“Dream Vacation” It is s beautiful, private estate. You will need a car to get anywhere, but otherwise the location is ideal. Beautiful views, quiet. Sign up for a dinner to be fixed for you- it was amazing! We added a second dinner once we had the first! The women who cooked where sweet and friendly.

“Perfect accommodation for five couples and one baby” We wanted a large holiday accommodation which would provide 5 couples with the opportunity to enjoy a holiday together,but with no strangers, and also for each couple to be able to find their own space when they wanted.i pagliai was perfect.There was an excellent communal dining room and Vittorio and his staff went the extra mile to make our holday a real treat.

“Lovely Italian villa” Our family of 2 kids (8 & 11) and 2 adults spent a lovely 5 days in Cala Sabina. The pool and the 2 friendly dogs were a hit, the villa is very well equipped with everything you need if you would like to cook for yourself and the views are beautiful. Nicola the owner is very helpful and even provided us with home made (still warm) tomato sauce, homemade olive oil , jam and limoncello to complement the stay. There is a good pizzeria down the road if you prefer eating out. We would definitely recommend this villa to others visiting the area . Be warned if you drive in and out of rome for a day trip you may need nerves of steel to negotiate the Roman streets especially at evening rush hour (getting to the villa from the airport and around the countryside was no problem)- taking the train is probably a better bet .

“our vacation at Villa dei Ciliegi was a dream” we have spent 4 weeks at Villa dei Ciliegi. The house is made for a good size family with the open kitchen and the option to eat in and outside, the pool is simply a dream, the garden huge and meticulous maitained, the location on the hill provides privacy and a stunning view and Cortona and surroundings gave us lots of options to explore the tuscan charm. we loved it so much, we will be back next year.

“It was the perfect place for us. Clean, roomy, easy to get to F” The Villa is beautiful! Lorenzo was a great host and he helped arrange transportation from the airport. We had taken a late train from Rome and got to the villa felt in the evening feeling very tired. Lorenzo was great the villa was awesome and we felt at home immediately. There were eight of us and there was plenty of room to spread out. Pros Beautiful Villa Very Clean Incredible View Wonderful Gardens Plenty of Room Full Kitchen with utensils Easy to Get to Florence (bus stop within walking distance) Cafe and small market within walking distance Lorenzo was great Cons Cannot think of any The location of the villa was perfect for our group. It is out of the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough to get into the city quickly. It only takes about 15 minutes to get to Florence by bus (which was easy to use, clean, and never too crowded.) By our bus stop there are a small market and cafe. So we could get espresso while waiting for our bus. One night we decided to eat in and the kitchen was equipped with all the utensils to make a full dinner. The Villa just added to the magic we were having on our trip and we would highly recommend it.

“Absolutely a beautiful place!” Location is great, peaceful,and both the house and the land are really well groomed..I liked so much the wood behind the house!! The house is so spacious, 3 apartments inside the main house...and everything is accurate and clean! The owner, Paolo, is a very kind and generous person who try to fulfill every request you ask him! The closest village where to buy food is only 10min by car. I highly recommend for short and long stay!!

“Loved this apartment” No point repeating everything that has been said already as we agree 100%.Everything was perfect for us (my husband & I). We were met by Chiara's Mum, Ann-Marie who was a lovely warm person & could not have been more helpful. The location is brilliant & the view from the apartment is beautiful. “Great Apt” This apartment was almost perfect. I'll get it out of the way and say the shower was very tight, i'm 5'6" 156lb and it felt cramped. But I dont there is anything that can be done about this so its just something you live with. The apt itself was spacious, it has a washer, close to city center, comfortable and included a bottle of water and coca cola. We only slept in one of the rooms and felt it satisfied all needs. The apt stayed cool and we never had to run the a/c just the fan at night. This is a very cute apt. We also didnt use the bikes, but thought about it and decided to walk since we were mainly shopping and taking tours during our time in Florence. The location is just outside the main center on a quiet street. It takes maybe 4-6min to walk to Duomo area, 25min to walk to train station. I would not recommend walking to train if you have luggage, the sidewalks and roads makes it a long 25min. Gianluca was very pleasant. He met us at the apt and gave us some contact info for tour guides. We didnt have any issues so we never had to call him for assistance.

“Meraviglioso” Lovely, apartment in a desirable neighborhood with easy access to all areas of Florence. I walked to all the sights of the city with ease. A bus route was available within one block. The family owners were delightful and very helpful. I felt "at home" while living in this charming apartment and would highly recommend.
