“Spacious luxury in one of Cape Town's hidden gems” The atlantic Dream beach villa is perfect for a relaxing weekend/holiday not too far from Cape Town within a short walking distance from one of the coastline's prettiest beaches. The house caters for many activities such as pool, table tennis, darts, board games, swimming pool, sun tanning, braai/bbq and satellite TV so no matter what the weather or the mood, there will always be something to do. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and neat while the kitchen is spacious and well equipped.The garden and pool area is very sheltered from the South Easter and the design of the house is a perfect combination of luxury and beach-house feel. The only (minor) drawbacks are that, firstly, the wooden floors mean that those sleeping downstairs can clearly hear the upstairs people walking around and, secondly, the hedge across the road which blocks some of the sea view. None of these, however, will deter me from coming back. I would strongly recommend booking this house, and I will certainly do so again.

“Superb! Wonderful holiday memories.” We were 4 adults, 2 pre-teen children and 5 dogs on holiday for 3 weeks at Gone to the Beach. What a wonderful December holiday. Normally would 6 people in different stages of life and 5 dogs make any one go mad but we had a great time. The house is spacious, well equipped and comfortable, neat and clean. The location close to the beach was excellent with the dogs and children that wanted to go to the beach a few times a day. Jogging on the beach or to Misty Cliffs was addictive every moring as well as walks on the mountain and the reserve on the other side of Redhill. The proximity of this serene village to Noordhoek and Simonstown and Fishoek is fantastic. Salie is an excellent housekeeper and John the wonderful host. We were so happy with every thing and after 3 weeks in the village we really felt part of the community. What a privilage!

“Perfect oceanside location and accommodation.” Absolute perfect location with direct access to beach. Very spacious and comfortable, lots of entertainment space, fully equipped - bring only your clothes and food. Cellular service a bit spotty indoors, WiFi would have been nice. Park your vehicle and don't drive while you visit - walking distance to mall, adjacent to great restaurant and two blocks from Blue Peter Hotel.

“Wow - what a view” Our stay was all too brief - the spacious and well equipped apartment is set in beautiful gardens, packed with a variety of trees and plants that were just beginning to burst into life, with the arrival of spring. The property is situated above Hout Bay, so there are amazing views out over the bay from the apartment and the gardens. We were made very welcome by the family and felt very much at home. The location is ideal for exploring Cape Point and also the attractions of Cape Town. There is even a Sightseeing Red Bus stop conveniently placed outside the World of Birds nearby. We would recommend a stay at Chateau Neuf du Cap if you are planning to visit this area.

“Excellent” An excellent guesthouse with very tasteful equipment. The house is so close to the sea so you can be sitting dining looking att the whales. It's location is very close to center of the village. In the surroundings you will find good golf and beach. We found it so god that it must be difficult to fond a better place in the same category.

“Relaxing Holiday at Lazy Island” Our family enjoyed a relaxing stay at this lovely place which is located on the water at Thesens Island Knysna.Everything was just perfect.The luxury self catering accomodation was spacious with a fully equipped kitchen,a jacuzzi spa in the bathrooms,a balcony overlooking the waterway to relax on and a pontoon to access the kayaks/canoes included with the unit.The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings is remarkable. Maid service was included.Will definately stay at this place again on our next trip to Knysna

“great stay” Looking for a place to stay in Knysna that was affordable, comfortable and just amazing may have been wishful thinking, then I found this absolute gem in the heart of the garden route. Totally stunning. Surrounded by Nature in all its splendour. Owned by folks who went out of their way to make our few nights truely memorable. Would I recommend?? In a heartbeat. Thank you so much. “Fantastic Value for Money” Smallbay is a little haven. It is clean, welcoming and provides everything which you could possibly need. It is perfectly situated, so close to the beach - 20 paces(I counted!) with such views of Table Mountain and Robben island to die for. Its within an easy 5 minute walk to restaurants, supermarkets, banks etc. the restaurants are excellent and cater for all tastes. It has its own private garden which is quiet and which we used to relax in after sightseeing in the city. We had a great time and cant wait to go back. Keep up the good work Wilma.

“Unforgettable” Lothian House is breathtaking We have stayed there as a family a number of times both in the winter and in the summer. The number of activities is huge and varied: from horseriding to swimming to walking in the vineyards - nearby golf courses are goood and very reasonably priced too - not to mention the award winning wines once its time to kickback and properly relax. The hospitality too is first class, its personal and friendly but comprehensive. I would recommend Lothian House for an unforgettable stay and experience. Its also a unique and hugely impressive venue for a corporate or special social occasion given the setting and the design. cannot recommend highly enough.

“Great family space that would suit any shape or size of family/f” We enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfy home environment. Great for kids too. Local cafe walking distance great view of Table Mountain and good food with friendly service. Used hire car company which deliver and pick up from house. Local petrol station close with chemist and small super market, could walk. Great outside eating area. Nice garden to sit and enjoy the sunshine and slim view of Table Mountain. Home set in very pleasant neighbourhood. Friendly neighbours, nice to walk around - safe feel. About 20 mins drive to Waterfront. Easy road system. 2mins drive from main motorways. This is a great place to stay. Close enough to get anywhere fast yet out enough to see what living in Cape Town Suburb is like.
