The Host will be living on the other side of the property, and a dog also stays on the property. There are cameras around the house, and we provide no towels or rags for the guests and request the guests to bring their own.

This massive residence boasts 12 bedrooms - all of which are furnished and spread comfortably throughout a colossal 17,000 square feet of luxuriously appointed living space - seven washrooms, a full kitchen, two living rooms, a party hall, a laundry room, and plenty of dining space so making it the perfect home base for multiple families or large groups looking for a once-in-a-lifetime Ontario experience.
From the moment you arrive, you'll be in awe of this castle-like dwelling, boasting an enormous grassy yard dotted with majestically towering trees. The rear side of the house offers plenty of parking spaces to accommodate over 50 cars.
Inside, you'll find the home's cavernous interior to be perfect for hosting your special events or gatherings. The vast floor plan contains two living rooms, which are tastefully adorned with lavish East Indian artifacts, antiques, and hand-crafted historical oil paintings, as well as sumptuous furnishings and stunning hardwood floors. Additionally, the home is brimming with spectacular modern amenities, including central heating and air conditioning, in-unit laundry machines, and wireless internet access, just to name a few.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
We'll give you one gathering of up to 50 people free with your stay. Extra invitees will be charged $20 per person in batches of 50, i.e. 100, 150, 200, etc.
If you wanna put up a tent in the backyard, there's a surcharge of $1,000, and we don't provide any tents or chairs.
$3,000 is our refundable security deposit.
