Description
La casa fa parte di un largo complesso di costruzioni disposte ad anfiteatro sulla spiaggia di Porto Alabe, situata in prima fila fronte mare a 30 metri dal bagnasciuga nello splendido golfo di Bosa.
L' abitazione si sviluppa su due livelli:
-Piano Terra, suddiviso in: cortile e atrio d'ingresso, bagno con doccia, camera da letto matrimoniale, cucina, soggiorno con camino e tutte le comodità; dal soggiorno cui si accede all'ampia veranda vivibile e al giardino terrazzato, dotato di doccia solare, barbecue e solarium affacciato sulla spiaggia;
-Piano Primo (mansardato), suddiviso in: bagno con Doccia e lavatrice, 2 camere matrimoniali (di cui una con letto divisibile), una con due letti singoli, tutte provviste di armadio e specchio.
La casa ha un climatizzatore per piano, vari ventilatori, un TV Led 32" e il WIFI nel soggiorno; in cucina è presente un frigorifero con freezer a cassetti, un piano cottura con 4 fuochi, un forno elettrico, un microonde, la lavastoviglie; in bagno è presente l'asciugacapelli.
Su richiesta, al momento dell'arrivo dell'ospite, si può fornire biancheria e asciugamani supplementari (per soggiorni lunghi) al prezzo aggiuntivo di € 10.00 a persona.
All'arrivo l'ospite disporrà della casa dalle ore 15.00 del giorno di inizio prenotazione; il check-out è previsto entro le 10.00 dell'ultimo giorno di prenotazione.
Le pulizie finali sono comprese nel prezzo.
