“fabulous” This condo is beautiful. We watched the dolphins from the balcony. We enjoyed the heated pool. Access to the beach is right there. The condo had everything we needed and more. Beautifully decorated . We would highly recommend it.

“Paradise Cottage, the name says it all!” From the first inquiry to the last day of the trip Christine made the experience effortless and wonderful! This beach house is amazing and will exceed your expectations. It is located perfectly mid island in a quiet neighborhood close to anything you may want to do. My family and I absolutely loved everything about the Paradise Cottage, so much so I questioned sharing this secret hideaway...but it was too good to not share the experience. Christine and her crew went above and beyond from fresh flowers, leaving the light on for our late arrival, stocking us up with daily necessities and making herself available throughout our trip to returning clothes that my daughter had left behind. This was truly made a home in paradise. I have been traveling to Ft. Myers for 10+ years never staying in the same place twice. I can guarantee that if this is available I will never stay anywhere else again. Thank you so much to Christine and her staff for making my family feel at home and helping us create wonderful memories!! I highly recommend Paradise Cottage and working with Christine...you won't be disappointed!!

“Excellent and perfect House for vacation.” this was my first experience and was the best, perfect area, all was close in case we need to buy something. The house was full equipped for everything you need and very clean. The state park pass was excellent, with access to a perfect beach. we had a very great and fun time with the family.

“Wonderful location, delightful house - and - pet-friendly, too!” Rick's Retreat is very clean, very comfortably furnished "home away from home" vacation rental - and pet friendly, too! Lots of restaurants and some fun shops are a short walk south and beach access is a short meander down a charming lane. Rick graciously shared restaurant and general "things to do in Captiva" thoughts, all of which were excellent. This was our first visit - we'll definitely return (hopefully very soon!).

“Our 2017 vacation” This was our first time ever renting a house. Peter was the best. This house had everything we need or wanted. It was super clean and beautiful. The screened porch was perfect to drink coffee in the morning. Didn't have to worry about the bugs or anything. Beach was a short walk around the corner over a bridge. The town was great and hardly no traffic. Safe for younger kids to play in the yard. Can't wait to rent again next year. Thank you!!

“Terrific location” My wife and I had rented this villa two years ago and returned this year for February. Although we could see the signs of two years of wear and tear, we thoroughly enjoyed Villa Dolphin again. It's southern exposure and wide water view makes the lanai the perfect spot to hang out all day. The river is just 15 minutes by boat and the boat was terrific...the best we have rented in 5 years. One disappointment..the GPS advertised in the boat was unreadable in the daylight but we know the area and it was not a problem for us. The management was responsive to the few small requests that we had. We highly recommend Villa Dolphin.

“Outstanding place for a great vacation!” I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The home was decorated beautifully and very conducive to a relaxing vacation. All the amenities of home. “Best New Years Ever!” We started out the new year in your home and what a great start it was. We have never had the priviledge of being so close to the beach for a vacation! We felt so safe and private. We have 7 littles and the two youngest would even run around naked sometimes. In the chaos of the season on this island, we felt like we were the only ones here when we stayed at your home, you provided everything we needed and the your gardener was very friendly. We saw dolphins daily if not multiple times a day! A special treat . . . dolphin pups with their mothers frequently visited. The beach was virtually private. The owners were very accomidating to our special circumstances. Thank you for that.

“Florida Breeze Villa” We really enjoyed our month in your beautiful home. The house is a spacious 3-bedroom 2 bath well decorated comfortable home. We enjoyed the pool and entertaining friends in the enclosed pool area. The Cape Coral neighborhood is extremely convenient to area restaurants, our church of choice in the area, grocery store, access to Ft Myers, Sarasota, Naples, Venice and all our favorite places.
