“Amazing location” This was an amazing vacation... the location was perfect... we walked everywhere and there is so much to see... Fred (Owner) was great, he spent time showing us everything that we would need for the week. Including putting together a informative binder that included excellent locations to eat around the area and the nearest medical facility if we needed it. It’s close enough to the theme parks in the area, that we didn’t have any problems getting to them... but honestly, we could’ve spent our time exploring the community and playing on the beach. We will definitely be back, to this location...

“Loved it!” I've been renting in San Diego for several years, always good experiences, but this was the best. The owner was very responsive when I had a question, the apt was perfect for our needs, and conveniently located. It came with fluffy towels and soft sheets, cute dishes, and was a great place to return to each night. I think I'll be a regular from here on. Thank you John, family, and staff. “Amazing, awesome!” Melanie was very pleasant to work with. The house was very comfortable with 3 adults and two teens. Views are amazing..It was better than staying at a 4 star hotel.. Nice area and centrally located..we skipped some things we had planned to do to just relax and take advantage of the views and comforts of the home. Would go back in a heartbeat..

“Fantastic Rental!!” I had the pleasure of staying in this penthouse unit. I had a great stay. The place is clean and the lanlord is very easy to deal with. The views are spectacular of the San Diego skylinie, Coronado and the bay and centrally located next to downtown and balboa park. Both are within walking distance. I would definitly reccomend staying here on your next vacation.

“Imperial Beach Condo” If I can break this condo on a 1 to 10 scale at 20 I would. Sue Kennedy was so easy to work with. When we first got to the condo, also we have to do is punch in the number she gave us and we were in! Then once in the condo I was in awe at how beautiful it was!!Once I opened up the patio doors p( (there were two patios in this condo!!), I couldn’t believe that all I had to do was walk about 10 feet and I was on the beach!!) Oh, I forgot to mention that anything you would need is there at the condo for you (eg paper towels, toilet paper, body boards, chairs, extra blankets and pillows etc. ) The condo is about a half a mile from the imperial Beach pier, which is great because you can walk to it and also your quiet enough in the evening. I highly recommend this condo for anyone who is interested in being right on the beach, having local restaurants nearby, and having a quiet evening watching the sunset.

“Love it when q plan comes together” Being a first time flip key user this worked out so well for me. Our trip had us in the downtown area and it was great because we could get to where we were going in 15 minuets. Also only 15 minuets or so to sea world. It was clean and safe and so nice to come back to after a long day. The owners were great and so easy to work with. I would definitely choose to stay again on another trip.

“This home was just perfect!” Casa Paloma was so charming and cozy, yet fully updated, and met our family's needs perfectly. The location was great, too. It is very nicely "tucked away" in a nice neighborhood with parking right in front (quite the amenity considering many places we visited!), but never took longer than about 20-30 minutes in any direction to see all the sights we wanted, and really check out San Diego and the surrounding area. We were so grateful to have everything we needed to just relax and enjoy ourselves. The kitchen is fully stocked, so prepping and cooking all our breakfasts before heading out each day was easy. All we had to do was bring the food, which was also a cinch, because there's a grocery store right up the road! We went to several beaches, and it was really convenient to have all the beach gear there for us to use! Also, having a washer & dryer in the home (with laundry soap & softener supplied for us!) ended up coming in quite handy a couple of times. Truly, this place has that home-away-from-home feel, and we can't wait to come visit again soon!

“Girls retreat during Susan Komen 3-day” We all had a wonderful stay at the Victorian guest house on 2220 Market st. The beds were so comfortable. The house exactly clean and what we expected and needed for our stay in San Diego. Thank you for sharing your home with us. “great for the price” Location was great, nice and quiet street and walking distance to the beach and bay. You don't need a car, you can bike almost anywhere. The best part about this place is that is has so many items to use, bikes, chairs, boogies, kayak, so for the price you get a lot. Mission beach is a great place to vacation.
