“Wonderful stay!” We had a wonderful trip and the apartment was even better than we expected. We had no trouble getting ahold of Sonja when we arrived and she was ready and waiting for us after our taxi arrived. The apartment was very clean, very well furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. Really like a home away from home although the apartment is slightly larger than our house so we reveled in the extra space! We spent the first week mostly hanging around Speightstown, going to the beach a lot and exploring the town. We had breakfast on the balcony every morning; it was wonderful to sit outside and watch the waves. Our son especially loved to stand on the balcony and watch the cars go by (go figure). We did have to rearrange some of the decorations to be out of his reach, but that was a minor thing and I think I put everything back in its proper place. :) The beach was very nice and private; we were the only people using it the vast majority of the time we went down there. All the rocks and coral did make it a little hard to wade with our two year old but we did find some nice sandy spots and he had fun going out a little deeper with us holding him. We spent the second week renting a car and exploring more of the island and found that Speightstown was a very good base for going to most of the attractions that we wanted to see like the wildlife reserve and animal Flower Cave. Overall, we had an excellent trip and would recommend Barbados, and this apartment, to anyone seeking a fun and relaxing family vacation.

“Paradise Home.” We stayed at the paradise home in October of this year 2013. it was absolutely beautiful! the house was very spacious and the fishing here is absolutely fantastic! we caught many largemouth bass and huge blue gill. the home was very clean and had very modern features. there is a large screen TV in the living room and a fireplace. the stereo in the house is hooked up to the decks outside speakers so you can listen to music if you're sitting on the deck and playing cards or just enjoying the view. the nature trail walk around the lake is a must!!! It is so beautiful and you see everything from beautiful flowers to wild life. we will definitely be going back again! they have 4 beaches to swim or sun at, and each house has its own row boat and paddle boat. there is also a Jacuzzi off of the master bedroom that hold about six people with beautiful views threw the large windows of the lake and property. I guarantee if you stay here you will come back every year! the hosts are very courteous and friendly and have everything taken care of ahead of time. we went into town for the Friday night fish fry and it was fantastic! it was called the teepee super club. we are already planning are trip to go up next year!

“4th of july vacation” We stayed at your amazing condo, for one week, during july 4th. What a wonderful place to watch the fireworks, top floor, overlooking the island, the beach club, the ocean... The condo is so big, we had a chef cook for us twice during our stay, we had plenty of room for all of us and a couple staying at Veranda. The view from both balconies is stunning and it's a perfect place for relaxing or a party, we did both!!

“Fantastic” Our stay was fantastic. The condo was beautiful, classy, accommodating, family-friendly, and in the perfect location. The condo is steps away from the beach, has a gorgeous outdoor pool and hot tub (simply stunning), outdoor drink and food hut, and an indoor pool and hot tub facility for those rainy days. The condo location is directly on the main strip in panama city beach, which allowed easy access to great food and entertainment. Everything you would ever want to see and do is just minutes away. The condo owner was phenomenal! They ensured we were prepared for our trip, was prompt and informative with important information, and was available and prompt in answering any questions we had. I would high recommend this vacation rental, and will definitely visit again!

“Truly Amazing property!” There are no words to describe how wonderful it was to wake up to the magnificent views at Casa Espanola. The concierge and staff at my vacation Costa Rica were very attentive to all our needs. We were there for my girlfriend's bachelorette party and we were a group of 15! From the beginning, geralyn and Amy did a great job planning out our trip. I was very anxious about how the trip was going to turn out because i had never been to Costa Rica, but they were always so prompt with responding to my emails and executing all that was promised. Geralyn set up all of our excursions ahead of time. She even scheduled massages at the property! You won't want to leave this place! The pictures do not do it justice! It is even more beautiful in person. We posted photos on instagram with the hashtag #casaespanola so that you can see some photos from our experience. There were 4 floors and each had an ocean view! It was refreshing being able to wake up to that every morning! Every day, the cleaning staff came and cleaned up the property thoroughly, so the house was so nice every time we got back from our daily outing. Oh and our private chef, Chef Harold, was amazing!!!! He and his wife are so nice and the food is delicious! They have a menu on site and they will cook anything you request as long as they can get the ingredients. I would recommend Costa Rican cuisine because it is really yummy. All you have to pay for is the cost of food. And it is definitely worth it! The beaches are close by and easy to get to. The cost of transportation is about $1.75 per person each way. We had breakfast at Cafe Milagro. Their food is really good and the coffee drinks are deelish! You must see Manuel Antonio park. It is about a 20 minute stroll through the park where you see cute monkeys and other exotic animals. Once you get to the end of the park, you get to Manuel Antonio beach which is totally worth it! We had a blast. We also went to playa biesanz which is nice and private. Our trip was at the beginning of rainy season (May 28th-June 1st). I was really anxious about the weather because of the weather reports. I will say this: please disregard what you see on your weather app. It said that it was 100% precipitation and that it would be cloudy and raining every day. The weather was amazing pretty much all day. It would get cloudy in the late evening and it did rain a couple nights, but Costa Rica is so amazing that it didn't even bother us. Especially since we stayed at casa Española. I forgot to mention that they even provide you with 2 cell phones in case you need to get in touch with your concierge! How amazing is that? You can use the phone to make any local calls. So after the first couple days, i was able to call my own taxi lol I’m sure some of the other girls will post a review so you can definitely see how happy we were with our experience! Stay here! “Perfection in Marigny!” The house is perfect. The pool is perfect. The tropical garden surrounding the pool is perfect. The little family of chickens, the sweet chihuahua, and cats is perfect (friendly and quiet). The towels and sheets are perfect. The owners are perfect - friendly and warm and welcoming and helpful. The homemade soaps and shampoos (by the owner) are perfect. I didn't get to sample, but Ann even left eggs from the chickens in the fridge! The location is perfect. I know I keep using the same word, but seriously there is no reason to look any further at vacation homes in New Orleans. Stop here, book the Black Diamond, and then count the days until you can chill out in that garden pool with a drink and the company of Ann, Tom, Dot, Lulu, and Buddha. You won't regret it.

