“Beautiful and Comfortable Vacation Home” We loved every minute of our stay at this house. It was very clean and comfortable with up to date, modern amenities, furniture and fixtures. It was perfect for our 10 day vacation to Disney and Universal and so much better than staying at a hotel as we were able to buy and cook our own food, swim in the private pool, and enjoy separate bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone in our party (4 people). It was heavenly to come home to this house after a long, hot, exhausting day at the parks. There are plenty stores and restaurants within 2 miles of the neighborhood. A word of caution: this house is actually in Clermont and it was a bit further from Orlando, and the Disney and Universal resorts than we thought (about 50 min. from the airport, 40 from Universal, 30 from Disney - mostly due to traffic and construction, actual mileage is not far) but still not a bad drive. Overall, we were very pleased with our choice. It was a great value and well worth every penny!

“Amazing Experience !” From the moment I walked in I was amazed the pictures do no justice. Ver spacious, great location, very close to the beach :) items in the home were the topping on the cake from sand castle building to umbrella and chairs! Pots and pans- clean towels and linens - spice wrack - this is a place I may come back to each year ! The company was so helpful - assisted with so much :)

“Perfect spot for a winter retreat” Our group of friends wanted to do something different for the New Year holiday so we booked The Lodge. What a treat. Great house with the perfect layout for our entire group. Kitchen area was perfect area for all of us to gather at meal time. Tvs everywhere along with the pool table, fire place and hot tub gave everyone a place to have fun. Great view, perfect location. Only thing that could be better is if we came back during the summer. We'll be back for sure.

“Cheerleading Comp” We had a great time and the house was more then we could ask for. There was so much room the beds were all very comfortable . The house was clean it ready for our stay on time. The pool was clean large area to sit and relax. The rooms were large and had lots of room for your things. The area is very quiet and close to everything. I will for sure rent this home again in the future and would recommend to friends and family.

“Great Family Home” We stayed at Casa Saguaro for Thanksgiving week, 2016. There were two parents, two teenage boys and two grandmothers in our group. The house is beautiful and well-appointed, and the bedroom configuration worked well for our family. We could have used one more full bath, or an outdoor shower for post-pool rinsing, but it wasn't too much of an issue. The pool area is fantastic and we used the pool and spa every day, as well as the outdoor dining table. We also enjoyed the outdoor fireplace on a few nights. The location is pretty far from Central Scottsdale (Old Town), if that's where you plan to spend time, but it is in a gorgeous location where the desert is more lush, and there are quite a few shopping areas nearby, as well as Cave Creek and Carefree. All in all I really liked the location, especially if you plan to hike or bike as there are myriad places to do both nearby. We will definitely consider renting this house next time we are in Arizona!

“Great Villa and Great Location!” My family of four plus my mother in law stayed at this property last month. Simply put, it is terrific. The villa has 6 plus bedrooms, numerous bathrooms, a huge pool and spa etc - all of which are luxuriously appointed. We were so close to the Disney parks it made the "Park Hopper" passes we bought very easy to use. We would travel to one park in the morning, return to the villa for lunch and then go to another park in the evening. The villa is located in a very upscale private community and it seemed very safe. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anybody.

“Relaxing with the family” Carolina Breeze is a great family environment. The beach is 100 yards away and the bay is a block away. We went to the amusement area which is within walking distance. We spent more time at the pool and in the hot tub which is delightful. The house is really in a great area.

“Florida Breeze Villa” We really enjoyed our month in your beautiful home. The house is a spacious 3-bedroom 2 bath well decorated comfortable home. We enjoyed the pool and entertaining friends in the enclosed pool area. The Cape Coral neighborhood is extremely convenient to area restaurants, our church of choice in the area, grocery store, access to Ft Myers, Sarasota, Naples, Venice and all our favorite places. We had a great time relaxing and enjoying the weather in the area and we are hoping to get down your way again in the not-too-distant future. “EXCELLENT Property, location and Owner!!” We can highly recommend this Vacation rental property, the location is perfect, very close to the Disney parks, restaurants with varied cuisines, major freeways, etc. The home and pool were EVERYTHING we'd hoped for, it was a very well maintained property, it lacked nothing as everything we required was provided including FREE WiFi! The communication with the owner, Joan, was FIRST CLASS! From the booking thru the rental period and followup afterwards was a very pleasurable experience, we are VERY PLEASED!! We looked at quiet a few PET FRIENDLY properties (we have 3 small dogs) before deciding on this property, mainly due to amenities, location, etc and are pleased to further recommend this property and owner for your vacation property needs! Additionally, we plan on booking this property again if available during out next vacation in the Kissimmee/Orlando area, why look anywhere else??
