“fabulous” This condo is beautiful. We watched the dolphins from the balcony. We enjoyed the heated pool. Access to the beach is right there. The condo had everything we needed and more. Beautifully decorated . We would highly recommend it.

“Quiet, affordable and as described” We had a nice, warm Melbourne visit. The Condo was as described and was priced appropriately. We received information prior to our visit on how to access the unit. It was very simply set up and allowed us that place to lay our heads at night or sit on the balcony to watch the variety of birds below. We felt very fortunate to have access to a very nice pool and hot tub. It was our "go to" place after our time on the local beaches or after a nice meal at The Cuban Restaurant....or even better DJon's by the River. Wonderful food - tried many unique eateries. Can also recommend Blueberry Muffin Restaurant for breakfast. John F. Kennedy Space Center is close enough for a nice day trip which we did. Excellent place to visit.

“Outstanding!” We just loved it! The condo was gorgeous! We picked a perfect week to go, the beach was empty, as was the pool, it was like we had our own private resort! It was also great to have our own private hot tub, we couldn't have asked for anything more! Thanks for letting us stay at the resort!

“Great Place!” We stayed at Paradise Beach Club unit 215 February 8 to February 15, 2014. The hotel itself was very nice. It is located directly on the atlantic Ocean which was very convenient. There was an elevator that we used a few times, but unit 215 was at the very end of the hallway, not very close to the elevator, so it was quicker just to walk up and down the flight of stairs located right next to the unit. There was a coin operated washer and dryer on floor 2 which was useful. The washer cost $1 for a 45 minute cycle. The dryer was 25 cents for 20 minutes of drying time. There wasn't any laundry detergent in the laundry room and the machines only took quarters, so be prepared! There was a Publix grocery store directly across the street which was also convenient. The unit itself was very nice. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and had a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. What I wish I would have known before going was that the kitchen, dining room, living room, and one bathroom are on floor 2. You have to go up a flight of stairs to get to the bedrooms. Two bedrooms and a larger bathroom are on floor 3. The master bedroom had a great ocean view! (The living room also has a great ocean view, and a relaxing balcony with comfortable patio furniture). The other bedroom has a "view" of the parking lot. It also has a door that leads outside to the third floor hallway. I would not have felt safe leaving a child by themselves in a room with an outside door, but since we only used the master bedroom it wasn't an issue. Another negative was that both bedrooms were missing slats from their blinds. The master bedroom faces east and the sun really woke you up in the morning! Paradise Beach Club is located on Satellite Beach which is about a 15 minute drive south of the Cocoa Beach Pier. I would definitely recommend this unit!

“Excellent place” Just returned from a week vacation at this location. The views were spectacular. The unit was very clean, well maintained with nice furnishings. The owner/manager was very easy to work with. The listing description and photos were exactly on point. I would highly recommend this unit. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to return myself in the future. If you get a chance go eat at Black's Grill. Excellent.

“Much needed beach get-away!” We had an awesome time, staying in this unit. loved having the sliding glass doors in both the front room and master bedroom. It was easy access to the beach and the pool. A nice walk to both Cocoa Beach pier and the Jetty. Perfect time of year to have quiet time both at the beach and the pool. The grocery store was a quick five minute drive with plenty of wonderful restaurants within 10 minutes. We highly recommend both Fishlips (seafood) and El Tucan (Mexican). Shopping was close as well -- both Walmart and Merritt Mall. Our favorite part of the vacation was taking long evening walks on the beach, followed by a late swim before the pool closed. Just what the doctor prescribed!!!!! and one added bonus -- the unit comes with a washer and dryer -- first vacation where we came home with clean clothes! and one final note -- the "beach" closet had everything you would need to spend a day on the beach -- towels, chairs, umbrellas, boards, buckets, etc!

“Great location” We had great times in Oakwater, all was perfect! The house is fully equipped, all is clean, new and works perfect!It is an ideal location, close to everything. Near the home are so many great restaurants such as: Bonefish, Longhorn, Golden Corral, Ihop, Bahama Breeze, Buffalo Wild Wings, Flippers Pizza*, Red Lobster and lots more! The super target is within 2 min as well as the Publix.It is also located in very quiet area. There are great sports facilities, tennis court, and the pool area itself is fantastic. We enjoyed it very much and the pool s huge and warm !!! We loved it and will definitely recommend to our friends and family!

