“Loved our stay in this beautiful home.” This house is awesome, very clean, outstanding. Loved the location, very quiet street. The pool was very nice and relaxing. We went on an airboat ride and saw alligators and manatees. Rented jet skis and saw dolphins. Englewood beach just down the road was very nice with a tiki bar close by. Took my grand daughter to Disney. Would definitely recommend and rent again.

“Wonderful place” My wife and I have stayed at this villa on two occasions (2010 & 2011) with both older and younger children. The pool was a bonus for us all. The villa is maintained to an excellent standard and is exceptionally clean inside and outside. It is set in a quiet location, however the fantastic beaches of Englewood are only a short drive away. Golf courses are plentiful as well as nearby parks (such as Lemon Grove) for walking and relaxing. It is easy to drive to such nearby towns as Venice. Plentiful shops in nearby Port Charlotte and also Minor League baseball of Charlotte Stonecrabs, also visit Fishermans Village and Gasparilla Island for a treat. When we visit Rotonda again this will be our first choice villa - 5 star villa in a heavenly area.

“Excellent Choice” Fantastic villa, beautiful inside, very very clean, perfect setting on the canal, sun on the heated pool from early morning to sunset. location is fantastic close enough to beaches and shopping (10-20 mins drive) but the Villa is located in a very quiet residential area. My wife and I have rented villa's for many years (2 -3 per year) this we rated as one of the very best and we will be back!!!

“Great rental!” Great vacation rental. Can’t say enough good things about the home, pool area and the extent to which the owners make sure there is everything you need to enjoy your stay there! I have never stayed in a rental that even came close to this one in respect to how well it was stocked with everyday necessities. Enjoyed our week away from this Michigan winter!

“Great place for the money” It was a comfortable place in a beautiful quiet location. The pool and hot tub were awesome. The bikes were in need of a little repair and there was not enough beach towels but other than that it was perfect.
