“Purrrfect Get-Away for our anniversaries!” We loved everything about Casa Bendicion! The proximity to the beach (down the stairs and there it is!), the ease and quick communication with the owners, and location on the island is perfect. With the golf cart rental (Thanks Jose!) we were able to make it in to town for shopping and sunning on North Beach and dining in 15 minutes while being able to return to a quieter, more relaxing atmosphere to unwind and sleep after our excursions. Highly recommend Casa Bendicion to anyone looking for a purrrfect get away to Isla Mujeres!!

“Excellent Condo!” The place is wonderful, if you are looking for a place in playa del carmen, this is the place. Everything is just around the corner ... few steps from the beach, 5th street, 10 minutes from cozumel ferry, parking lots (if you are driving), etc etc .... The apartment is spacious, clean, beds very comfortable, very nice kitchen, etc ... the wifi is good. it is an excellent place to stay. Me and my family had a wonderful time. Thank you!

“Great Place!” My husband and I, had a great time at this condo. It was well maintained and perfect for our family. Having the pool close by on the ground floor was perfect for my kids and Claudia at the reception was incredibly helpful. I really appreciated all the help Tony provided prior to the trip. “Modern, clean and comfortable!” We spent a wonderful 2 weeks in Playa del Carmen in March 2014! The Condo was modern and clean, esthetic and comfortable. The large pool, beautiful gardens and professional staff made our stay very pleasant. The location was perfect: 5-8 minutes walk from the beach, the famous 5th avenue and vast selection of restaurants and 15 minutes walk from the Mega grocery store. “Truly an " Oasis " in Paradise...” My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this luxury residence for the entire month of February 2014. Condo is ideally located approximately 5 blocks from the beach, 3 blocks from 5th avenue ( main pedestrian walkway), 2 blocks from both large grocery outlets, Mega and Walmart,and close to innumerable restaurants. Staff at the building were always friendly, courteous and obliging. The pool and huge lounging area are magnificent and we often had the pool to ourselves. This condo is fully equipped with all amenities required by either short term or long term residents. Having vacationed in Playa for the past 5 consecutive years, we would rank this condo right up there with the best Playa has to offer. Found the owner, Mike,to be a pleasure to deal with. Would certainly consider staying here again !! Thanks Mike !!

“Last minute trip was great” Decided at the last minute to take a trip to Mexico. Puerto Aventuras was great. Quiet, laid back and very safe (in my opinion). Rental company was very accomodating and helpful. Villas del Mar condo E-102 was also very nice. Enjoyed beginning and ending our days in our private hot tub on the patio overlooking the pool and ocean. Property is excellently maintained and staff is very friendly. We took a day trip to the ruins at Tulum and I am pleased we did. I would recommend getting the tour guide at the ruins. They provide a lot of great informtion that cannot be gained by the self guided tour. Have fun.

“My family of 10, stayed in the three bedroom condo. It was awesome.” This condo was huge. More than what I expected. Nancy our concierge was fantastic. Condo was very clean. Quick to accommodate our needs. Other than refrigerator was leaking a little water, I would definitely return. Pool was great. Close to 5th avenue and restaurants. Walking distance to Walmart. I would rate this condo a 10. Thanks for making our stay so relaxing and pleasant.

“Great property and location!” My husband and I just got back from a 1 week stay at this fabulous property. The owners of this unit are fantastic to work with - very responsive to any concerns you have. Dayna, their contact person, made the transaction and check in/out process seamless. When we travel, we love staying in condo units with hotel-like amenities. There are 2 major grocery stores close by (Walmart and Mega) within walking distance on the days you want to cook. On the days you want to eat out, you are within 5-10 minutes walking distance to great restaurants and shops along 5th Avenue. Although you don’t need a car (since everything is within walking distance), we did rent a car since we used Playa del Carmen as a base to explore other areas such as Akumal, Tulum, Isla Mujeres, etc., so it was great that the Sabbia property had a secure underground parking garage. The amenities were great. The property has a great pool with 2 hot tubs and plenty of lounge chairs. We never had a problem finding seating. The condo provides plenty of pool/beach towels to use throughout your stay. There is a gym and business center, but we did not use those facilities. There is always someone at the front desk as you walk in/out- very secure and safe. I loved the location of the building. It’s just a few blocks from 5th Avenue (where all the shops and restaurants are), so you can easily walk to any place. The beach is just beyond 5th Avenue with gorgeous white sand and calm turquoise waters. There are plenty of beach clubs that you can walk up to rent a couple of chairs and umbrella for the day. Depending on the beach club, a lot of times if you order drinks, the lounge chairs and umbrella are complimentary. In summary, we loved our stay and will be back again!

“The patio/deck is unbelievable. Hard to even go out sometimes” Place was great. The patio was a relaxing joy to spend time on. We did not cook in and went out to eat only. More than once we skipped dinner to just relax on the patio with the ocean breeze and lucky for us a full moon dead ahead. The beach club next door was very handy and the food was great. We would go back again.
