“Absolutely the best place to stay” I have spent more that one vacation in Playa Del Carmen and this is my second trip to Casa Cascada. In July of last year we went down to swim with the whale sharks. We had an incredible experience in which the owner of the home was able to assist us in booking the trip. Swimming with the whale sharks and then enjoying a relaxing evening by the pool was magical. The home, grounds, amenities, views!! are all spectacular. Our recent trip down was no exception. Very well kept and easy walking distance to the beach and downtown. This is a jewell worth experiencing!

“Quit Incredible! Best stay of all in Cozumel” This house is really a treat in every way. The rooms are filled with light and air with gardens in view out each window. We spend a week here with a marvelous host named Marco. Not only was the house well equipped with every thing we needed it also offered a feel of serenity not found often in a renal home. The pool is completely private...no need for a swimming suit! We enjoyed the terrace just outside each bedroom. Each room had its own bathroom also. There are 2 bedroom in the main house with the 3rd bedroom offered in a small cottage located on the other side of the pool. The cottage gives a couple or individual real privacy and is just lovely. Marco is such a unique person offering his guest kindness and a real concern for your happiness. He is articulate, well traveled, well read, spirited with zeal for living. One could not find a better friend. He has a real sense of what a traveler needs for a perfect stay. Easy walk to several restaurants and just 2 blocks for the water, very safe feel to this neighborhood also. I for one will come back! I would not hesitate to recommend this home to any one, even those with the most discerning taste and experience.

“Great stay in Playacar” We stayed at Casa Price for a week in February 2014, and loved it. We have visited the Playa del Carmen area previously and can't beat the location in PlayaCar. Quick access to the powdery white sandy beach and the beautiful Caribbean, Casa Price has everything we needed. Great views from the open living area on the second floor, the balcony and the roof top terrace. Satellite TV, internet access and laundry were all a bonus and made our trip more enjoyable. Rosa was a terrific in every way; she cooked, cleaned and looked after all the details in the house so everything was perfect. Everything was as promised! Thanks for sharing Casa Price.

“Even better the pictures/videos portrayed.” Sanda,Steve and the staff were very helpful from start to finish. We absolutely loved the house and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends. It is a beautiful Colonial home, decorated to a high standard and offers total privacy. This was our first visit to Mexico and were unsure what to expect. Merida is a fascinating, safe and friendly City and we will return soon, When we do we will return to Casablanca Living for sure. “Magical Escape” My friend and I just returned from 4 amazing nights in Casa Sisal. We had spent a few days in Merida, and the trip to the country was a fantastic counterpart. As you enter the grounds, beautiful landscaping and nature surrounds you. At the center of it all is the contemporary designed house, which exceeded the already high expectations we had before we arrived! The days were warm and relaxing and magical fireflies lit up the grounds as twilight began. Cyndy' suggestions for daily outings were interesting, tasty, and offered many insights into the history and local culture of the region. The caretakers, Bartola and her sister Soco were very warm and helpful and they cooked us an outstanding regional meal, which I highly recommend. We had a great time communicating with them using an iPhone language translation app! We can't wait to return with additional friends in the near future.

“Sweet Spot On The Mayan Riviera” We were thrilled when we first walked onto this rental property and we stayed thrilled through to the end of our stay. We liked it so much that we travelled back there the next year. The house was spotless, the caretakers were friendly and they went out of their way to help us out. The pool was definately our favorite feature, we loved the fact that it was all our own. The beach is just a hop, skip and a jump away and the nearest city is about a 15 minute car ride, which is close enough for dinner and shopping but far enough away to be quiet at night. The house is gorgeous and the a/c came in handy for sleeping. We rented a car and traveled to Mayan ruins during the day and relaxed poolside at night. We really couldn't have been happier with the place!

“Can't wait to go back!” The house was gorgeous! We went with 2 other couples and 2 teenagers - it was perfect for our group. We loved the decks on different levels - our group was able to spread out nicely in the house. The pictures of the inside of the house don't do it justice - the furnishings were very nice and the house is well stocked with games, beach bags and a cooler. And the beds were very comfy! We also loved how one of the bathrooms had a door to the outside so you didn't bring in a bunch of sand every time you used the bathroom The house was easy to book and the owners were extremely helpful and answered all of our questions pre-trip The beach is lovely. We had a great time beach combing and watching the pelicans. Maria and Bernadino were great. We had them cook dinner for us one night and it was amazing. They set the table for us, cleaned up and packed up leftovers. There was enough food left over for dinner the next night. We loved Tulum. We were in Mexico at the height of spring break, yet we had the beach to ourselves. The kids loved Matinee cenote and we arranged a snorkle/dive trip with the dive shop at the end of the road. 2 people in our group are divers, but the rest of the group wanted to snorkel. They were able to accommodate the entire group and we had a great time

“Beautiful vacation at Casa de Colores” First off, the home is superb and wonderfully situated at the north end of Half Moon Bay with sweeping views of the water from nearly every room in the house. Great staff and amenities, this home has everything to make your vacation in akumal special and enjoyable. There are a few dining options are within walking distance and everything the town has to offer is only a short bike ride away, however we also loved staying at home to cook on occasion as you can't beat the view! While you can snorkel outside your door in Half Moon Bay, walk to Yal-Ku lagoon, hang out at the main beach in town or take day trips, I think the beauty of Casa De Colores is that you don't feel like you have to leave. Relaxing on the deck or by the pool with a good book is a great way to spend a day. This home would be good for families.

“Luxurious, Opulent, Well-maintained--110% satisfied (would go back tmw)” Read all the previous reviews for details--- they are all absolutely accurate. There is even purified water brought in the house and kept in a separate tank for drinking and cooking. Having access to the Reef Hotel and the gym & beach was phenomenal. We played Volleyball everyday at 4pm, then took a quick dip in the ocean. The evenings were spent strolling to town to discover a new restaurant OR simply cooking up something ourselves in the gourmet kitchen at home. The management company and the property owners are extremely responsive and helpful. We ordered the van transfer from Cancun airport (so worth it since as soon as we touched down-- the stress-free vacation began.) You could also take a luxury bus to the center of PDC and then cab over to the Reef Hotel (across the street) -- no worries. We had Maria stock some Coronas and Papaya and other items so the house was ready upon arrival (for a nominal fee). I like to give balanced reviews and have been racking my brain to come up with something at Casa Susana that needs improvement. The only thing I could say is that the Wifi got really slow when 5 people were using it -- no big deal -- get off the internet and get to the beach! You're on vacation! The property is also very safe in Playacar Phase 2 -- a 5 min/$5 cab ride into town. The cabs are constantly available and right on the corner. “A beautiful, large, private home, bring the whole family!” Casa Tortuga was a wonderful place to rest and relax or to come home to after a long day of adventure in and around Tulum. We had 4 adult couples and it was still more space than we needed. Kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed to cook our own meals and we enjoyed spending time together in the kitchen and main room preparing meals and eating and hanging out. We loved getting to use the ourdoor grill, the kayaks, the hammocks, beach chairs, etc. Gabi and Luis were excellent hosts and made us wonderful breakfasts each morning from local produce in the local styles. She also helped us set up a fishing trip and locate other services we were interested in during our stay. Would highly recommend for a family getaway as there are fun things for everybody to do, whether its hanging out and relaxing on the property or making a short drive to scuba, snorkel, hike ruins, shop, eat/drink, lounge on another beach, fish, the list goes on! Was a great place to rest and rejuvenate and still enjoy some exciting Mexican adventures.
