“Can't wait to come back!” This house was huge and it was stocked with everything you could need. From pool floats, to a grill, to beach chairs and umbrellas, to bicycles, you won't be bored! Bob and Elayne were excellent, giving tips on what to do and where to go and great communicators. The pool was fantastic and the dock was perfect for my husband to fish from. We can't wait to go back!

“Everything great about the beach with no crowds” My family loved this experience and will be back! The kids got a kick out of taking the golf cart around and looking for turtles. The house is great and has everything you could possibly need.

“luxurious and peaceful combined with private pool and trees” We have enjoyed this lovely home in 4 separate years. It has all the amenities of home and more. It is a short drive to beaches, shopping areas and all that Florida has to offer. I love my daily walks in the neighborhood where I spot seeing eagles and at times turtles.

“I love this place!” Fantastic vacation home! Great lagoon view from the pool! Close to Sanibel Island as well as shopping for gifts and groceries. Very close to the river by boat, big plus for me! Had a great time here and hope to stay over and over.

“Perfect for a large family” This is house is fabulous, we had a group of 18 from ages 3-70 and everyone had an amazing time. The house if fully stocked with outside "everything" (pop-up, chairs, beach toys, water toys, masks, snorkles, water shoes....) you need for the beach, and then you go to the river side, and there are paddle boards and kayaks, and little beach with a fire pit, that made the 4th of July extra special. We saw a number of firework shows and made smores, hit will everyone in the group. This was the first time all 4 family's stayed in the same house, and there was plenty of space for everyone to hang out together, or get away from eachother if needed. The kitchen is also ready with plenty of pots, pans, spices, paper plates, plastic silverware, etc. We cooked all but one meal (kids wanted pizza delivered) for the large group with ease for the 5 days we were there. The washers and dryers also helped to make the trip perfect. Everyone was able to back light since we could wash and re-wear items, so no large suitcases needed for the trip.

“Quiet Spacious Well Appointed Home” Central located in North Port in a quiet residential area between Naples and Sarasota with quick access to I -75 to allow easy access to many beaches, attractions and restaurants. The owner has thought of everything for a day out with the family at the beach including shell scoops to find that special seashell or prized shark tooth!! The house has a very well appointed kitchen, spacious pool area and a heated pool and hot tub. There is even a full office to keep up with any computer needs you may have. The Wifi is fast and efficient. Kurth we thank you for the use of your home and your hospitality even when you and your and family were on vacation overseas. “A great tropical escape from our long, dark, dreary, freezing cold Ohio winter!” The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 7! The house was very nice, well-decorated & clean. The spacious layout of the house allowed us to spread out, but also easily be together as a group. The kitchen was especially well equipped. It had every possible cooking item you needed to effortlessly prepare meals or entertain. We were pleasantly surprised to have access to a stocked spice cabinet, unused pantry items and condiments. The beds and linens were of good quality too. The pool area was well-maintained and very nice & was stocked with nice lounge furniture, a dining table & gas grill. The views from the pool area & dock were beautiful. The neighborhood and canal-way were calm & quiet. Because the rental was so nice & relaxing, we didn't mind hanging out at the house & pool all day on the days we opted to skip the beach. Todd and Patricia were very easy to work with and ask questions of as well. We had a wonderful stay! We highly recommend the rental & definitely plan to revisit!

“Absolutely gorgeous villa that took our breath away” My wife and I rented the villa Tuscany from Vacationhit last month after we were drawn in by the beautiful pictures and great location. We wanted something truly extraordinary for our 25th wedding anniversary and upon arrival to the villa I immediately knew that I made the right decision with the Tuscany. The house is beyond fabulous and looked as if it were brand new! The view you get from the living room, upstairs bedroom, and the patio area is beautiful. The pool and spa were a delight to swim in and there was something special about lounging by the edge and looking across the big lake. We had a lot of questions for the property management company and they were always very quick to respond and extremely helpful. The weather wasn't perfect but the Tuscany more than made up for that small misfortune. My wife and I will definitely be coming back next year!

“Florida Breeze Villa” We really enjoyed our month in your beautiful home. The house is a spacious 3-bedroom 2 bath well decorated comfortable home. We enjoyed the pool and entertaining friends in the enclosed pool area. The Cape Coral neighborhood is extremely convenient to area restaurants, our church of choice in the area, grocery store, access to Ft Myers, Sarasota, Naples, Venice and all our favorite places. We had a great time relaxing and enjoying the weather in the area and we are hoping to get down your way again in the not-too-distant future.
