“A great tropical escape from our long, dark, dreary, freezing cold Ohio winter!” The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 7! The house was very nice, well-decorated & clean. The spacious layout of the house allowed us to spread out, but also easily be together as a group. The kitchen was especially well equipped. It had every possible cooking item you needed to effortlessly prepare meals or entertain. We were pleasantly surprised to have access to a stocked spice cabinet, unused pantry items and condiments. The beds and linens were of good quality too. The pool area was well-maintained and very nice & was stocked with nice lounge furniture, a dining table & gas grill. The views from the pool area & dock were beautiful. The neighborhood and canal-way were calm & quiet. Because the rental was so nice & relaxing, we didn't mind hanging out at the house & pool all day on the days we opted to skip the beach. Todd and Patricia were very easy to work with and ask questions of as well. We had a wonderful stay! We highly recommend the rental & definitely plan to revisit!

“If you want an awesome getaway without having to leave the property for fun...this is your place!” This home has an awesome dock for fishing, boat lift, swimming pool, sandy beach with beach chairs, kayaks and completely fenced in property in case you want to bring your pet with you. The chef's kitchen is amazing with top of the line appliances for all of your meals that you will want to cook. You can walk to the shops and restaurants that are iconic to this area. A definite return for us!

“Absolutely gorgeous villa that took our breath away” My wife and I rented the villa Tuscany from Vacationhit last month after we were drawn in by the beautiful pictures and great location. We wanted something truly extraordinary for our 25th wedding anniversary and upon arrival to the villa I immediately knew that I made the right decision with the Tuscany. The house is beyond fabulous and looked as if it were brand new! The view you get from the living room, upstairs bedroom, and the patio area is beautiful. The pool and spa were a delight to swim in and there was something special about lounging by the edge and looking across the big lake. We had a lot of questions for the property management company and they were always very quick to respond and extremely helpful. The weather wasn't perfect but the Tuscany more than made up for that small misfortune. My wife and I will definitely be coming back next year!

“The perfect for a family vacation !” We found Sunset Palace to be very comfortable for our large family and very well located. Close to everything we needed. The house was very well maintained and clean. The kids loved the heated pool and I loved the spacious lanai.The rental company was efficient and friendly.We wouldn't hesitate to rent again. “Sunset Dreams - Tropical Paradise” What a wonderful place! We just returned and we miss it very much already. As my wife puts it, "it was like being in another world!" She's become an overnight ornithologist and marine biologist. The owners went well above the standard of what a normal property rental would be. From furnishings, to decor, to kitchen utensils, and appliances; they blow every rental property we've ever seen right out of the water. The home is immaculate. And the island itself has endless things to do. We've already booked for next year!

“Outstanding” Updated and very clean, literally steps away from a clean beautiful white sand beach. The house has everything you need for your stay. The location on the beach strip was great. “Absolutely perfect!!” This house has everything you could ever need or want away from home. Our group consisted of 6 adults and 6 children (including 2 toddlers), this house was perfect. Everyone had space to sleep comfortably, and we all had enough space to enjoy our company without driving each other crazy lol The house is set up with everything you need, we were amazed to find toiletries in the bathrooms and the garage so well stocked up. First time we ever find this at a rental property. The kids loved the beach and pool toys. The beach chairs and umbrellas were perfect for our visits to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel. We had enough beach towels for everyone too which is a big plus! The kitchen had everything we needed, even Dunkin Donuts coffee! We had a great time making easy meals to accommodate everyone's taste. The grill was perfect for making a great meal and enjoying it outside. If you need to take a break from the everyday hassle, you do not need to look any further! This house is perfect, has everything you need, in perfect condition, with a great surround system. We hope to visit again next year! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your property!
