“superb” lovely villa with stunning wrap-around veranda. beautiful master suite. good kitchen (we cooked dinner every night) . fantastic porch. peter, the owner, could not have been more helpful or pleasant to make arrangements with. and when one of our key-travelers was stranded in england due to the terrible snow, he suggested a very clever re-route (paris>st.maartens>nevis) that literally saved the family christmas. the villa is set in a large tended garden. lovely pool area. 7 minute enjoyable walk to oaulie beach - our favorite beach on the island (the fish tacos - incredible!). also near Gallipot restaurant - very good - and Ms June's that counts Oprah Winfrey among its former diners. monkey's visited the villa's grounds several times - to our great delight. we loved Golden Rock, the bar and south porch at Hermitage, the lobster salad at Montpelier... and Sweet Lips.

“Truly Amazing property!” There are no words to describe how wonderful it was to wake up to the magnificent views at Casa Espanola. The concierge and staff at my vacation Costa Rica were very attentive to all our needs. We were there for my girlfriend's bachelorette party and we were a group of 15! From the beginning, geralyn and Amy did a great job planning out our trip. I was very anxious about how the trip was going to turn out because i had never been to Costa Rica, but they were always so prompt with responding to my emails and executing all that was promised. Geralyn set up all of our excursions ahead of time. She even scheduled massages at the property! You won't want to leave this place! The pictures do not do it justice! It is even more beautiful in person. We posted photos on instagram with the hashtag #casaespanola so that you can see some photos from our experience. There were 4 floors and each had an ocean view! It was refreshing being able to wake up to that every morning! Every day, the cleaning staff came and cleaned up the property thoroughly, so the house was so nice every time we got back from our daily outing. Oh and our private chef, Chef Harold, was amazing!!!! He and his wife are so nice and the food is delicious! They have a menu on site and they will cook anything you request as long as they can get the ingredients. I would recommend Costa Rican cuisine because it is really yummy. All you have to pay for is the cost of food. And it is definitely worth it! The beaches are close by and easy to get to. The cost of transportation is about $1.75 per person each way. We had breakfast at Cafe Milagro. Their food is really good and the coffee drinks are deelish! You must see Manuel Antonio park. It is about a 20 minute stroll through the park where you see cute monkeys and other exotic animals. Once you get to the end of the park, you get to Manuel Antonio beach which is totally worth it! We had a blast. We also went to playa biesanz which is nice and private. Our trip was at the beginning of rainy season (May 28th-June 1st). I was really anxious about the weather because of the weather reports. I will say this: please disregard what you see on your weather app. It said that it was 100% precipitation and that it would be cloudy and raining every day. The weather was amazing pretty much all day. It would get cloudy in the late evening and it did rain a couple nights, but Costa Rica is so amazing that it didn't even bother us. Especially since we stayed at casa Española. I forgot to mention that they even provide you with 2 cell phones in case you need to get in touch with your concierge! How amazing is that? You can use the phone to make any local calls. So after the first couple days, i was able to call my own taxi lol I’m sure some of the other girls will post a review so you can definitely see how happy we were with our experience! Stay here! “A Nice Slice Of Heaven” We just returned from spending the month of February in Gorgona. Tom and Karen have this 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo prepared with everything. The kitchen is equipped with all you need and the space was great for the 4 of us. Wi-fi was easy and having access to free long distance in North america and a great Weber bbq. The view from the balcony overlooking the ocean on one side and the mountains and fishing village was great. We met wonderful people on our morning walks -an incredible beach and only a 10 minute walk to the fishing village for a fresh catch of sea bass. Just a few minutes to walk to the local sports bar, La Ruina - sit at the bar - and the bus stop is right across the street - 30 cents to the main road! Cabs were easy - the guard would call for us or you can set up the cell phone Tom and Karen have available and for $3. we drove into Coronado with 3 supermarkets - Super 99, the The Rey and and the El Machetazo - best produce We took a bus from the main road into the albrook Mall in Panama City - $2.50. Fyi - when you return, book your ticket in the Mall for Santa Clara and get off at Gorgona - you will need to buy a 'superpass card'' for $1.50 as well, not just the bus tickets. If you need help - Tom and Karen have a wonderful property manager, Carlo - he was there for us, when one of our companions forgot her insulin! There is also a new clinic in Coronado - the Doctor speaks English - $20 to see him! They have a very good dentist in Coronado close to Super 99. Day trip - definitely El Vallee - cooler - great market and busy on a Sunday. Grab Oscar for a tour of the Old City and the Canal - he picked us up at the airport - great English and sense of humour and a wealth of info. “Paradise” My husband and I plus 3 children recently returned from our first trip to Orlando, Florida. We stayed in the Villa Esquire. I can't say enough good things about this place! The neighbourhood is beautiful. I spent many hours walking the streets with my 3 children and always felt completely safe. David and Nikki did everything within their power to make our stay comfortable and fun! They called several times just to see if there was anything that they could assist us with. They keep this home in immaculate shape. Everything from the paint to the appliances, bedding, dishes, and electronics are brand new. This home is also spotless and tastefully decorated with tons of personal touches to make you feel right at home. It had everything I could possibly need for my infant including; a brand new stroller, a play pen and high chair to even baby spoons and baby linens. The kitchen is fully equipped to help with all of your cooking needs big or small. I even found a sewing kit when I ripped the hem on my dress! The layout of this home is perfect for several families. There is two master suites; one upstairs and one down. So even though we had 3 different groups in the home their was still tons of privacy. The game room was awesome! My kids and husband spent many evenings enjoying the x box, pool table etc. We also spent hours on end enjoying the heated pool! The kids loved it so much we had a hard time convincing them to leave the house to hit the parks! Disney is a close 15 minutes, Sea World 25, Busch Gardens 1 hour, and Cape Canaveral Beach a hair over an hour. There are also loads of restaurants nearby such as Olive Garden, Long Horn, Chilies, and applebee's. Plus a choice choice of shopping centres and outlets. the grocery, post office and Walmart were literally a five minute drive down the street. We absolutely loved Florida and this beautiful home and hope to return soon. Thank you David and Nikki for making our stay perfect and our trip one we will never forget!

