“Great owners” Ana and Jeff are great! Communication with them was easy and responsive. The townhouse is clean and in a quiet area. As a real estate investor, I've been researching the vacation rental industry for a while now. Especially in Panama City Beach. This is not a mark on them specifically but it's something I've noticed in a few places there. Please stop skimping on the TV's and HD programming. Contrary to popular belief, people don't spend their entire time out of the rental. Especially on rainy or cold days. Renters are paying GOOD money to stay at your place, treat em like they're at home. Everyone isn't packing a FireStick to watch TV with. In this case, I had to have my spouse bring a 2nd tv for the grandkids bedroom. I just don't understand why you wouldn't put a tv in a kid's bedroom. That, and two other things are what kept me from giving them a perfect score.
