“Very nice home with a great view!” This property is situated in a nice quiet neighborhood in La Jolla, on a ridge, with great city views. The home has everything you need to have a great stay. We had 11 adults and 1 child in our group, and fit very comfortably here. The property is well maintained and clean. There are plenty of entertainment options in the home. It has a nice heated pool, hot-tub, bbq grill, fire pit, free wifi, game room with foosball and pool table, and multiple flat panel TV's with Netflix. The main living area has a large leather sectional, big screen tv, and a huge table that seats at least 12 people. The home also has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The bedding in all the bedrooms was nice quality. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes and cookware. The property also has good parking. Two or 3 cars can fit in the driveway, and there is plenty of room on the street out front. (Our group had two full size trucks, a SUV, and two mid size cars). Area attractions were only a few minutes drive from the house, including many great beaches and eateries! If you are going to stay in the San Diego / La Jolla area, this is a nice place to stay. Laura, the owner, is very nice, and responsive.

“Stunning Residence” The Wood House was the perfect accommodation for our family reunion. The kids LOVED the proximity to the beach and we LOVED being able to walk everywhere easily & let them run around the beach so their boundless energy was expended and the adults were able to have a nice quiet evening enjoying the amenities in the home. Since we are sharing cars, I was pleasantly surprised at how close the beach are to the home. The unique shower heads, whirlpool bath, tempurpedic mattresses and the "Perfect Chair" recliner specifically designed to alleviate back pain have been heavenly for our guests with chronic pain. The Apple TV and Netflix access with the large swivel arm TV has been extremely useful in entertaining the large family with all my nieces and nephews. It has also provided an easy way for us to all use our iPhones and iPads to share our family photos and movies with each other. The kitchen is large and is well stocked with any appliances needed to cook for a large family. The kitchen window has a nice ocean view which we enjoyed while cooking & loading the dishwasher. The dining and family room as well as the two front bedrooms enjoy that same ocean view. We loved the open floor plan connecting the dining room and living room area. The floor to ceiling glass in the living room looking out to the tranquil large patio gave our large family plenty of room to dine and mingle. We especially enjoyed walking up the hill to the upper deck with a view of all of La Jolla. Since I grew up in the San Diego area and our family is currently scattered across the US, this will now be our location to have reunions.

“Amazing location” This was an amazing vacation... the location was perfect... we walked everywhere and there is so much to see... Fred (Owner) was great, he spent time showing us everything that we would need for the week. Including putting together a informative binder that included excellent locations to eat around the area and the nearest medical facility if we needed it. It’s close enough to the theme parks in the area, that we didn’t have any problems getting to them... but honestly, we could’ve spent our time exploring the community and playing on the beach. We will definitely be back, to this location...

“Fantastic Rental!!” I had the pleasure of staying in this penthouse unit. I had a great stay. The place is clean and the lanlord is very easy to deal with. The views are spectacular of the San Diego skylinie, Coronado and the bay and centrally located next to downtown and balboa park. Both are within walking distance. I would definitly reccomend staying here on your next vacation.

“Beautiful place” The property is absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. The views are amazing however they don't include the airport that takes up most go the foreground and noise. Once you get use to that watching the plans come in and depart is quite a site ....so yes would recommend this property. One comment for consideration is the tv ...had two 16 year olds with us and they can navigate most tech type things ...the TV set up was a lesson in frustration and at time pure annoyance. When you have guests from overseas that aren't use to the system h Here in the states then clearer instructions would be a big plus. Location is great, parking your car was simple and secure and the property was very clean. Main toilet seat in the En suite is an experience all on its own ! Would I stay here again ... Definitely ....

“Love it when q plan comes together” Being a first time flip key user this worked out so well for me. Our trip had us in the downtown area and it was great because we could get to where we were going in 15 minuets. Also only 15 minuets or so to sea world. It was clean and safe and so nice to come back to after a long day. The owners were great and so easy to work with. I would definitely choose to stay again on another trip.

“Great experience” The house is in a great location. Quick access to the airport, zoo, petco park, Gaslamp and of course the beach. Four bedrooms gave lots of space. Access to extra blow up mattress helps sleep lots. Fully stocked kitchen helped save some money eating out. I would highly suggest
