“Amazing location” This was an amazing vacation... the location was perfect... we walked everywhere and there is so much to see... Fred (Owner) was great, he spent time showing us everything that we would need for the week. Including putting together a informative binder that included excellent locations to eat around the area and the nearest medical facility if we needed it. It’s close enough to the theme parks in the area, that we didn’t have any problems getting to them... but honestly, we could’ve spent our time exploring the community and playing on the beach. We will definitely be back, to this location...

“Loved it!” I've been renting in San Diego for several years, always good experiences, but this was the best. The owner was very responsive when I had a question, the apt was perfect for our needs, and conveniently located. “Amazing, awesome!” Melanie was very pleasant to work with. The house was very comfortable with 3 adults and two teens. Views are amazing..It was better than staying at a 4 star hotel.. “Fantastic Rental!!” I had the pleasure of staying in this penthouse unit. I had a great stay. The place is clean and the lanlord is very easy to deal with. The views are spectacular of the San Diego skylinie, Coronado and the bay and centrally located next to downtown and balboa park. Both are within walking distance. “Words and Pictures alone cannot descibe the place, Absolutely Amazing!” You just have to experience it for yourself! Pete was an awesome host, just a phone call away for anything we needed. Traveled with our 10 year old grandson, loved the heated pool. You could not ask for a better location, just minutes from Downtown, Beaches, La Jolla, Torrey Pines, Airport. No traffic, quiet, safe and relaxing. This is the first time I have been on a vacation where I was NOT ready to come home.

“Imperial Beach Condo” If I can break this condo on a 1 to 10 scale at 20 I would. Sue Kennedy was so easy to work with. When we first got to the condo, also we have to do is punch in the number she gave us and we were in! Then once in the condo I was in awe at how beautiful it was!!Once I opened up the patio doors p( (there were two patios in this condo!!), I couldn’t believe that all I had to do was walk about 10 feet and I was on the beach!!) Oh, I forgot to mention that anything you would need is there at the condo for you (eg paper towels, toilet paper, body boards, chairs, extra blankets and pillows etc. ) The condo is about a half a mile from the imperial Beach pier, which is great because you can walk to it and also your quiet enough in the evening. I highly recommend this condo for anyone who is interested in being right on the beach, having local restaurants nearby, and having a quiet evening watching the sunset.

“Unique, Reasonable and Location, Location!” I just returned from spending a week at this place and the experience was great! From my college days in SD I knew this area/location and this bungalow did not dissapoint. Great for solo female travelers(very safe) or couples. In a quiet, quaint section with the beach on one side and the bay on the other.Furnishings are as described, everything you need is available to cook in or out,(patio is great for sitting out in the shade under the only palm trees on the block) To my fellow business travelers:stay here while attending a conference, a great break at the end of a long day with some vacation time too!

“Great location and great patio” I used to live in LJ and was looking for a centrally located vacation rental to come back and visit and this was perfect! Great location- we walked everywhere!!! The patio is great and gets a nice breeze- we were cool in July! Plenty of furniture and a table for dinner outside. The property is older but charming, the living room furniture is very comfortable and newer, and the whole place is very very clean. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. There is parking for 1 car in the private driveway and our friends always managed to find street parking easily. The kitchenette has a mini-fridge, coffee pot, and a microwave as well as basic dishes. Great for couples and adults but not really small children due to the stairs and no full fridge (storage of milk). I would happily recommend this rental!
