“Imperial Beach Condo” If I can break this condo on a 1 to 10 scale at 20 I would. Sue Kennedy was so easy to work with. When we first got to the condo, also we have to do is punch in the number she gave us and we were in! Then once in the condo I was in awe at how beautiful it was!!Once I opened up the patio doors p( (there were two patios in this condo!!), I couldn’t believe that all I had to do was walk about 10 feet and I was on the beach!!) Oh, I forgot to mention that anything you would need is there at the condo for you (eg paper towels, toilet paper, body boards, chairs, extra blankets and pillows etc. ) The condo is about a half a mile from the imperial Beach pier, which is great because you can walk to it and also your quiet enough in the evening. I highly recommend this condo for anyone who is interested in being right on the beach, having local restaurants nearby, and having a quiet evening watching the sunset.

“Weekend Get-away” My husband and I really enjoyed our stay for a long weekend. The view was wonderful and the whole experience was so relaxing. This place completely fulfilled our wishes, one of them mainly to be able to sleep with the waves at night. Coming from Houston, this is unheard of...we slept with the windows and sliding door open, and we enjoyed sleeping and waking up to the waves. We enjoyed the balcony overseeing the ocean. Tim and Kathy were wonderful hosts. They were very accommodating, very friendly, and available when needed. This was the perfect size for us and the perfect location. We really enjoyed OB and would definitely consider staying here again! Thank you for being such wonderful hosts and providing an unforgettable experience for us!

“Great location, attentive owners” Ruth was very available, kind, quick to respond and helpful. She left us wine and coffee and welcomed us more than the average host. Highly recommend! There are 2 main beds in rooms but the other ones are a small bed with a trundle pullout that is really best for kids, not quite adults. Thank you so much Ruth, we'd definitely come back.

“Loved it!” I've been renting in San Diego for several years, always good experiences, but this was the best. The owner was very responsive when I had a question, the apt was perfect for our needs, and conveniently located. It came with fluffy towels and soft sheets, cute dishes, and was a great place to return to each night. I think I'll be a regular from here on. Thank you John, family, and staff. “Amazing location” This was an amazing vacation... the location was perfect... we walked everywhere and there is so much to see... Fred (Owner) was great, he spent time showing us everything that we would need for the week. Including putting together a informative binder that included excellent locations to eat around the area and the nearest medical facility if we needed it. It’s close enough to the theme parks in the area, that we didn’t have any problems getting to them... but honestly, we could’ve spent our time exploring the community and playing on the beach. We will definitely be back, to this location...

“Excellent” House was great, perfect location on the bay with the ocean very near by. House has many amenities including a great kitchen. Belmont park is close along with a grocery store a quick bike ride away making so we didn't have to drive anywhere. Outdoor shower even has hot water. Beds were soft, Maybe because I'm used to more firm. Some of the construction on the house seemed not well done considering how beautiful the house is.
