“Truly Amazing property!” There are no words to describe how wonderful it was to wake up to the magnificent views at Casa Espanola. The concierge and staff at my vacation Costa Rica were very attentive to all our needs. We were there for my girlfriend's bachelorette party and we were a group of 15! From the beginning, geralyn and Amy did a great job planning out our trip. I was very anxious about how the trip was going to turn out because i had never been to Costa Rica, but they were always so prompt with responding to my emails and executing all that was promised. Geralyn set up all of our excursions ahead of time. She even scheduled massages at the property! You won't want to leave this place! The pictures do not do it justice! It is even more beautiful in person. We posted photos on instagram with the hashtag #casaespanola so that you can see some photos from our experience. There were 4 floors and each had an ocean view! It was refreshing being able to wake up to that every morning! Every day, the cleaning staff came and cleaned up the property thoroughly, so the house was so nice every time we got back from our daily outing. Oh and our private chef, Chef Harold, was amazing!!!! He and his wife are so nice and the food is delicious! They have a menu on site and they will cook anything you request as long as they can get the ingredients. I would recommend Costa Rican cuisine because it is really yummy. All you have to pay for is the cost of food. And it is definitely worth it! The beaches are close by and easy to get to. The cost of transportation is about $1.75 per person each way. We had breakfast at Cafe Milagro. Their food is really good and the coffee drinks are deelish! You must see Manuel Antonio park. It is about a 20 minute stroll through the park where you see cute monkeys and other exotic animals. Once you get to the end of the park, you get to Manuel Antonio beach which is totally worth it! We had a blast. We also went to playa biesanz which is nice and private. Our trip was at the beginning of rainy season (May 28th-June 1st). I was really anxious about the weather because of the weather reports. I will say this: please disregard what you see on your weather app. It said that it was 100% precipitation and that it would be cloudy and raining every day. The weather was amazing pretty much all day. It would get cloudy in the late evening and it did rain a couple nights, but Costa Rica is so amazing that it didn't even bother us. Especially since we stayed at casa Española. I forgot to mention that they even provide you with 2 cell phones in case you need to get in touch with your concierge! How amazing is that? You can use the phone to make any local calls. So after the first couple days, i was able to call my own taxi lol I’m sure some of the other girls will post a review so you can definitely see how happy we were with our experience! Stay here! “Good Stuff!” This place was perfect for us. ~2 adults and 3 kids in the master (2 kids in the closet Queen bed, and the baby in a pack n play & still tons of room) ~2 adults in the 2nd bedroom down stairs with their 2 kids in the closet Queen bed. ~3rd adult in the Queen in the loft ~4th adult babysitter in the bed in the loft next to the bunk beds, We had tons of room. It was nice. Enjoyed eating at the long table, and partying at the large island. Did a night at the pool with the kids and relaxed at the Hot Tub. It was nice as they had all the pots, pans, and utensils we needed, and even had spices, salt and pepper, so we didn't have to buy it to use it once. My only suggestion would be to possibly place a humidifier in each room, so we would have the option of running some moisture in the room. The air is so dry, and after being wind chapped on the mountain, we ran the heater a lot, so it made it even worse. We walked to the Village and had dinner and drinks multiple time a day. Its literly that close. Maybe 80 steps... Amazing. We actually ended up calling them and staying a 3rd night, and they give a discount if you extend your stay. I would deff stay there again, and next trip up there, we will hopefully be able to stay there again!!!

“the time of our lives!” i've stayed in many places in jamaica and other parts of the caribbean and the world - hotels, villas, apartments, resorts etc etc etc. - but no place - not one, made me feel the way sevilla did. we were at home. we were so well taken care of. orchestrated by the owner, Clare, and the joy she exudes in making everything and i mean everything, just right, just so, for us - and Monica the chef cooked us three meals a day which we had requested. (she'll cook anything for you - but we requested authentic jamaican) and wow - for the cost which was minimal, we had top notch fine dining meals daily - we didn't have to ever leave the premises except to walk down to the private beach at our leisure. We were able to have a real restful and productive vacation - like we were in a cocoon of sorts - safe peaceful secure and happy. that's the atmosphere Clare and her impeccable staff provide - and we're going back at our first opportunity and i suspect every year thereafter. simply beautiful.

“Most amazing vacation and service I've ever had” There are so many wonderful things to say about this vacation its hard to consolidate it down :) The house is absolutely amazing. Each bedroom is special and unique and the outdoor living space is more than we could dream of. Hio and Nadine were our chefs and housekeepers and I couldn't say anything better about those two - they made the most delicious food, helped us with any favors or questions we had, and probably made too many trips to the grocery store (and liquor store!) than usual for us! Robert was awesome as the groundskeeper - as soon as it started raining (which probably lasted 5 minutes the entire trip) he would appear out of thin air to get the outdoor seat cushions out of the rain. We had such a great time and it was my husband and mine's first time bringing our friends - its a different kind of vacation, much more authentic and cultural than most are used to so we were a little nervous about how they would like it but everyone agreed - this vacation was amazing. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a more relaxing, private, and less touristy vacation spot.

“Little slice of paradise” Incredible food. Perfect beach. Professional, talented staff. Great house -- comfortable, classy and laid back, all at the same time. Me and a few friends rented the villa for four days in February, and we had not a single complaint. If you are looking for a low key beach vacation, away from crowds and hubbub, this is a wonderful spot to consider. I can't think of a single complaint. Oh, and the view from the SkyLounge -- exceptional.

