“Perfect villa for our holiday” We stayed in the villa for 3 weeks with 3 children, youngest was 2. The villa is spacious, well kept and has beautiful views of Bangrak. Great location for Fishermans Village. Lynne, the property manager was extremely helpful. The villa was absolutely perfect for a stay with a 2 year old due to the practical and safe layout. The pool and the youngest could easily be separated meaning we could all relax and not worry about an accident with the pool. Pool did loose sun by about 2:30pm which again was great with kids as suncream not required for the afternoon. Would absolutely stay here again and now very sad to be back in my own house.

“A perfect holiday spot” For the third year in a row we had a great time in villa Decor. Again the house was perfectly maintained. Nothing to remark, just perfect. If you are looking for a nice, peaceful place to stay in Koh Samui, villa decor is definitely worth to consider.

“Beautiful beachfront villa” The villa was very beautiful. In a great spot right on the beach on a small , quiet cove. Food was really good - both Western and Thai and the staff couldn't help us enough. They were particularly good with the children and preparing them meals. Great pool - particularly for children as a large shallow end and a good bridge for jumping! Would highly recommend.

“Fabulous!” We spent two glorious weeks in Laguna Cove 5 with our daughter, husband, our grandchild and my daughter's in-laws. The property was exactly as described in the listing - fabulous! On arrival we had a very welcome "welcome pack" which saved us shopping immediately. The property was spotlessly clean and was maintained by the cleaning staff on a regular basis. Bb (the owner) was most helpful, answering all my questions both before and after booking. We loved the use of the kayaks which we took out almost daily. Sao, the housekeeper was a joy to have looking after us, as was Jim who arranged our day out to ang Thong Marine park, and airport transfers. I would thoroughly recommend Lomprayah Tours with whom we went to ang Thong. We hired a car for the duration. It was particularly handy for major shopping as the nearest "big" supermarket (Tesco) in Nathon is 10-15 mins drive. As we were a large party we used the car for getting to see more of the island. A trip to the Big Buddha and the waterfalls is a must. Friday night at Fishermans Village is not to be missed either. We had some excellent meals delivered by Hans from Spicey on the Beach and also enjoyed Jun Hom restaurant. We had so many good meals, the restaurants are too many to mention! My only disappointment was the quality of the sea for swimming. Rather squidgy underfoot. We would love to return to Laguna 5 some time in the future.

“Paradise Found” This was our first trip to Thailand & after 3 nights in Bangkok we were looking forward to our stay in Koh Samui, from the moment we arrived at the lovely picturesque airport we new it was going to be special. We have done the package holidays many times before so this was a first, staying in a self catering villa. We couldn't of asked/picked a better place to stay.The villa was like brand new, inside & out, it was just as the photos showed on the website. Great size of rooms, lovely relaxing living/dining area, with all the mod-cons Satellite TV,DVD, WiFi, I-Pod docking station for listening to your music poolside with the outside speaker system, fantastic covered chill-out seating area poolside with mini fridge sink & hob. Walking distance to Big Buddha & Wat Plai Laem, convenience stores within 3 minutes walking distance, the lovely Choeng Mon beach only 3 minutes by car & plenty of local tasty restaurants there too. All in all a brilliant vacation & great memories to cherish. Hope to return again in the not too distant future & without doubt we will be staying here again in this villa.

“charming, cosy home away from home...” We have enjoyed staying at Villa Velks, beautiful views of both mountain and sea, it's lovely and peaceful. we love the pool area where our children can have a little run around and the kiddy pool provide them with a splash of fun or two. we love it as it feels very cosy that you can relax as in your own home. the driver drove us to places and show us where to go, they help us with cleaning and cooking when we wanted to stay in and they're very helpful. i only learn the day before we leave that they also have plenty of board games for adults and children alike, so that provided us with bounty of fun, it's relaxing and we really feel like we have live the island life!! we will definitely return.

“A great place to take time out” We loved our stay at Baan Phu Tawan! The villa is gorgeous - it's just like the photos and having the private pool was amazing. We were two couples and we stayed for a week. I thought cleaning once a week might not be enough but it turned out it was. The linens at the home could do with updating though, and after our cleaning service one of our bedrooms missed out on fresh beach towels. The walk to fisherman's village and the beach took 5-10 minutes and was pretty hot and smelly - we found ourselves catching taxis for 200 baht to escape it where we could. The fisherman's village is lovely with lots of great restaurants with good food that was fresh and prepared in obviously clean conditions. Marie, the caretaker of the house was great. She was super helpful in making sure we had everything that we needed and there to answer any questions we had. She even brought us a bottle of wine to make up for some noise from the pool in her villa being re-tiled - the noise hadn't bothered us at all but it was a really lovely gesture. I'd highly recommend a stay at Baan Phu Tawan. It's a little way away from the beach and town but the quality of the home is comparable to a resort and the value for money much better.

“Amazing!!!” We had a wonderful time at Villa 36. Pictures online just don't do it justice. The view is breath taking and the villa itself is excellent. First class amenities all around and the house manager, Root was extremely helpful. I cannot even say how wonderful our experience was. I would highly recommend this villa. The beach is a short (though steep) walk away but once on the beach, it's paradise and there is a great beach restaurant we visited a number of times that had delicious Thai food. Villa is also in a perfect location - a short drive to Bophut and Fisherman's Village... out of the chaos of the other towns, but in still fairly close proximity to restaurants, night life, etc.

“Great villa , good peaceful location !!” Very nice experience , we were picked up from the ferry terminal and taken to the villa , all the rooms are beautiful !! 10 mins to tesco lotus or Big C supermarket , 5 mins to cheweng beach perfect spot, Only negative comment I would make was there is no airconditioning in the main room which got very hot it was 34OC inside and 30OC Outside !!

“Best vacation - Total happiness!” The villa is beautiful, facilitated with everything you need. The staff is just great and the cooking simply divine. Loved every minute in Baan Mika and will definitely come back!

“We found paradise.” The villa, just like Koh Samui itself, is loaded with "Wow Factor". From the moment that we stepped through the door, we knew we had made the right decision in choosing this location. The villa is built into the mountain so that every room has a perfect and beautiful view. We eat, partied and spent most of our time by the pool. Andrew, our main point of contact while we were there, organised everything for us including chef, provisions, transport and plenty of insights on where to go and what to do. All that we had to do was relax, soak-in the sun and sights and enjoy our stay in paradise.

“Let's keep it a secret!!!!” Myself and my girlfrind have recently returned from a month whistlestop tour of Thailand, including 3*, 4* and 5* hotels and Lotus Terraces was undoubtably the most amazing place of them all. From the personal mobile phone and stocked fridge on arrival right through to our checkout, we thoroughly felt like we were the only visitors on the Island. Immaculate Villa and immaculate service in every way. My only concern is that my girlfriend is now talking about getting married so she can have the wedding here - Lotus you are too good!!