“Great Weekend at Eagle Vista” We had a great 4 night stay at Eagle Vista. It was the perfect place to stay with friends on Spring Break. The cabin was only minutes from Terry Peak which the skiers greatly enjoyed. It was also very close to Deadwood and we called one of the cab companies Delf suggested to bring us one night. The cabin is beautiful and the perfect size with every amenity listed on the website . The view is unbelievable and we could not get enough of it by spending hours and hours on the deck. My personal favorite part was the large hot tub that had a great view of the mountains. Thanks again Delf for the wonderful cabin and all your help. We will definitely be back next year!

“A great tropical escape from our long, dark, dreary, freezing cold Ohio winter!” The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 7! The house was very nice, well-decorated & clean. The spacious layout of the house allowed us to spread out, but also easily be together as a group. The kitchen was especially well equipped. It had every possible cooking item you needed to effortlessly prepare meals or entertain. We were pleasantly surprised to have access to a stocked spice cabinet, unused pantry items and condiments. The beds and linens were of good quality too. The pool area was well-maintained and very nice & was stocked with nice lounge furniture, a dining table & gas grill. The views from the pool area & dock were beautiful. The neighborhood and canal-way were calm & quiet. Because the rental was so nice & relaxing, we didn't mind hanging out at the house & pool all day on the days we opted to skip the beach. Todd and Patricia were very easy to work with and ask questions of as well. We had a wonderful stay! We highly recommend the rental & definitely plan to revisit!

“Harbor View Grande Suite # 707 Excellent 5 Star *****” A Big Thank you to the owners and Staff of 707. The accommodations where beyond our expectations. The décor was professionally done and the Suite was spotless upon arrival. The champagne was a special treat and all the beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers for our use was that extra touch. Harborview is centrally located to all shops and restaurants. The balcony views from sunrise to sunset was truly magnificent. Highly recommend to all friends and relatives. Will definitely return. “Incredible” This is such a unique place it can't be missed. Location to various restaurants and shopping. The place it self is so beautiful and comfortable. “Top of the World” We only stayed here 2 nights, but would have loved a longer visit. The house is in good shape and the views are spectacular, as advertised. Kitchen was fine, and master suite was very comfortable, with extra space for our 10-mo old to sleep in the (provided!) Pack-n-play. The baby items provided were a huge help, as we traveled by air. Suzannah was extremely attentive and responsive to my questions and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Location is great, but just expect a bit of a windy drive up and down to/from Incline Village. The only reason I gave service 4 stars is because of a few very minor points of confusion related to garage parking (not available), changes to wifi, and having to take out the trash, but Suzannah kindly explained these things to me, or did her best to clarify any confusion. Older folks might like having a bedroom on the main floor, and there are no steps unless you use the upstairs master suite or sauna/workout room. I'd highly recommend this place to a friend. Would love to come back for a snowy or summertime visit.