“Ultimate Relaxation in Paradise” What a beautiful villa and property. We had the most lovely, relaxing vacation here with all conveniences and more. From a swim in the pool in the morning to a short walk to the local beach in the afternoon, it really is breathtaking. We felt totally safe, whether walking or bike riding in the day or night. Just a short 15 minute walk into a very lovely little town with awesome restaurants and live music. For nature lovers, this place is unbelievable, beautiful birds, butterflies and animals we had never seen before, but was a huge part of our enjoyment living here. We had the best holiday ever!!!

“Paradise” From the minute you step foot on the property you are pampered an made to feel like family. The staff reads your mine an are on top of every little detail, I don't want to forget anyone so I will tell you only a few from, Chris our friend in charge, Ramon our bartender/hero, Frank our chef, Sandy our go to gal, Rosa massages, Meriela our pedicure, Pepito an crew are just outstanding. You pick when you eat, sleep, swim, party, then the beach bon fire an band, dancing with staff, variety of food for meals, you couldn't possibly want for anything. All I can say if you do, it's not because of the Sunrise Villa or staff for sure........We were in the Presidente villa an have to say it was the best accommodations I have ever been in on a vacation.....Please treat yourself an find out for yourself.......

“Home away From Home” This was a family trip. It was four adult women and 3 adult men. We stayed September 14-17 and had a wonderful time at Llantrissant. Ms. Anne, Ms. Paulette, Danny, Benjie, Charma and Barry were all very professional and very accommodating, by the time we left they felt like family. Ms. Anne and Ms. Paulette prepared excellent meals. The house was homey and we all felt right at home. It's an older house but very well kept along with the landscape and beach area. The veranda (which is were we spent most of our time while we were at the house) provided for an excellent view. We loved having the private beach area. Charma (and Barry) walked the yard at night and made us feel very safe. I was a little nervous because you really don't know what to expect when you're communicating through email and over the phone. But Craig and afua were patient with me and answered all of my questions and as soon as we got to Llantrissant the staff put us all at ease. They welcomed us with open arms. We look forward to returning in the future!!

“Luxury Cancun Beachfront Condo” "Luxury Cancun Beachfront Condo" says it all and these photos are truly what this magnificent home looks like. What you read in the property description is absolutely the way it is. This condo is gorgeous inside and out. The furnishings are comfortable and modern. Everything is just as it should be. Any questions or concerns we had were immediately addressed by Gia and Roberto, the housekeepers/maintenance/"go-to" caretakers who kept our vacation home spotless. Additionally, Marty, the owner, checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was to our liking. He truly wanted to make sure that we were enjoying our visit and everything was as we expected it to be. On our most recent trip as in the past, if there was any problem, he was on it right away. This is one of the reasons we keep coming back. We stayed here for a month before the property was renovated and it was wonderful then. Upon our recent return for a month-long vacation, we found it to be beyond wonderful. Villa Nizuc's staff is amazing. The grounds are beautifully manicured and the pool is crystal clear. If you wake with the sun, you'll see the groundskeepers raking the beach, skimming the pool and on their hands and knees tending to the lawn and topiary-like shrubs. When returning from a shopping trip, a staff member will rush to your door to help you carry your purchases into the condo. From hailing a taxi or bus (a real adventure, by the way) to inviting you to put the baby turtles into the sea in the evening, they cannot do enough for you. As far as security and safety goes, we were as comfortable as at home in the USA, if not more so. Within walking distance is the new Oxxo convenience store which we found very handy. Also very close is the superb Navios restaurant which is literally on the lagoon as the dining areas are on the dock. We will definitely return for our third stay.

“Amazing Rainforest Getaway” We were looking for an adventurous but luxurious rainforest getaway; we got that and more. From the moment we started down the river with Ruben at helm to the moment we disembarked back in Sierpe 5 days later we were enchanted by our experience at Casa Rio Sierpe and very sorry to leave. This was our first trip to Costa Rica and we decided to dive right in by getting as far into the forest on the Osa Peninsula as possible. We chose CRS principally due to the deep down-the-river location and the dedicated guide and boat provided by the property. Mark provided a ton of pre-travel information and was always there with an almost immediate response to our queries as we completed our planning. Even so we looked at each other a few times before the trip with that ‘What are we thinking’ look of trepidation. We need not have been concerned. Getting to Sierpe from San Jose is easy if you decide to drive yourself. It takes two half-days to get there if you at arrive in San Jose at midday. The house itself is perfect for its location. You feel complete privacy. The interior is as advertised. Great kitchen with all you could need. No issues with electricity or water supply. Filtered water! The walk up the hill can seem daunting, especially after a long day, but once at the house and on the deck you will realize the benefit. We spent every morning/evening sitting rapt watching and listening to the rainforest transition from night to day and then back. We were blown away by the sounds, especially during the time from 4am to 7am; I only have room to say ‘ pre-dawn roar of Howler Monkeys .’ Wildlife. When you go that far to observe as much as possible, you might stand on the deck when you first arrive and think; what if we don’t see anything? Don’t worry. The first day we saw a pair of Toucans, a pair of white-necked puffbirds, and many hummingbirds. The next day on the hike to the cascada we looked to our left and were staring at a river otter 5 meters away; no lie. Monkeys, Koatimundi, macaws, various parrot and parakeet flocks, and many, many more. But the most amazing part of the experience was interacting with Ruben, Adriana, and Juliana. We were a little nervous about not being competent in Spanish but we had no problem communicating. We learned a lot and had great fun with Ruben as a guide. He is a very genuine person and clearly loves the forest. In that short time we came to think of them as friends, amigos. It's very special; go!
