“Most relaxing vacation” I stayed at this property for a month and LOVED IT! The condo has everything and is very comfortable. The unit is bright and having the ceiling fans in the bedroom, you almost don't need AC. I stopped using it at night. The complex has a great large pool and is very quiet. Never had a problem getting a lounger. The complex is well looked after and the people are friendly and helpful. You couldn't ask for a better location. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach and coffee shops, bars, shops and restaurants. Yet it's really quiet at night. There is a bit of a hill, but it's easily managed with a dozen steps along the way. Can't wait to go back.

“Fantastic views!” My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3+ month (end of April through July) stay at Torre Lirios. For the first 2+ months we were in the bottom floor condo which matched its description and photos and had a great view of Banderas Bay. The kitchen is quite small but sufficiently equipped so that we could fix meals. The unit has a good washer and dryer which were essential for our long stay. We loved the pool and rarely saw anyone else there. The walk down the hill to the Malecon and restaurants was not bad. But we only made the walk up a few times at the start of our visit then the rest of the time opted for cabs which cost about $3 USD. Well worth it! Tony the property manager was terrific to work with, very responsive and spoke excellent English. We had some Internet issues early on which Tony took care of with the provider. During our stay the pool had to be closed for about 10 days for unexpected maintenance. To compensate, Tony and the condo owner offered us a deal on a 5th floor condo where we stayed for the last 3 weeks of our visit. Having more space including a full kitchen and king size bed was wonderful. What an amazing view from the condo’s large balcony! We spent a lot of time there having meals, reading, relaxing and watching activity on the bay including the pirate ship and nightly fireworks. Being up on the hill was so worth it to have such a marvelous view. We also enjoyed being away from the touristy area and feeling more part of the local community. Loved all the roosters crowing! Many thanks to our terrific property manager Tony and to the owner Sheryl for a wonderful experience. We definitely recommend these two condos and look forward to returning.

“Sun, sand and relaxation” Great location with all the amenities needed for a relaxing holiday. The Condo was bright,very clean with large balcony. Amazing sunsets. Staff were helpful and friendly. Great pool area and within a short distance you can be on the beach eating at the palapas.

“Perfect location and great service!” The aprtment is spacious and comfortable. Neighbors are quiet and surprisingly little street noise. Everything you need is downstairs. Alejandra always responded quickly to e-mails and Mario the manager is outstanding.

“Great time” We had only one problem. At the Hilton next door something [compresser, air conditioner ?] would start and run for approx. 20 seconds, stop, wait for approx. 20 seconds and start up again. This went on all night and all day long. Very hard to sleep . No problem , of course, during the day. Other then that, everything was great. Fix the noise problem and condo would be perfect. Staff was very helpful.

“Best Christmas and New Year's Eve stay in PV ever” We stayed at Gary's condo from Dec. 20th, 2013 through Jan 3rd, 2014 and had a wonderful time in PV. The location of the condo was perfect (very good bus connections and/or in walking distance) and the view was really very nice. We had never been so close to any New Year's Eve fireworks then from the balcony of Gary's condo. The two bedrooms and the large bathroom area was just perfect for three adults. We enjoyed our time in PV and did some tours (we did most of them during our first stay in PV), but we can recommend a trip to San Sebastian, as well as a trip to Sayulita (by public bus!).

“Location, location, location!” The location right on the north end of los muertos beach means you are in the middle of everything - malecon, plaza, and the beach. Service is very good and the availability of bottled water for only 30p was great. Whenever we wanted help, someone responded right away. The rental itself is good value and my daughter particularly enjoyed all the art work and sculptures around the condo. The only things I did not like - the master bedroom is in dire need of blackout curtains. Everything is very tired. For example we could not get the a/c remote to work. There is no way to take a shower in the master bath without a puddle filled bathroom floor. The flooring tiles are so uneven that it is downright uncomfortable to walk barefoot. But it was overall a very pleasant experience.
