“Loved it!” I've been renting in San Diego for several years, always good experiences, but this was the best. The owner was very responsive when I had a question, the apt was perfect for our needs, and conveniently located. It came with fluffy towels and soft sheets, cute dishes, and was a great place to return to each night. I think I'll be a regular from here on. Thank you John, family, and staff. “Amazing, awesome!” Melanie was very pleasant to work with. The house was very comfortable with 3 adults and two teens. Views are amazing..It was better than staying at a 4 star hotel.. Nice area and centrally located..we skipped some things we had planned to do to just relax and take advantage of the views and comforts of the home. Would go back in a heartbeat..

“Fantastic Rental!!” I had the pleasure of staying in this penthouse unit. I had a great stay. The place is clean and the lanlord is very easy to deal with. The views are spectacular of the San Diego skylinie, Coronado and the bay and centrally located next to downtown and balboa park. Both are within walking distance. I would definitly reccomend staying here on your next vacation.

“Words and Pictures alone cannot descibe the place, Absolutely Amazing!” You just have to experience it for yourself! Pete was an awesome host, just a phone call away for anything we needed. Traveled with our 10 year old grandson, loved the heated pool. You could not ask for a better location, just minutes from Downtown, Beaches, La Jolla, Torrey Pines, Airport. No traffic, quiet, safe and relaxing. This is the first time I have been on a vacation where I was NOT ready to come home.

“Very accommodating for an extended family vacation” The house was clean upon arrival. It accommodated our party of 8 adults and 3 children. Plenty of towels and bathrooms. Pool cleaner was broken on arrival, but we were aware before we got there and it was fixed before the end of the first night there. Great service! The owner's did show up make sure the pool cleaner was working properly for us. Everything in the house worked great including the double washers and dryers they had. Beds were all made and clean. Plenty of toiletries to use while we were there. House was located in a safe neighborhood and easy to get to. Definitely a house we would like to stay at again!

“Great location and great patio” I used to live in LJ and was looking for a centrally located vacation rental to come back and visit and this was perfect! Great location- we walked everywhere!!! The patio is great and gets a nice breeze- we were cool in July! Plenty of furniture and a table for dinner outside. The property is older but charming, the living room furniture is very comfortable and newer, and the whole place is very very clean. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. There is parking for 1 car in the private driveway and our friends always managed to find street parking easily. The kitchenette has a mini-fridge, coffee pot, and a microwave as well as basic dishes. Great for couples and adults but not really small children due to the stairs and no full fridge (storage of milk). I would happily recommend this rental!

“This home was just perfect!” Casa Paloma was so charming and cozy, yet fully updated, and met our family's needs perfectly. The location was great, too. It is very nicely "tucked away" in a nice neighborhood with parking right in front (quite the amenity considering many places we visited!), but never took longer than about 20-30 minutes in any direction to see all the sights we wanted, and really check out San Diego and the surrounding area. We were so grateful to have everything we needed to just relax and enjoy ourselves. The kitchen is fully stocked, so prepping and cooking all our breakfasts before heading out each day was easy. All we had to do was bring the food, which was also a cinch, because there's a grocery store right up the road! We went to several beaches, and it was really convenient to have all the beach gear there for us to use! Also, having a washer & dryer in the home (with laundry soap & softener supplied for us!) ended up coming in quite handy a couple of times. Truly, this place has that home-away-from-home feel, and we can't wait to come visit again soon!

“Girls retreat during Susan Komen 3-day” We all had a wonderful stay at the Victorian guest house on 2220 Market st. The beds were so comfortable. The house exactly clean and what we expected and needed for our stay in San Diego. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We walked the susan g komen 3-day 60 mile breast cancer walk and were happy to have a home to stay in before and after the walk.

“great for the price” Location was great, nice and quiet street and walking distance to the beach and bay. You don't need a car, you can bike almost anywhere. The best part about this place is that is has so many items to use, bikes, chairs, boogies, kayak, so for the price you get a lot. Mission beach is a great place to vacation.
