“Palm Island Marina and condos.” Overall the yacht club members were happy with the marina. However when I made our condo reservation I ask the differance between the prices of the units and I was NOT told some had evevator access vs we had to climb two flights of very steep stairs. For us this was very very problematic. Last time we were there we had the elevator building and I did not know the other building had none. It is very important that you should tell your customers there is a choice. Elevator or climb. Even the lower floor in the stair only building would have been better for our situation.

“Updated condo, great pool, awesome owner” This is a great rental condo. It is in a great location on a marina, just across the street from the beach (just an easy 5 minute walk). A real bonus is the location near the Santini Plaza. The Plaza has great restaurants, a liquor store, a hardware store and other shopping. There is a CVS next to the Plaza. The pool is beautiful and the largest on the island. It was great to have the extra space of a 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit. Vito is a fantastic owner. He is easy to contact and genuinely cares about his renters.

“Great get away for a few days” The location could not have been better. The view was terrific and the beach, pool, and tennis were steps away. It's a bit of a hassle to unload your belongs onto a golf cart and then get it to the property (especially when traveling with small children), but it's nice not having cars on the property. We ate at the restaurant 2 nights and both experiences were very good. Wish the store/ice cream shop was open later than 6 PM. Overall a relaxing time with family.

“Thanks for a wonderful week” I rented this condo for my parents and my aunt and uncle who were in Naples to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. They really loved everything about it. Clean, fresh, beautiful furnitured, everything you need in the kitchen, good beds with nice linen and so much more. Coral Falls has a great pool and hot tub that they really enjoyed. The surroundings are calm and quiet and still it's very close to supermarket and restaurants. It's easy to drive downtown and to pier - just straight forward. They also had a couple of lovely days at the beach at Marco Island, just some minutes away. We could't have wished for anything better and hope we will come back again

“Very comfortable lodgings” Loads of extras in this unit. Well cared for, updated very nicely. Disappointed that the large deck was taken out of service, possibly for a year! It seems to me that usage could have been sustained by posting signs that caution all users to wear appropriate foot-ware on the deck at all times, and to avoid running or playing on the deck. Also the deck restoration could be tackled section by section so as to retain the use by all tenants and owners.

“Location, location, location!” Beautiful villa, well appointed with everything we needed. Just bring your swimsuit and beach towel! Steps from pool and beach, 1 minute walk to restaurant. Pull out couch was perfect for 2 kids. Updated bath and kitchen. We would certainly request this unit again!

“The Perfect Getaway” We recently spent a week at Palm Island Resort ... our fifth visit over a number of years ... and continue to consider PIR to be the perfect getaway for our family. Our idea of a perfect beach vacation includes sparsely populated beaches and great shelling ... both criteria were met and surpassed! “Terrific location” My wife and I had rented this villa two years ago and returned this year for February. Although we could see the signs of two years of wear and tear, we thoroughly enjoyed Villa Dolphin again. It's southern exposure and wide water view makes the lanai the perfect spot to hang out all day. The river is just 15 minutes by boat and the boat was terrific...the best we have rented in 5 years. One disappointment..the GPS advertised in the boat was unreadable in the daylight but we know the area and it was not a problem for us. The management was responsive to the few small requests that we had. We highly recommend Villa Dolphin.

“Confused Staff” All of the staff were very nice during our stay and during the reservation process, but the information we received about events, activities and accommodations were often conflicting. The staff did not seem to know the deals being offered or what was going on. Overall, a wonderful stay!

“Great home in a great location” My wife, adult daughter and her 4 month old son vacationed at this rental in April 2015. Adella meant us when we arrived even though it was late at night. She gave us a terrific tour of the house and showed us how the pool and other amenities worked. She was a very gracious host and was very responsive during our entire stay. The home was very clean, spacious and in a wonderful area. We enjoyed all aspects of the home and our vacation. I would highly recomend this property.

“Absolutely gorgeous villa that took our breath away” My wife and I rented the villa Tuscany from Vacationhit last month after we were drawn in by the beautiful pictures and great location. We wanted something truly extraordinary for our 25th wedding anniversary and upon arrival to the villa I immediately knew that I made the right decision with the Tuscany. The house is beyond fabulous and looked as if it were brand new! The view you get from the living room, upstairs bedroom, and the patio area is beautiful. The pool and spa were a delight to swim in and there was something special about lounging by the edge and looking across the big lake. We had a lot of questions for the property management company and they were always very quick to respond and extremely helpful. The weather wasn't perfect but the Tuscany more than made up for that small misfortune. My wife and I will definitely be coming back next year!
