“Loved it!” I've been renting in San Diego for several years, always good experiences, but this was the best. The owner was very responsive when I had a question, the apt was perfect for our needs, and conveniently located. It came with fluffy towels and soft sheets, cute dishes, and was a great place to return to each night. I think I'll be a regular from here on. Thank you John, family, and staff. “Amazing, awesome!” Melanie was very pleasant to work with. The house was very comfortable with 3 adults and two teens. Views are amazing..It was better than staying at a 4 star hotel.. “Great view of ocean, beach or people watching on the boardwalk!” We are so happy we booked this unit! Great location! Condo was well laid out and we loved how the whole unit opened to the balconry with the collapsing glass doors. We highly recommend this for single person adventurer or romantic couples get away.

“Fantastic Rental!!” I had the pleasure of staying in this penthouse unit. I had a great stay. The place is clean and the lanlord is very easy to deal with. The views are spectacular of the San Diego skylinie, Coronado and the bay and centrally located next to downtown and balboa park. Both are within walking distance. I would definitly reccomend staying here on your next vacation.

“Words and Pictures alone cannot descibe the place, Absolutely Amazing!” You just have to experience it for yourself! Pete was an awesome host, just a phone call away for anything we needed. Traveled with our 10 year old grandson, loved the heated pool. You could not ask for a better location, just minutes from Downtown, Beaches, La Jolla, Torrey Pines, Airport. No traffic, quiet, safe and relaxing. This is the first time I have been on a vacation where I was NOT ready to come home.

“Imperial Beach Condo” If I can break this condo on a 1 to 10 scale at 20 I would. Sue Kennedy was so easy to work with. When we first got to the condo, also we have to do is punch in the number she gave us and we were in! Then once in the condo I was in awe at how beautiful it was!!Once I opened up the patio doors p( (there were two patios in this condo!!), I couldn’t believe that all I had to do was walk about 10 feet and I was on the beach!!) Oh, I forgot to mention that anything you would need is there at the condo for you (eg paper towels, toilet paper, body boards, chairs, extra blankets and pillows etc. ) The condo is about a half a mile from the imperial Beach pier, which is great because you can walk to it and also your quiet enough in the evening. I highly recommend this condo for anyone who is interested in being right on the beach, having local restaurants nearby, and having a quiet evening watching the sunset.

“Unique, Reasonable and Location, Location!” I just returned from spending a week at this place and the experience was great! From my college days in SD I knew this area/location and this bungalow did not dissapoint. Great for solo female travelers(very safe) or couples. In a quiet, quaint section with the beach on one side and the bay on the other.Furnishings are as described, everything you need is available to cook in or out,(patio is great for sitting out in the shade under the only palm trees on the block) To my fellow business travelers:stay here while attending a conference, a great break at the end of a long day with some vacation time too!

“Very accommodating for an extended family vacation” The house was clean upon arrival. It accommodated our party of 8 adults and 3 children. Plenty of towels and bathrooms. Pool cleaner was broken on arrival, but we were aware before we got there and it was fixed before the end of the first night there. Great service! The owner's did show up make sure the pool cleaner was working properly for us. Everything in the house worked great including the double washers and dryers they had. Beds were all made and clean. Plenty of toiletries to use while we were there. House was located in a safe neighborhood and easy to get to. Definitely a house we would like to stay at again!
