“Loved it!” I've been renting in San Diego for several years, always good experiences, but this was the best. The owner was very responsive when I had a question, the apt was perfect for our needs, and conveniently located. It came with fluffy towels and soft sheets, cute dishes, and was a great place to return to each night. I think I'll be a regular from here on. Thank you John, family, and staff. “Amazing, awesome!” Melanie was very pleasant to work with. The house was very comfortable with 3 adults and two teens. Views are amazing..It was better than staying at a 4 star hotel.. Nice area and centrally located..we skipped some things we had planned to do to just relax and take advantage of the views and comforts of the home. Would go back in a heartbeat..

“Weekend Get-away” My husband and I really enjoyed our stay for a long weekend. The view was wonderful and the whole experience was so relaxing. This place completely fulfilled our wishes, one of them mainly to be able to sleep with the waves at night. Coming from Houston, this is unheard of...we slept with the windows and sliding door open, and we enjoyed sleeping and waking up to the waves. We enjoyed the balcony overseeing the ocean. Tim and Kathy were wonderful hosts. They were very accommodating, very friendly, and available when needed. This was the perfect size for us and the perfect location. We really enjoyed OB and would definitely consider staying here again! Thank you for being such wonderful hosts and providing an unforgettable experience for us!

“Great view of ocean, beach or people watching on the boardwalk!” We are so happy we booked this unit! Great location! Condo was well laid out and we loved how the whole unit opened to the balconry with the collapsing glass doors. We highly recommend this for single person adventurer or romantic couples get away.

“Fantastic Rental!!” I had the pleasure of staying in this penthouse unit. I had a great stay. The place is clean and the lanlord is very easy to deal with. The views are spectacular of the San Diego skylinie, Coronado and the bay and centrally located next to downtown and balboa park. Both are within walking distance. I would definitly reccomend staying here on your next vacation.

“Words and Pictures alone cannot descibe the place, Absolutely Amazing!” You just have to experience it for yourself! Pete was an awesome host, just a phone call away for anything we needed. Traveled with our 10 year old grandson, loved the heated pool. You could not ask for a better location, just minutes from Downtown, Beaches, La Jolla, Torrey Pines, Airport. No traffic, quiet, safe and relaxing. This is the first time I have been on a vacation where I was NOT ready to come home.

“Imperial Beach Condo” If I can break this condo on a 1 to 10 scale at 20 I would. Sue Kennedy was so easy to work with. When we first got to the condo, also we have to do is punch in the number she gave us and we were in! Then once in the condo I was in awe at how beautiful it was!!Once I opened up the patio doors p( (there were two patios in this condo!!), I couldn’t believe that all I had to do was walk about 10 feet and I was on the beach!!) Oh, I forgot to mention that anything you would need is there at the condo for you (eg paper towels, toilet paper, body boards, chairs, extra blankets and pillows etc. ) The condo is about a half a mile from the imperial Beach pier, which is great because you can walk to it and also your quiet enough in the evening. I highly recommend this condo for anyone who is interested in being right on the beach, having local restaurants nearby, and having a quiet evening watching the sunset.
