“Relaxing Stay with family in condo” we had a relaxing stay at the condo mainly the kids had good time in the heated pool and game room. Condo had all the amenities exactly stated in the ad and looked same as in the pictures. It is closer to the Disney World parks. It had walmart and other shopping area within few miles.It was easy check-in and check-out and well managed.Looking forward to stay again sometime this year.

“Excellent Vacation! Can't wait to go back” We absolutely loved your villa and the resort it was situated in. From the moment we arrived we enjoyed every minute. The house was very quiet and spacious. It can easily fit in two families of 4. The house was clean inside out. The mattresses were plush and bedding soft. The Mickey/Minnie room was super cute and my kids' favorite! We all slept like babies every night. The furniture was solid wood and looked brand new. It was also nice to have a kitchen with anything and everything we needed. It's a paradise to have that much space for a vacation. All theme parks including the Lego land were easy to access. There were Publix, McDonald, Danny's close by with plenty of choices to eat out. We were not able to swim in the pool or check the clubhouse. Will try out next time. The view from the backyard was gorgeous! We would definitely be back again soon. I would be happy to refer any friends thinking of travelling to Orlando area.

“Paradise” My husband and I plus 3 children recently returned from our first trip to Orlando, Florida. We stayed in the Villa Esquire. I can't say enough good things about this place! The neighbourhood is beautiful. I spent many hours walking the streets with my 3 children and always felt completely safe. David and Nikki did everything within their power to make our stay comfortable and fun! They called several times just to see if there was anything that they could assist us with. They keep this home in immaculate shape. Everything from the paint to the appliances, bedding, dishes, and electronics are brand new. This home is also spotless and tastefully decorated with tons of personal touches to make you feel right at home. It had everything I could possibly need for my infant including; a brand new stroller, a play pen and high chair to even baby spoons and baby linens. The kitchen is fully equipped to help with all of your cooking needs big or small. I even found a sewing kit when I ripped the hem on my dress! The layout of this home is perfect for several families. There is two master suites; one upstairs and one down. So even though we had 3 different groups in the home their was still tons of privacy. The game room was awesome! My kids and husband spent many evenings enjoying the x box, pool table etc. We also spent hours on end enjoying the heated pool! The kids loved it so much we had a hard time convincing them to leave the house to hit the parks! Disney is a close 15 minutes, Sea World 25, Busch Gardens 1 hour, and Cape Canaveral Beach a hair over an hour. There are also loads of restaurants nearby such as Olive Garden, Long Horn, Chilies, and applebee's. Plus a choice choice of shopping centres and outlets. the grocery, post office and Walmart were literally a five minute drive down the street. We absolutely loved Florida and this beautiful home and hope to return soon. Thank you David and Nikki for making our stay perfect and our trip one we will never forget!

“Wonderful House with everything you need” Our family had a great time in this house had everything we needed. Not everyone came this time because of Hurricane Matthew their flights got canceled we were sad about that . It was great to come back from the parks and relax in the spa and pool , the weather really didn't affect this part of Florida so we had a great time . The house is close to restaurants and shopping and the parks so I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation in a well maintained home .

“Perfect short stay!” This house felt just like home with a few perks! It was comfortable, spacious and I loved the decorations and feel to the house. The pool was good, but the perfect plus was the jacuzzi! Everything was ready and perfect upon arrival to the property, and we were sad to go when our weekend vacation to Disney World was over. “Beautiful Villa” What a brilliant holiday we had in one of Ellis Exclusive Villa's last summer. Lisa, our contact was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She provided a fantastic welcome pack which included all the essentials we needed to get our holiday off to a flying start, even a lovely bottle of wine. The villa was spotless on arrival, plenty of bedding and towels were provided and the quality of the overall product was second to none. Located close to excellent local amenities and attractions it was a perfect base for our holiday. We loved it so much we have booked to go back summer 2014.

“Awesome home ❤️ A must stay!” Let me start by saying thank you for allowing me and my family to stay in your beautiful home. Radha was fantastic to deal with. Very professional, responded fast and was very detailed on instructions and cleared about what she expected. I respect her for that. I highly recommend this home!!! It’s beautiful, clean, comfortable, peaceful, beautiful did you hear me a BEAUTIFUL view of the lake! Such a beautiful and peaceful place. The pool was so much fun. My kids enjoyed it and so did we. The temperature of the pool was awesome. The structure of the home was perfect. And the beds were heaven. Everything was perfect. “A very welcoming home.” Our second stay and as great as the first time. A decorated Christmas tree greeted us, which was very nice. There was a bottle of wine to celebrate the New Year. The heated pool and hot tub were great. The home was near shopping and it didn't take us long to drive to the attractions. All in all we all enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable home. “Willow View Villa” First, let me say the home is not what you see in the pics. The home has flat screen throughout. The home was convenient to parks, outlets and restaurants. My family and I stay in Davenport a few times a year but this was a last minute trip and based on pics we were really nervous. The home was clean and kids loved the pool. We cooked out and enjoyed the patio. I had 2 problems that was unfortunately fixed the day we were leaving but it was nature not the owner!. The other was the downstairs bedroom smelled like smoke, we sprayed but was in the linen. Again, it was clean but smelled like smoke and being non smokers it was annoying. We spent most of our time on the comfy recliners or at the pool so it was ok. Thank you Martin!

“Great stay in Davenport” The Villa Serenity was exactly that. A beautiful home with a very warm feel. The view from the back door was my favorite, overlooking the built-in pool looking back into the lagoon. Close to parks. Very clean, we would highly recommend staying at the Villa serenity, and we plan to do so again.

“Fantastic Stay” The home was in a beautiful community and there was a huge resort pool with all the things one would look for in a resort setting. The home itself was immaculate and very clean upon arrival. The beds were all comfortable and the rooms were spacious. We enjoyed the home and the resort so much that we actually spent a few days less at the parks. The reservation process was simple and straightforward. All in all a great vacation!