“Perfect family vacation!” We have rented several condos in the area (including another at Sandcastles) and this is by far the best we have seen! Drew and his siblings were all amazing- Drew went above and beyond for us and really helped to make our stay wonderful. The condo is very large and has everything you need to really enjoy the beach and family time without having to worry about buying things you're only going to need once. With a toddler the beach toys are a necessity as are plenty of towels! She could have her own separate "wing" with bathroom and huge bedroom and we didn't have to worry about waking her up while we relaxed after she went to bed. I don't see how anyone would prefer staying at a hotel to this! The unit is accurately depicted in photos- which has not always been our experience. The units are quiet as well; there was renovation going on in the unit next door and we could hardly hear anything- it was never an issue. We would highly recommend this condo! Thanks again for a lovely vacation Drew, we would have loved to stay longer!

“Gives paradise a true meaning!” This unit is absolutely beautiful! It was perfect for my daughter who is in a wheelchair. Lots of stores close by and the view is just gorgeous. This condo has just about everything you need, all you need to bring is your clothes and hygiene products. The master room bed was so comfy! The beach was great, not crowded like the others I have been to. We enjoyed the pool as well... I would definitely stay again and recommend anyone to rent this for a vacation. Perfect 5 stars!

“Excellent Holiday Getaway!” My husband and I stayed at this beautiful condo for a week in October 2013 and it was absolutely beautiful. It was exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful birds to see right at your door step. This luxury condo is very close to downtown which was good for night life and great food. I would recommend this condo to anyone. Also the owner Sabina was very welcoming which made us feel as if we were right at home!

“Great place, great location, and everything you need!” We stayed here to go to my sister's wedding at The Beach House. We loved this townhouse. It had spacious rooms, beautiful decor, and a great view of the ocean from the balcony. I was really impressed with how many little things were available. There were plenty of towels, soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom, spices in the cabinet, beach towels, and even aloe gel for burns. In the garage there is an area full of sand toys and floats and a grill. We felt so comfortable and had a true vacation.

“PARADISE” I had to leave early because of a death in the family but when we were there we had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean. “very comfortable and excellent location” The pictures and description of the condo are very accurate. Last year rented a 1 Bedroom 1 bath condo and this certainly was an upgrade. Enjoyed the restaurants that Jackie had recommended and the nearby beaches that we took advantage of often. Excellent location to visit other areas such as Venice and Sarasota. “Comfortable Oceanfront Condo Right on the Beach” This is the perfect location for relaxing—and only an hour from Orlando and 15-20 minutes to Cocoa Beach. The beach is right outside your door and less crowded (and cheaper) than Cocoa Beach. The oceanfront location couldn’t be better. We enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning from the condo and resting on the private balcony. Amazing view to watch the ocean. Lots of bird watching and shells galore on the beach, too. Patrick Air Force Base is nearby and the Air Force Thunderbirds flew over several times one day while practicing for their upcoming shows. However, the condo is so well sound proofed that I think we would have missed that if we hadn’t been outside. The kitchen was clean and well equipped and Publix, Winn Dixie and Walmart are all very close for stocking up on supplies. The condo has boogie boards, sand chairs, umbrellas and even sand toys for the kids. The pool was spotless and the perfect temperature for refreshing after a hot day in the Florida sun. The washer and dryer were an extra benefit and they are located in a separate utility room inside the unit so you don’t have the noise of running washer/dryer near your bedroom when you’re trying to sleep. We enjoyed dining out at Jack Baker’s Lobster Shanty, Neptune Bar & Grill, Bizzarro Pizza & Pasta, and Ichabod’s Bar & Grille. Be sure to treat yourself to ice cream at the Surfin’ Turtle in Satellite Beach. They have a place for kids to play and hang out, including big checkerboards and a selection of board games as well as great information on sea turtles. Even though we booked on rather short notice, Drew made the rental experience easy and responded quickly by email. We totally enjoyed our week and hope to make it back in the future. When we do, I'll definitely be contacting Drew to stay in this unit again.

“Love this place!” This place is amazing and the view is incredible! We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the surfers and the cruise ships coming and going and being so close to the pier is a definite plus! This condo is conveniently close to Publix and a variety of restaurants and shopping, but still far enough away that that you don't lose that peace and quiet you're looking for. Drew, the owner didn't miss a thing when supplying this condo. The kitchen has everything you need to cook with and the closet in the master bedroom is well stocked with linens and towels and all the beach necessities. The condo also has a washer and dryer in the unit. It was great to be able to relax on the balcony while the laundry was being done. I love that this condo is not "over-decorated". The decorations are relaxing and tasteful. The furniture and beds are so comfortable and the pillows are not cheap "dollar store" pillows. It was nice to get a good night sleep every night!! The owner doesn't seem to have spared any expensive in making sure the tenants are comfortable during their stay. This was my 2nd time staying at this condo and it was just as wonderful and relaxing as last year and Drew is such a pleasure to work with when planning the stay. This place couldn’t be more perfect and I will definitely be going back for another stay!
