining friends in the enclosed pool area. The Cape Coral neighborhood is extremely convenient to area restaurants, our church of choice in the area, grocery store, access to Ft Myers, Sarasota, Naples, Venice and all our favorite places. We had a great time relaxing and enjoying the weather in the area and we are hoping to get down your way again in the not-too-distant future. “March in Cape Coral” House was in great shape. Clean, well appointed, good 'jumping off' location for area. Pool not heated, stayed at about 71 the whole time we were there...refreshing to say the least but a bit chilly. I would come back to this home if and when I have the opportunity.

“Villa Rosalinda amazing place to stay” Just returned from a week in Cape Coral staying at Villa Rosalinda. The villa exceeded our expectations, it is fabulous and the best we have stayed in. The location is great, very peaceful with lovely outlook onto the waterways. The villa is excellently presented and has everything in that you could possibly need, if not far more! The surrounding area has great amenities with shops and restaurants a short drive away. We had 6 adults in the villa and there was plenty of room. We made great use of the outside area and the BBQ. All in all a great place to stay and somewhere we would definitely return if we visit the area in the future. The owner is very attentive and helpful. All this contributed to a fabulous time in Florida!

“The perfect for a family vacation !” We found Sunset Palace to be very comfortable for our large family and very well located. Close to everything we needed. The house was very well maintained and clean. The kids loved the heated pool and I loved the spacious lanai.The rental company was efficient and friendly.We wouldn't hesitate to rent again.
