“Vacation rental” The overall experience was nice. The hot was only hot for one day and wouldn't get hot again there after. The cookware needs to be updated but overall we had a great time. I wouldn't definitely rent this rental again.

“Fantastic Vacation in Orlando” Thanks to Jan we probably had the best vacation in years. The condo is very well situated. It’s only a five minute drive from restaurants and supermarkets, such as Aldi and WalMart. For us it was very important since we have two kids and love to taste local food and cook in. The kitchen is equipped with high class appliances and well stocked with everything you need for cooking. Needless to say, the condo is kept impeccably clean and spotless. We were also impressed by the overall design of the condo and the furniture. Having two bathrooms was an additional plus. The master bathroom with its expensive marble counter top and tiled with natural stone, seemed to have come out from an upscale designer office. The pool located only a few steps away from our porch was a little jewel. It was never crowded and on most times we had it only to ourselves. The gated community is located in a well-kept prestigious area and its admin personnel helped us a lot in planning our visits to the amusement park, printing tickets, etc. Jan is a very friendly person, going out of his way to make our stay at the condo enjoyable. His professionalism in running the condo and his attention to detail is fantastic. The condo definitely exceeded all my expectations. “Perfect Florida Holiday” A thoroughly enjoyable 4 week stay in a property that was equipped with everything you could possibly want to make it a home from home. As described this was an extremely well presented home in a very good location that made it easy to access all the major attractions, golf courses and shopping centres. We made regular use of the golf clubs and as the house backs onto the nearby conservation area of Shingle Creek we explored it many times on the bicycles provided with the home. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub which benefited from a covered lanai and privacy fencing and the free pool heat was much appreciated. Overall the property was first class and excellent value for money and we will certainly be returning.

“EXCELLENT Property, location and Owner!!” We can highly recommend this Vacation rental property, the location is perfect, very close to the Disney parks, restaurants with varied cuisines, major freeways, etc. The home and pool were EVERYTHING we'd hoped for, it was a very well maintained property, it lacked nothing as everything we required was provided including FREE WiFi! The communication with the owner, Joan, was FIRST CLASS! From the booking thru the rental period and followup afterwards was a very pleasurable experience, we are VERY PLEASED!! We looked at quiet a few PET FRIENDLY properties (we have 3 small dogs) before deciding on this property, mainly due to amenities, location, etc and are pleased to further recommend this property and owner for your vacation property needs! Additionally, we plan on booking this property again if available during out next vacation in the Kissimmee/Orlando area, why look anywhere else?? “Perfect for a family visiting Orlando.” This condo was perfect for our family of five. Most important to me, it was perfectly clean. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and there were plenty of bath towels. The starter items (paper towels, dish soap, coffee filters, small soaps/shampoo, etc.) were very helpful. Washer and dryer in unit were, of course, invaluable. There is a grocery store and drug store in walking distance. We only visited Universal during our stay and the location was perfect, approximately 5 minutes from condo. Communication with the property managers was prompt and clear. The clubhouse pool seemed smaller than in the photos and was quite busy with kids the two times I saw it (not an issue for our family as we were busy elsewhere). The clubhouse has a computer/printer available which proved helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

“Worth It!!!” Our family stayed at Westgate Lakes for one week during Spring Break. We had a four bedroom condo and the space was fabulous!!! We were more than impressed with the resort staff and all the ammenities. The location was also very excellent and so easy to find and so close to the attractions we wanted to visited. The resort was very clean in all areas and very safe and secure for our family.

“Spacious, newly decorated, great location, friendly owners.” This condo is spacious and larger than other condos we had previously stayed at. It is newly refurbished and has every home comfort included. There is plenty of parking and a well maintained adult and childrens pool which whenever we attended was never overcrowded. The owner was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. This was our fifth visit to florida and the whole experience exceeded anything we had experienced before. This condo is just moments from seaworld and i drive and only ten mins from disney. You can even see seaworlds kraken and fireworks from the pool area. Publix supermarket, pizza restaurant and walgreens pharmacy/convenience store are all onsite and only a couple of minutes walk from the condo. The building the condo is in is well maintained, clean and quiet. Overall i would rate this condo 5 star and would not consider staying anywhere else when we return to florida.
