“Relaxing Stay with family in condo” we had a relaxing stay at the condo mainly the kids had good time in the heated pool and game room. Condo had all the amenities exactly stated in the ad and looked same as in the pictures. It is closer to the Disney World parks. It had walmart and other shopping area within few miles.It was easy check-in and check-out and well managed.Looking forward to stay again sometime this year.

“Paradise” My husband and I plus 3 children recently returned from our first trip to Orlando, Florida. We stayed in the Villa Esquire. I can't say enough good things about this place! The neighbourhood is beautiful. I spent many hours walking the streets with my 3 children and always felt completely safe. David and Nikki did everything within their power to make our stay comfortable and fun! They called several times just to see if there was anything that they could assist us with. They keep this home in immaculate shape. Everything from the paint to the appliances, bedding, dishes, and electronics are brand new. This home is also spotless and tastefully decorated with tons of personal touches to make you feel right at home. It had everything I could possibly need for my infant including; a brand new stroller, a play pen and high chair to even baby spoons and baby linens. The kitchen is fully equipped to help with all of your cooking needs big or small. I even found a sewing kit when I ripped the hem on my dress! The layout of this home is perfect for several families. There is two master suites; one upstairs and one down. So even though we had 3 different groups in the home their was still tons of privacy. The game room was awesome! My kids and husband spent many evenings enjoying the x box, pool table etc. We also spent hours on end enjoying the heated pool! The kids loved it so much we had a hard time convincing them to leave the house to hit the parks! Disney is a close 15 minutes, Sea World 25, Busch Gardens 1 hour, and Cape Canaveral Beach a hair over an hour. There are also loads of restaurants nearby such as Olive Garden, Long Horn, Chilies, and applebee's. Plus a choice choice of shopping centres and outlets. the grocery, post office and Walmart were literally a five minute drive down the street. We absolutely loved Florida and this beautiful home and hope to return soon. Thank you David and Nikki for making our stay perfect and our trip one we will never forget!

“Family vacation 2017” The house was beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and all of the major attractions were close. The house had all of the necessities we needed. The living room furniture and carpet was worn, but was fine. The owner was very easy to work with and was quick to respond. I would definately recommend this house and owner for your family vacation!

“Perfect short stay!” This house felt just like home with a few perks! It was comfortable, spacious and I loved the decorations and feel to the house. The pool was good, but the perfect plus was the jacuzzi! Everything was ready and perfect upon arrival to the property, and we were sad to go when our weekend vacation to Disney World was over. We'd love to rent this property for a longer vacation as it was exactly what we needed. Thank you!

“Outstanding place for a great vacation!” I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The home was decorated beautifully and very conducive to a relaxing vacation. All the amenities of home. We could either relax by the pool overlooking the canal, or a quick drive to the beach, great restaurants and shopping. The welcome note and bottle of wine was a very classy touch. “Lovely, relaxing holiday” My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary in Jan/Feb 15. The villa is beautifully furnished and equipped. The pool and pool area is very large but the weather wasn't quite hot enough for us to brave the pool itself. The view from the pool over the lake is really spectacular. The Hampton Lakes area is nice and quiet and is conveniently situated within a very short drive of some great restaurants and supermarkets. It's also very easy to reach Clermont, straight up the US27 or Orlando/Kissimmee via the I4. Kan and Myat were extremely good at providing us with all the information we needed and the booking process was straightforward and very efficient. I would highly recommend the villa to either couples or families.

“Great condo” Stayed in this condo for the month of June. The owner was kind enough to let me stay 2 months over busy summer but flipkey messed a few things up and only stayed a month. I love this condo, its clean, well stocked, and so relaxing. You wont find a better condo in myrtle beach area. (and im extremely picky). The not so good ... Flip key was a terrible experience. After hours of several calls took a week to get a receipt and finalizing booking. Still waiting on security deposit back that the owner approved 2 weeks ago. The owner is fantastic to work with and cares about his property, if you have a problem he answers . I would def rent from him again but will never use flip key EVER again.
