“Fantastic central apartment in Sorrento with great views” We have just returned from spending a week in this delightful accommodation in Sorrento. We were a party of 2 adults and 2 children and the apartment served us perfectly. Gerardo was my initial point of contact when making the booking and he always responded promptly and patiently to my questions regarding the property. When we arrived at the apartment the owners were waiting with a welcoming smile and they showed us around. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The roof terrace offered fantastic views of the bay of Naples, Vesuvio, Sorrento and beyond. It was a great place to sit and eat a meal, enjoying the views away from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento. The apartment is no more than a 6 min walk to Piazzo Tasso, 15 mins max to the train station. The apartment is in a residential area of Sorrento with supermarkets, patisserie and Pizza takeaway within 3 mins of the apartment. We were also left some lovely goodies by the owners including the delicious Limoncello. Thank you Apollonia, Francesco and Gerardo.

“Wonderful apartment for 6 with amazing view” Our family of 6 including 3 teenagers and father in law visited Positano in august 2013 and we had a wonderful experience staying in the Mare apartment. From the balcony the view is absolutely amazing. The apartment had everything we needed to cook and to enjoy eating outside watching the sea. Many times we ate at the apartment instead of restaurant. The apartment was very clean and M. Gaetano was always available to help. There are 2 larges bathrooms and (2 beds and 3 beds) in addition to a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is elevated from the sea so like all the apartment in Positano there are many steps to climb but there ia a bus stop just beside the apartment which does the entire trip around positano for 2 Euros so was great for my father in law. In summary, great stay and a view to remember forever.

Eduardo and family run an excellent B&B; which is of very good value. Eduardos assistance for visits and restaurants was very helpful and gave us a very successful time. “Gentle, pleasant in every way” This lovely villa in gentle, beautiful Praiano was the reunion spot for my family, May 29 - June 5, after my husband's six-month tour in afghanistan. We wanted a quiet and beautiful place to get to know each other again - kids, 10 and 12 - and have adventures at our own pace. It was exactly what we'd hoped. The wonderful: Ed and Tony, the key-keepers; the view; the terraces; the locals; the location - If you must leave Praiano (but really, it doesn't get lovelier, only more crowded), Amalfi and Positano are short rides away; Capri an easy ferry ride. Easy access to Path of the Gods. Really clean and pretty villa, though not new. Perfect for four. Six would be tight, but doable. Steps not a big issue, except for those who need handicapped access or have a double stroller. Tutto per Tutti, the grocery store, is a short walk and has nearly everything you need - also, it's the meeting place for locals! Bad: I am having trouble thinking of anything bad! I guess the beds were a little hard. Lack of wifi was the closest we saw to an inconvenience, but there are hotels within a few minutes' walk that will let you use theirs for the price of a cappuccino. So, not really an issue. Best: We are not Italian or Catholic, but if you are there on a Sunday, you'll hear lots of people singing from somewhere on the cliff. Turns out the weekly Sunday Mass is on *the roof* of Tutto per Tutti, sea in the background! It's followed by a procession through town; walkway lined with candles and flowers. That was a true highlight, even though we didn't understand a word of the service! After six days at Torre a Mare, we went to Rome, which was a blast. But my heart remains in Praiano - where the air smells like jasmine and it's all about the senses. I highly recommend Torre a Mare and will never forget it.

“Just like your own home!” Marisa and her husband antonio welcomed us since the very first contact by email and they were amazingly kind and helpful. They helped us to find an accomodation for our car nearby and they gave us all the directions we needed and even more. I visited Naples together with two friends and we all liked the apartment. It could host up to 4 people, perfect for friends, couples, families, even for elder visitors (first floor with elevator). It's beautifully furnished with quality and taste, it just loooks like a real home, it's not empty and basic like many other short stay locations! The neighbourhood is very nice and clean, a residential area next to the centre of the city served by underground and bus, with many shops for your daily needs.

“Thanks Michelle” The 5 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Terraza. Michele was really helpful prior to and during the trip. Upon arrival, he gave us tips on how to get around the coast, and which beaches to go to in the am and pm. The house is conveniently located around 5 minute drive away from Sorrento. The rooms are spacious and allow great flexibility for bed arrangements. The bathrooms are clean. The rooftop has a fantastic view, and we had barbecues up there! For the price we paid, I would definitely recommend La Terraza to anyone.