“Perfect for our family of 14 - ages 1 through 65.” This was our first experience renting a house during a family vacation. It was absolutly wonderful. Patricia was so helpful and patient with all of my question which were often and many. The house was big enough to hold us all and give us places to share together playing cards and talking and places to retreat as needed. We were close to things we needed like the grocery store. There was a bus stop in front of the house and many others within walking distance. We had three cars and a small U-Haul and all could be parked at the house free. The drive to the metro was a pleasant one. I would recommend this house to anyone taking their family to the Washington DC area. Thanks Patricia for everything!

“Good Stuff!” This place was perfect for us. ~2 adults and 3 kids in the master (2 kids in the closet Queen bed, and the baby in a pack n play & still tons of room) ~2 adults in the 2nd bedroom down stairs with their 2 kids in the closet Queen bed. ~3rd adult in the Queen in the loft ~4th adult babysitter in the bed in the loft next to the bunk beds, We had tons of room. It was nice. Enjoyed eating at the long table, and partying at the large island. Did a night at the pool with the kids and relaxed at the Hot Tub. It was nice as they had all the pots, pans, and utensils we needed, and even had spices, salt and pepper, so we didn't have to buy it to use it once. My only suggestion would be to possibly place a humidifier in each room, so we would have the option of running some moisture in the room. The air is so dry, and after being wind chapped on the mountain, we ran the heater a lot, so it made it even worse. We walked to the Village and had dinner and drinks multiple time a day. Its literly that close. Maybe 80 steps... Amazing. We actually ended up calling them and staying a 3rd night, and they give a discount if you extend your stay. I would deff stay there again, and next trip up there, we will hopefully be able to stay there again!!!

“the time of our lives!” i've stayed in many places in jamaica and other parts of the caribbean and the world - hotels, villas, apartments, resorts etc etc etc. - but no place - not one, made me feel the way sevilla did. we were at home. we were so well taken care of. orchestrated by the owner, Clare, and the joy she exudes in making everything and i mean everything, just right, just so, for us - and Monica the chef cooked us three meals a day which we had requested. (she'll cook anything for you - but we requested authentic jamaican) and wow - for the cost which was minimal, we had top notch fine dining meals daily - we didn't have to ever leave the premises except to walk down to the private beach at our leisure. We were able to have a real restful and productive vacation - like we were in a cocoon of sorts - safe peaceful secure and happy. that's the atmosphere Clare and her impeccable staff provide - and we're going back at our first opportunity and i suspect every year thereafter. simply beautiful.

“Wonderful apartment in beautiful Marigot Bay.” The apartment was fantastic. Very clean and beautifully decorated, and fully stocked for the week with towels, dishes, full kitchen, etc. Nina was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. We loved Marigot Bay, the bakery right below for soup and croissants, the nearby restaurants, and boat rides from the bay to nearby beaches and sites. Suggestions would be to try Jullietta's for dinner up the hill. They will pick you up from Marigot Bay. We had alex take us around in his water taxi, the pool at Discovery Hotel was fantastic; definitely recommend spending some time there. The Botanical Gardens are worth a visit as is the market in Castries and Rodney Bay and nearby fort. But if all you do is sit on the balcony at apartment 7a, you will be happy. It is worth the visit just for the beautiful setting and view from this private area. Would love to come back one day.

“serene, secluded gem” We have just returned from a wonderful vacation at Unit 12, Sunrise Beach Villas owed by John Fitzsimmons, on Paradise Island. This property is beautiful with a great patio looking out to the beautiful pool, and ocean. It was a very quiet area, and secluded feel, but close to everything. We could walk to the ferry, Marina Village which was beautiful, groceries, liquor stores, and atlantis. The ocean was calm and warm and our part of the beach was not crowded. I will definately recommend his units to my friends, and also thank you John for being so helpful.

“Anniversary Get away x” Would just like to give a massive thanks to Sheila for an amazing accommodation for myself and my wife to spend our 7th year wedding anniversary, also would like to give a mention to Ron who greeted us with open arms and made our stay a comfortable one, where can I start, Barbados is already like a second home to us from our very first visit, from the beautiful beaches just a minutes walk away down the lane, to the amazing culture of Oistins, the friendly fun buses that took us around the Island for just a few dollars. While we stayed in Barbados a family member was married here and believe me it will be a memory that stays with me for a life time, it was great to have the Shelsea just a stones throw away, to come back to an amazing Villa that just had the feeling of coming back home, spacious, stylish and well maintained, ha speaking of that hope we didn't get the gardener to drunk as he shared a glass of rum with us. An action packed, yet very relaxing stay for us at the Shelsea, a great hammock in the garden of Shelsea for that relaxing afternoon nap, after touring the Island, there are so many things I could recommend for people to do, Turtle swimming, Rockley Golf Club, Harrison Caves, Boat Trips and many, many more. Thanks again Shelia for a fabulous stay at your beautiful home, we will definitely be returning in the very near future x
